Claims (9)

et/oud'agir sur le fluage de la matière de la pièce lors du formage. - Gravure d'outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
les microstructures (M) présentent une dimension, une forme et une disposition définies. - Gravure d'outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que
les microstructures (M) ont une dimension dont l'ordre de grandeur est celui d'une molécule de fluide sous pression allant jusqu'à 100µm en largeur, 100µm en profondeur et 100 µm en hauteur. - Gravure d'outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que
les microstructures (M) sont disposées sur la gravure (2), sur toute la surface de celle-ci ou en des endroits définis. - Gravure d'outil selon la revendication 5,

les microstructures (M) sont disposéesdans les zones de la gravure où s'accumule le fluide sous pression et où de ce fait des déformations de la pièce (W) peuvent se produire et/oudans les zones de la gravure où la structure superficielle de la pièce (W) doit être influencée de manière ciblée,
et/oudans les zones de la gravure où se produit une forte usure
et/oudans les zones de la gravure où il faut agir sur le fluage de la matière. - Gravure d'outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisée en ce que
les microstructures (M) sont disposées côte à côte en série et ont une forme droite, circulaire ou à méandres. - Gravure d'outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisée par
des microstructures (M) obtenues par usinage au laser, par électroérosion, par érosion ultrasonore, par rayure gravure ou autre procédé d'enlèvement de matière. - Gravure d'outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisée par
des microstructures obtenues par lithographie ou autre procédé d'application.
