- die mechanische Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) manuell und/oder von der Steuerungseinheit (4) verriegelbar ist und
- eine Bestätigung des im Dialog erteilten oder abgewickelten Auftrages mit der Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7) erstellbar ist.

Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur automatischen Bearbeitung von Serviceaufträgen für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit mindestens je einer Eingabe- (1; 2; 3), Ausgabe- (1; 6,;7) Speicher- (5) und mechanischen Aufbewahrungseinheiten (8), die jeweils mindestens einer Steuereinheit (4) zugeordnet sind, wobeidadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Eingabe- (1; 2; 3), Ausgabe- (1; 6; 7), Steuer- (4) und Speichereinheiten (5) so ausgebildet und einander zugeordnet sind, daß zwischen einem Benutzer und dem elektronischen System ein Dialog zur Erfassung von auftragsbezogenen Daten möglich ist undin Abhängigkeit von dem Dialogmodus von der Steuereinheit (4) eine mechanische Aufbewahrungseinheit (8), in der Gegenstände deponiert oder deponierbar sind, auswähl- und entriegelbar ist,die mechanische Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) manuell und/oder von der Steuerungseinheit (4) verriegelbar ist,eine Bestätigung des im Dialog erteilten oder abgewickelten Auftrages mit der Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7) erstellbar ist,
die Vorrichtung mit einem Telekommunikationsnetz (13) verbunden ist und über die Eingabeeinheit (1; 2; 3) über das Telekommunikationsnetz (13) eine Verbindung zu einem Call-Center (11) herstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorrichtung mindestens eine Videokamera (10) zugeordnet ist, mittels derer bei Aufbau einer Telekommunikationsverbindung Bilder übertragbar und über einen Monitor empfangene Bilder ausgebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Videokamera (10) als zusätzliche Überwachungseinrichtung ausgebildet ist, deren Bildübertragung zwischen dem Call-Center (11) und einem Überwachungszentrum (12) umschaltbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur automatischen Bearbeitung von Serviceaufträgen für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit mindestens je einer Eingabe- (1; 2; 3), Ausgabe- (1; 6, 7) Speicher- (5) und mechanischen Aufbewahrungseinheiten (8), die jeweils mindestens einer Steuereinheit (4) zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Vorrichtung eine Dokument- und/oder Karteneinleseeinrichtung zugeordnet ist, die mit einem Datenspeicher und/oder einem Überwachungszentrum (12) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dokumenteneinleseeinrichtung eine Kamera (10) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bildübertragung der Kamera (10) zwischen einem Datenspeicher, einem Überwachungszentrum (12) und einem Call-Center (11) umschaltbar ist.
