Description

Claims (13)
- Werbetafel, bestehend aus einem Tragrahmen (1) und mehreren an diesem um parallele Achsen drehbar befestigten, insbesondere aufgehängten, länglichen Einzelelementen (2.1,.....2.n), die durch wenigstens einen an dem Tragrahmen angebrachten Elektromotor (10), gegebenenfalls unter Vermittlung eines Getriebes, synchron derart antreibbar sind,daß die Einzelelemente in wenigstens einer ihrer Ausrichtungen ein eine Werbebotschaft aufweisendes Bild erzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßwenigstens ein Einzelelement (2.1 ... 2.n) an wenigstens einem seiner beiden Enden (12.1, 12.2) einen Permanentmagneten (3.1, 3.2) aufweist,und daß am Tragrahmen (1) im Bewegungsbereich des Permanentmagneten wenigstens ein Sensor (13) angebracht ist, der das Magnetfeld des Permanentmagneten erfaßt und ein Signal an eine Schaltvorrichtung für den oder die Elektromotoren abgibt.
- Werbetafel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelelemente (2.1 ... 2.n) hängend angeordnet sind und mittels eines ferro- oder ferrimagnetischen Bügels (6), der mit einer angetriebenen Achse (15) verbunden ist, an einem oder mehreren der genannten Permanentmagnete (3) abnehmbar gehaltert sind.
- Werbetafel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelelemente (2.1 ... 2.n)sich nach der Schwerkraft ausrichten,jeweils nur an ihrem oberen, einer Halteschiene (11) zugewandten Ende (12.1) mit einer rotierenden Klammer (6.1 ... 6.n) gehalten und geführt sind,über eine profilierte Welle (5) angetrieben werden, die im wesentlichen über die Breite der Werbetafel reicht und die die die einzelnen Klammern (6.1 ... 6.n) rotierend antreibt.
- Werbetafel nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rotierende Klammer (6.1 ... 6.n) jeweils in ein in dem Einzelelement eingearbeitetes Loch (21) einrastbar ist.
- Werbetafel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelelemente (2.1 ... 2.n) mit ihren beiden Enden (12.1, 12.2) am Tragrahmen (1) aufgehängt sind.
- Werbetafel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Permanentmagnete (3.1, 3.2) jeweils über ferro- oder ferrimagnetische flache Reiter (33.1, 33.2) im Endbereich des Einzelelementes ansetzbar sind.
- Werbetafel nach Anspruch 5 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Permanentmagnete (3.1, 3.2) jeweils paarweise gegenüberliegend am Ende (12.1) des Einzelelementes angeordnet sind.
- Werbetafel nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Permanentmagneten tragende Reiter (33.1, 33.2) verschiebbar an einer schmalen Kante des Einzelelementes angeordnet ist.
- Werbetafel nach Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reiter (33) ein L-förmiges Stahlblechstück ist, dessen auf die schmale Kante des Einzelelementes ansetzbarer Schenkel (34) doppelt ausgeführt ist.
- Werbetafel nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (13) ein induktiver oder Halleffektsensor ist.
- Werbetafel nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammern (6.1 ... 6.n) an einem länglichen Halteelement (20) voneinander beabstandet aufgereiht sind.
- Werbetafel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (20) ein flexibles Doppelband (20.1, 20.2) ist, mit dem die Klammern (6.1 ... 6.n) verbunden sind.
- Werbetafel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die profilierte Welle (5) in wenigstens zwei Wellenabschnitte (5.1 ... 5.n) aufgeteilt ist, die miteinander drehgelenkig, z.B. durch aufgeschobene Schlauchstücke (51), verbunden sind.
