Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bunden an nahtlos im Rundstrickverfahren hergestellten Strumpfhosen.
Es ist bekannt, bei der Herstellung von Strumpfhosen zwei Strumpfhosenrohlinge mit einem angestrickten Bund aufzuschneiden und zur Strumpfhose zusammenzunähen.
Es ist auch bekannt, zunächst zwei Strumpfhosenrohlinge ohne angestricktem Bund aufzuschneiden und zur Strumpfhose zusammenzunähen, worauf in einem separaten Arbeitsgang zugeschnittene und zu einem Ring vernähte Bänder an die Strumpfhose zur Bildung des Bundes angenäht werden.
Es ist ferner aus der DE-A-1 958 569 bekannt, ein elastisches Band an den oberen Rand einer rundgestrickten Strumpfhose anzunähen. Auch in diesem Fall bleibt das Problem der Bildung einer Quernaht bestehen.
Die auf die vorstehende Weise erzeugten Bunde haben den Nachteil, daß in jedem Fall ein oder mehrere unangenehme Quernähte entstehen und ein erhöhter Arbeitsaufwand gegeben ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung zielt deshalb darauf ab, ein Verfahren zu schaffen, mit welchem die vorstehend geschilderten Nachteile vermieden werden können. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß zunächst ein nahtloses Band als endloser Schlauch rundgestrickt wird, der zu einem Band flachgelegt wird, und sodann dieses Band an den oberen Rand der Strumpfhose angenäht wird.
Auf diese Weise entsteht eine Strumpfhose mit einem Bund, der keine Quernaht aufweist und der lediglich mit einer Umfangsnaht an der Strumpfhose befestigt ist.
Vorzugsweise wird das Bundband bei dünnen Strumpfhosen nur an einen oberen Verstärkungsrand der Strumpfhose angenäht, wobei die Verstärkung über den gesamten Umfang oder über einen Teil desselben durch das Bundband verdeckt wird.
Es sei bemerkt, daß es aus der FR-2 251 204 bekannt ist, ein rundgestricktes Band direkt an den oberen Rand eines beinlosen Slips zu stricken. Dabei handelt es sich aber nicht um ein eigentliches Band, sondern vielmehr um eine Art Abnäher, so daß diese Druckschrift keine Lehre hinsichtlich eines gesonderten rundgestrickten Bundbandes entnommen werden kann, das erfindungsgemäß auf technisch einfache Weise produziert werden kann und nach dem Annähen an die rundgestrickte Strumpfhose einen komfortablen sowie einen ausgezeichneten Sitz sichernden Bund ergibt.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert, in der
  • Fig. 1 eine nahtlose Strumpfhose mit einem angenähten Bundband,
  • Fig. 2 eine aus zwei Teilen zusammengesetzte Strumpfhose mit einem Bundband und
  • Fig. 3 einen schematischen Schnitt durch den Bund einer Strumpfhose mit einem Verstärkungsband und einem Bundband zeigen.
    • Wie in den Figuren schematisch dargestellt ist, wird ein einstückiges, im Rundstrickverfahren hergestelltes Band 1, das z.B. aus Polyamid/Polyurethan besteht und als Bundband einer gemäß Fig. 1 ebenfalls im Rundstrickverfahren hergestellten nahtlosen Strumpfhose 2 dienen soll, mit dem oberen Rand 2' der Strumpfhose durch Nähen verbunden. Fig. 2 zeigt eine aus zwei Teilen hergestellte Strumpfhose 2 mit einem nahtlosen Bundband 1, das an den oberen Rand der Strumpfhose angenäht ist.
    Insbesondere im Falle einer dünnen Strumpfhose 2 wird die Naht gemäß Fig. 3 nur im Bereich einer oberen Randverstärkung 2' der Strumpfhose gesetzt, u.zw. vorzugsweise so, daß die Verstärkung nicht nur vorne und hinten, sondern auch seitlich durch das Bundband abgedeckt wird.
    Durch die vorstehend geschilderte Vorgangsweise wird jegliche störende Quernaht im Bund vermieden. Das Bundband wird zweckmäßig als endloser Schlauch rundgestrickt, der flachgelegt wird. Dieses endlose Bundband kann in der Praxis variierende Breite haben, die den jeweiligen Erfordernissen des Kleidungsstückes angepaßt wird. Beispielsweise kann das Bundband eine Breite von 2 - 5 cm haben.

    Claims (2)

    1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bunden an nahtlos im Rundstrickverfahren hergestellten Strumpfhosen (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst ein nahtloses Band (1) als endloser Schlauch rundgestrickt wird, der zu einem Bundband flachgelegt wird, und sodann dieses Bundband an den oberen Rand (2') der Strumpfhose (2) angenäht wird.
    2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bundband bei dünnen Strumpfhosen (2) an einen oberen Verstärkungsrand (2') der Strumpfhose (2) angenäht wird, wobei die Verstärkung über den gesamten Umfang oder über einen Teil desselben durch das Bundband verdeckt wird.
