Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gemusterten Glasgewebes, insbesondere für Glastapeten od. dgl., gekennzeichnet durch die Verarbeitung von Glasfasergarnen auf einer mustergesteuerten Jaquardmaschine, wobei für die Kette ein Glasfasergarn mit einem Titer zwischen 130 tex und 150 tex, vorzugsweise 139 bis 142 tex, und für den Schuß ein Glasfasergarn mit einem Titer zwischen 190 tex und 400 tex, vorzugsweise 215 tex, verwendet werden, und die Schwankungen im Titer unter einem Wert von ± 10 %, vorzugsweise ± 7 % liegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit einer hohen Kettdichte zwischen 40 und 100, vorzugsweise 80, Faden pro 10 cm gearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußdichte zwischen 30 und 80, vorzugsweise 50, Faden pro 10 cm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glasfasergarne eine Texturierung aufweisen, wobei der Texturiergrad der Kettfäden wesentlich kleiner ist als der Texturiergrad der Schußfäden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Glasfasergarnen, insbesondere für den Schuß, neben den Grundfasern aus Glasfilamenten auch, vorzugsweise farbige Kunststofffasern beigemischt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung eines Mischgarns mit nichtbrennbarem Polyester (Trevira CS).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das fertige gemusterte Gewebe mit einer Mischung aus Stärke und Kunststoff beschichtet wird.
