Definitions
- the present invention relates to an oven with an oven muffle external lower heat radiator and at least one internal additional heater for heating the cooking space, with an input unit for specifying one Oven temperature, and with a control unit for regulating by means of a temperature sensor measured oven temperature to the input value, as well as a procedure for operating an oven with a bottom heat radiator.
- Such an oven is known from the publication DE 43 19 613 C1 improved baking result achieved in several levels of the baking chamber is that a baking process in a first mode with a predetermined, first cycle time in recirculation mode with the fan switched on and the fan heater switched on is started. Then there is a second operating mode with a predeterminable second Cycle time in recirculation mode switched over with the fan switched on and the top and bottom heat radiators switched on. The baking process is alternately in the first and second operating modes with the predetermined first and the predetermined second cycle time until the end of the specified baking time.
- the object of the present invention is in an oven according to the preamble of claim 1 in the muffle bottom area critically high temperatures avoid.
- this is in an oven according to the preamble of the claim 1 achieved in that the control unit, the heating power of the lower heat radiator reduced in relation to the heating output of the additional radiator when the measured or the set oven temperature a predetermined limit exceeds.
- the nominal heat output of the bottom heat radiator is at Baking operation usually larger than that of the top heat radiator in particular. This is partly due to the fact that the top heat radiator inside the oven muffle in contrast to the lower heat radiator located below the muffle is arranged.
- the temperature in the The cooking chamber is regulated by the temperature sensor with the two radiators mentioned, that typically a temperature of about 220 ° C.
- the resulting wall temperature of the muffle is significantly higher, the difference to the temperature in the center of the cooking space roughly estimated is around 150 K.
- the temperature in the base area of the muffle is typically that highest of all occurring temperatures. Coatings of the oven muffle, for example Enamels have a critical temperature of typically around 500 ° C.
- the Emails At If the wall temperature is exceeded, the Emails.
- the nominal heating power of the lower heat radiator for baking processes it is desirable to have the nominal heating power of the lower heat radiator for baking processes to choose as high as possible in order to get the baking process from below to accelerate.
- the bottom heat radiator for example also together with the top heat radiator during baking processes with oven temperatures of up to 300 ° C is used. This applies, for example, to the preparation of pizzas or bread in the oven muffle.
- the measured oven temperature is used as a switching criterion, it is ensured that the maximum bottom heat output is already in the heating process can be used.
- the limit value in this solution according to the invention be chosen accordingly. It can therefore be cheaper in terms of safety already when setting a critical oven temperature in the control unit, the heat output of the bottom heat radiator increases accordingly from the start to reduce.
- the control unit issues the limit value as a function of the set one Operating mode of the oven before.
- the operating modes there are different temperature distributions in the cooking space.
- the temperature differences between the center of the cooking space and the muffle bottom wall can fluctuate.
- the maximum possible heating power of the bottom heat radiator for acceleration To be able to use the baking process from below is therefore initially carried out in test series at the oven manufacturer determined which limit in which operating mode sufficient security is guaranteed.
- the corresponding information can then in a non-volatile memory of the control unit of the oven be filed.
- the oven has a limit of around 250 ° for enamelled oven muffle C proved to be cheap. If, instead of the email, other protective layers, for example special extremely thin layers using sol-gel technology, or other heat output distributions and radiator arrangements can be realized the manufacturer must adjust the limit accordingly.
- the amount according to the invention is Nominal heating power of the external bottom heat radiator about 1800 W. This On the one hand, the value is large enough to accelerate the baking process from below sufficiently to be able to. On the other hand, it is small enough to accommodate conventional dimensions the other radiator of the oven or a provided hob not to overload the household network.
- the 1 has a housing 3 in which a metallic muffle 5 is held, which can be closed at the front by an oven door 7.
- the muffle 5 is cuboid and enamelled.
- the limit operating temperature of the enamel is about 500 ° C.
- the oven muffle 5 is essentially for thermal insulation Surrounded on all sides by a known oven insulation material 9.
- a multi-curved tubular heater on the top side arranged as a top heat radiator 11.
- Below the bottom of the oven muffle 5 is a bottom heating element 13 in the form of a tubular heating element known per se supported and covered on the outside by the oven insulation 9.
- the bottom heat radiator 13 is thermally connected to the bottom of the muffle 5.
- the nominal heating power of the top heat radiator 11 in the baking operation is 1100 watts and that of the bottom heat radiator 13 1750 watts.
- a platinum 500 measuring resistor is arranged as a temperature sensor 15.
- control knob 21 By means of a control panel of the Oven 1 held control knob 21 are among other modes for the Oven 1 and the desired oven temperature (target temperature) can be specified.
- the Control knobs 21 are connected to a control unit 23 by means of connecting lines 27 Oven 1 connected.
- This control unit 23 has in particular a microprocessor and corresponding memory modules.
- To control the heating power of the oven 1 is the control unit 23 via connecting lines 27 with a Switch unit 25 connected.
- Corresponding electrical switches are provided in this the on and off of the radiators 11, 13 and optionally the Allow circulating air blower 19.
- the temperature sensor is used to regulate the oven temperature 15 also connected to the control unit 23 via a connecting line 27.
- the regulated heating system oven is adjusted so that accordingly the temperature specification with the control knob 21, the control unit 23 according to the Operating mode selected radiators 11, 13 clocks such that despite indirect temperature measurement by the temperature sensor 15 in the area of the ceiling of the oven muffle 5 the preset and desired oven temperature in the focus of the Muffle 5 is adjusted.
- One in the oven for example on a baking sheet arranged baked goods are then correspondingly with the lower and upper heat 11, 13 baked.
- the temperature sensor 15 senses the cooking space temperature and switches off the two radiators 11, 13 via the control unit 23 when a certain temperature is reached, which corresponds to a center of gravity oven temperature of approximately 220 ° C.
- the two radiators 11, 13 then remain switched off for a switch-off time t A , in order then to be switched on again for a switch-on time t E.
- the oven temperature is kept constant at about 220 ° C. using the temperature sensor 15 (actual temperature).
- a heating power P OH1 is 1100 watts in the heating process, while in the steady state according to FIG. 2 it is approximately halved by clocking according to P oH2 , that is to say is significantly reduced.
- the same applies to the heating power of the lower heat radiator 13 with the nominal heating power P UH1 1750 watts in the heating process and the reduced heating power in the steady state P UH2 .
- an oven temperature of 300 ° C. (target temperature) is specified for baking operation with top and bottom heat 11, 13.
- the control unit 23 already recognizes with the control knob 21 when this high oven temperature is specified that a stored limit value of 250 ° C. for the oven center of gravity temperature has been exceeded in the baking mode.
- the lower heat radiator 13 is already driven with reduced power during the heating process. This is achieved in that the bottom heating element 13 is switched off again and again by the switching unit 25 for times t 1 during the heating process. The output of the lower heat radiator 13 is thus reduced during the heating process from, for example, 1750 to 1500 watts.
- the temperature profile at a predetermined oven temperature of 300 ° C. during baking operation according to FIG. 4 is not shifted parallel to the curve of the temperature profile at 220 ° C. Rather, the temperature ratio at location x2 (muffle floor) is raised significantly less than at location x1 (muffle ceiling) or in the muffle focus (by changing the power ratio from top heat output to bottom heat output).
- both radiators 11, 13 are operated with nominal heating power, that is 1100 and 1750 watts.
- the control unit 23 reduces the heating power of the lower heat radiator 13.
- the desired oven temperature of 300 ° C. (target temperature) is only achieved by simultaneous further heating with the upper heat radiator 11.
- the two radiators 11, 13 are clocked in terms of power as described above.
