Claims (21)
- Andockvorrichtung (1) zum Anschließen eines Transpart- und/oder Lagerbehälters (13) an eine Schleusenöffnung in einer Wandung zwischen einem radioaktiv belasteten Arbeitsraum (2) und einem darunter angeordneten Transportraum (3),
wobei ein im Transportraum (3) heranführbarer Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13), der an seiner Oberseite durch einen Primärdeckel (7) gasdicht verschließbar ist, derart an die Schleusenöffnung anschließbar ist, daß der Transportraum (3) dicht vom Arbeitsraum (2) getrennt und der Primärdeckel (7) vom Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13) abhebbar ist,
wobei die Andockvorrichtung (1) eine Verschlußvorrichtung mit einer vom Arbeitsraum (2) aus auf die Schleusenöffnung aufsetzbaren und diese abdeckenden Glocke (5) und einer an der Glocke befestigten Hubvorrichtung (6) zum Anheben und Absenken des Primärdeckels (7) innerhalb der Glocke (5) aufweist, und
wobei die Hubvorrichtung (6) wenigstens eine vertikal durch die Glocke (5) hindurchgeführte Hubstange (19) mit einer innerhalb der Glocke (5) befestigten Vorrichtung (19) zum Ankoppeln an den Primärdeckel (7) und einen mit der wenigstens einen Hubstange (18) gekoppelten Hubantrieb (31-33) zum vertikalen Bewegen der wenigstens einen Hubstange (18) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Hubantrieb (31-33) außerhalb der Glocke (5) über eine mit Hilfe eines Manipulators lösbare Kupplungsvorrichtung (27-30) mit der wenigstens einen Hubstange (18) verbunden ist, unddaß die wenigstens eine Hubstange (18) außerhalb der Glocke (5) eine Vorrichtung (34) zum Ankoppeln einer Hebevorrichtung zum Anheben und Absenken der wenigstens eine Hubstange (18) aufweist. - Andockvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hubantrieb wenigstens einen auf der Oberseite der Glocke (5) montierten Hubspindeltrieb (31-33) umfaßt, dessen Hubspindelmutter (31) parallel zu der wenigstens einen Hubstange (18) geführt ist.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die lösbare Kupplungsvorrichtung (27-30) eine mit dem Hubantrieb (31-33) verbundene, vertikal bewegbare Konsole (29) umfaßt,daß in einer gekoppelten Normalposition ein mit der wenigstens einen Hubstange (18) verbundener Träger (27, 28) auf der Konsole (29) aufliegt und form- und/oder kraftschlüssig mit der Konsole (29) verbunden ist, unddaß in einer entkoppelten Position der Träger (27, 28) vertikal an der Konsole (29) vorbeibewegt werden kann.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (27, 28) in der gekoppelten Normalposition durch eine mit Hilfe eines Manipulators lösbares Sicherungselement (30) an der Konsole (29) befestigt ist.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der auf der Hubstange (18) in einer festen axialen Position befestigte Träger (27, 28) nach dem Lösen der Verbindung (30) mit der Konsole (29) um die Hubstange (18) drehbar ist.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die lösbare Kupplungsvorrichtung (29', 41-45) eine mit dem Hubantrieb (31-33) verbundene, vertikal bewegbare Konsole (29') umfaßt,daß auf der wenigstens einen Hubstange (18) eine Hülse (41) befestigt ist, welche einen vorspringenden Ansatz (42) aufweist,daß an der Konsole (29') eine mit Hilfe des Manipulators bewegbare Greifeinrichtung (43-45) befestigt ist, die in einer gekoppelten Normalposition unter den Ansatz (42) der Hülse (41) derart eingreift, daß die wenigstens eine Hubstange (18) auf der an der Konsole (29') gehaltenen Greifeinrichtung (43-45) aufliegt, unddaß die Hülse (41) mit dem Ansatz (42) in einer entkoppelten Position an der Konsole (29') mit der Greifeinrichtung (43-45) vertikal vorbei bewegt werden kann.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der vorspringende Ansatz (42) der Hülse (41) an deren gesamten Außenumfang radial vorsteht, unddaß die Greifeinrichtung (43-45) zwei radial zur Hülse (41) bewegbare Greifplatten (43, 43') aufweist, die in der gekoppelten Normalposition unter den Ansatz (42) greifen und dabei die Hülse (41) zumindest teilweise umschließen.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Greifplatten (43, 43') in einer Führung (44) der Konsole (29') geführt sind und von einer durch den Manipulator betätigbaren Stellvorrichtung (45) radial auf die Hülse (41) zu bzw. von der Hülse (41) weg bewegt werden können.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifplatten (43, 43') den Ansatz (42) der Hülse (41) klauenartig derart umschließen, daß in der gekoppelten Position die Glocke mit Hilfe der an der wenigstens einen Hubstange (18) befestigten Vorrichtung (34) zum Ankoppeln einer Hebevorrichtung angehoben werden kann.
- Andockvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Hubstange (18) durch eine in der Wandung (17) der Glocke (5) drehbar gelagerte Führung (21) derart hindurchgeführt ist, daß die Hubstange (18) gegenüber der Führung (21) nicht verdrehbar ist, unddaß an der Führung (21) ein Drehstellantrieb (24, 25) zum Drehen der Hubstange (18) angreift.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Hubstange (18) einen nicht-kreisförmigen Querschnitt mit einer stetigen, keine Ecken aufweisenden Außenkontur aufweist, unddaß die Führung (21) dicht an der Außenkontur der Hubstange (18) anliegt.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubstange (18) einen Polygonquerschnitt mit abgerundeten Polygonecken aufweist.
- Andockvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß wenigstens zwei miteinander starr verbundene, parallele Hubstangen (18', 18'') durch eine in der Wandung (17) der Glocke (5) drehbar gelagerte Führung (21') hindurchgeführt sind, wobei die Führung (21') eine der Anzahl der parallelen Hubstangen (18', 18'') entsprechende Anzahl von Führungsbohrungen aufweist, unddaß an der Führung (21') ein Drehstellantrieb (24, 25) zum Drehen der wenigstens zwei Hubstangen (18', 18'') um eine gemeinsame Drehachse angreift.
- Andockvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Vorrichtung zum Ankoppeln an den Primärdeckel (7) einen Greifer (19) aufweist, der in einen am Primärdeckel (7) vormontierten Greiferpilz (20) durch eine vorgegebene Absenk- und Drehbewegungssequenz einkoppeln kann, unddaß der Drehstellantrieb einen ersten Stellantrieb (25) zum Einstellen der Orientierung des an der Hubstange (18) befestigten Greifers (19) gegenüber dem Greiferpilz (20) und einen zweiten Stellantrieb (24) zum Einkoppeln des Greifers (19) aufweist.
- Andockvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Verschlußvorrichtung eine die Wandung zwischen Transportraum (3) und Arbeitsraum (2) durchgreifende zylindrische Aufnahme (4) aufweist, in die die Glocke (5) einsetzbar ist,daß an der in den Transportraum (3) hineinragenden Unterseite der Aufnahme (4) eine ringförmige Stirnfläche (12) ausgebildet ist, an die ein Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13) oder ein Adapterring (38) mit seiner Stirnfläche (14) dicht ankoppelbar ist, unddaß die Aufnahme (4) in der Ebene der ringförmigen Stirnfläche (12) bewegbar und mit Hilfe eines Stellantriebs (11) gegenüber dem Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13) positionierbar ist.
- Andockvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Inneren wenigstens einer Hubstange (18) ein Führungskanal (37) für Zuleitungen zu einer im Inneren der Glocke (5) an der Vorrichtung (19) zum Ankoppeln an den Primärdeckel (7) montierten Beobachtungskamera (36) ausgebildet ist.
- Andockvorrichtung (1) zum Anschließen eines Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälters (13) an eine Schleusenöffnung in einer Wandung zwischen einem radioaktiv belasteten Arbeitsraum (2) und einem darunter angeordneten Transportraum (3),
wobei ein im Transportraum (3) durch Anheben von unten heranführbarer Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13) an die Schleusenöffnung anschließbar ist, und
wobei die Andockvorrichtung (1) eine Verschlußvorrichtung mit einer vom Arbeitsraum (2) aus auf die Schleusenöftnung aufsetzbaren und diese abdeckenden Glocke (5) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Verschlußvorrichtung eine die Wandung zwischen Transportraum (3) und Arbeitsraum (2) durchgreifende zylindrische Aufnahme (4) aufweist, in die die Glocke (5) einsetzbar ist,daß der Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13) an eine Unterseite der zylindrischen Aufnahme (4) dicht ankoppelbar ist, unddaß die zylindrische Aufnahme (4) horizontal bewegbar und mit einem Stellantrieb (11) zum Positionieren gegenüber dem Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13) gekoppelt ist. - Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an der Unterseite der zylindrischen Aufnahme (4) eine ringförmige, ebene Stirnfläche (12) ausgebildet ist, unddaß an die ringförmige, ebene Stirnfläche (12) ein Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13) oder ein Adapterring (38) mit seiner Stirnfläche (14) gasdicht ankoppelbar ist.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Wandung zwischen Transportraum (3) und Arbeitsraum (2) einen Boden (8) des Arbeitsraums (2) und eine Deckenkonstruktion (9) des Transportraums (3) umfaßt, unddaß die zylindrische Aufnahme (4) auf mehreren an der Deckenkonstruktion (9) befestigten Lagern (10) aufliegt.
- Andockvorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige, ebene Stirnfläche (12) der zylindrischen Aufnahme (4) wenigstens eine aufblasbare Dichtung (15) aufweist.
- Andockvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 - 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (11) zum Positionieren der zylindrischen Aufnahme (4) über eine Einrichtung gesteuert wird, die eine die Position der Glocke (5) gegenüber dem Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter (13) erfassende Kamera (36) aufweist.
