Abstract

Das Verfahren dient der Herstellung eines zwei feststehende Bleche enthaltenden Jochs eines vorzugsweise in einem Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter einsetzbaren Magnetauslösers. Die beiden Jochbleche werden unter Bildung eines Luftspalts mit einem vorgegebenen Montageabstand zueinander gehalten und werden nach Anbringen von Verbindungspunkten mit einem die magnetischen Eigenschaften des Auslösers bestimmenden mittleren Abstand zueinander fixiert. Vor dem Anbringen der Verbindungspunkte werden Signalanschlüsse eines Kapazitätsmessgerätes (7) an die Jochbleche geführt und wird die Kapazität (Cist) des durch die Jochbleche und den dazwischenliegenden Luftspalt gebildeten Kondensators in Abhängigkeit vom Jochblechabstand (y) periodisch gemessen. Die gemessene Kapazität (Cist) wird in jeder Messperiode mit einem vorgegebenen Kapazitätssollwert (CSollmax - CSollmin) verglichen. Sobald der Sollwert erreicht wird, wird die Kapazitätsmessung bei zunächst konstant gehaltenem Jochblechabstand beendet. Nach einer definierten Änderung (ySchrumpf) des zunächst konstant gehaltenen Jochblechabstandes können nun die Verbindungspunkte angebracht werden. Bei geeigneter Bestimmung des Kapazitätssollwertes (CSollmax - CSollmin) können die Verbindungspunkte sogar ohne Änderung des Jochblechabstandes angebracht werden.
Ein nach diesem Verfahren hergestellter Magnetauslöser zeichnet sich durch eine innerhalb enger Toleranzen bestimmte Auslöseleistung aus.
