Definitions
- the invention relates to a container specified in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
- a container for collecting used hygiene items It is usually a sheet metal or plastic bucket with a lid that can be opened by a foot pedal and an inserted one Contains plastic bag, mostly made of polyethylene.
- plastic bags in be placed within easy reach of the bucket that users use to Throw them into the container with their contents. Filled bags or plastic bags become regular disposed of, e.g. burned. The preparation and cleaning of the container, the provision of the plastic bags and the insertion of the plastic bags mean one considerable effort.
- the invention has for its object a container of the type mentioned to create the inexpensive to manufacture, easy to use, and overall hygienic and the contents must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
- the folding box made of corrugated cardboard or cardboard is inexpensive and has a low environmental impact producible and extremely easy to use. Thanks to the moisture-proof and biocidal coating are as far as possible dangers for users and disposal companies excluded by a damp room environment, the content or previous Touch through dirty or infected hands could. Since the container with its contents is disposed of and destroyed, e.g. by burning, Time-consuming cleaning of the container at the installation site is no longer necessary. Instead of one Cleaning cycle, only the more or less filled carton is removed and a new folding box was set up. The biocidal coating also prevents this Spread or remain longer of bacteria or fungi and acts faster Decomposition of biological substances. Because the coating is also moisture-proof the carton suffers from prolonged stay in a damp room environment Not.
- the folding box When the folding box with its contents is destroyed, the Folding cartons no significant environmentally critical emissions, since corrugated cardboard or Burn the cardboard and the coating properly.
- the handling is hygienic and easy to open, since the lid automatically remains in the closed position and can also close again, thanks to today's manufacturing techniques the container is largely sealed and the impregnation of the folding carton is considerable Provides protective effect.
- the folding box is a disposable or disposable item, which is not intended for reuse.
- claim 2 contains the moisture-proof and biocidal coating in addition bactericidal ingredients also fungicidal ingredients to prevent attachment or multiplication counteracting fungi.
- a fragrance component is also contained in the coating, which covers unpleasant smells, and the smell atmosphere in the Moisture room improved.
- an acrylic resin dispersion use with mixed ingredients that are inside and on the folding box is applied on the outside, not only to dirt or decomposition from the inside counteracting the content, but also after touching it dirty or infected hands from the outside.
- the coating with a basis weight between 20 and 60 g / m 2 is applied in liquid form. This is a dosage range that meets all the requirements that occur in practice.
- the coating is a roll coating, for example applied with plastic or foam rollers, which is technically simple and is inexpensive, and results in at least all exposed surface areas of the folding box are properly and evenly coated.
- the cover is a slip cover, for a relatively tight seal is convenient and easy to open and close.
- the one in The closing ballast provided on the slip lid automatically brings the slip lid on at least in the direction of the closed position, so that the folding box is not inadvertently remains open.
- the closing ballast through a multi-layer design of the front lip to provide is technically simple and inexpensive. But it is conceivable to incorporate another, biologically inexpensive disposal ballast.
- the finger neck cutout provided according to claim 8 facilitates handling when opening the slip lid.
- a positive connection is provided with which the cover is a self-holding Can take the closed position. This friction is also for that Dispose of cheaply because the filled containers are stackable on top of you Content does not fall out when the collected containers are disposed of become.
- a one-piece folding blank is used, which is manufacturing technology is cheap and the container has a pleasing shape and an aesthetically pleasing Gives appearance.
- a sufficient capacity of the container achieved.
- the stability is good.
- the space requirement is minimal.
- the folding box at least on the outside in clinically clean white or one Similar, also optically hygienic, color can be kept, corresponding Imprints for handling and purpose, preferably multilingual, carries, and if necessary also instructions for direct disposal together with the Content.
- the folding box could have a hanging tab or a hanging opening be equipped for placement on a wall.
- FIG. 1 is a container for collecting and disposing of used Sanitary articles in a perspective view and shown in the open state.
- the bottom of the folding cardboard U which is open at the bottom, has a lid D that can be tilted, which can be designed as an automatically holding slip lid in the closed position.
- the folding box K is conveniently folded through from a one-piece blank formed such that a base 1 forming a base, preferably with an approximately square shape, of which there are side walls on the four sides of the square 2, 3, 4, 5 strive up, which delimit a square opening 6 on the top.
- a base 1 forming a base
- a base preferably with an approximately square shape, of which there are side walls on the four sides of the square 2, 3, 4, 5 strive up, which delimit a square opening 6 on the top.
- On the side wall 4 is in one, e.g. edge hinge designed as a film hinge 8 the slip lid D hinged.
- This consists of approximately square, single-ply section 7, two side slip edges 9 and a front Stülprand 10.
- the heights of the lateral Stülpr selected 9 increase towards front edge 10 to.
- a ballast G is provided in the front edge 10 or in an adjoining one Area, so that thanks to the relatively far from Edge strip 8 spaced center of gravity of the slip lid has the tendency to properly placed or suspended container C under gravity automatically fold down at least almost to its closed position.
- this closing ballast G can be easily achieved, for example create and incorporate that the front lip 10 multilayer, e.g. three layers, is formed from the layers 10a, b, c.
- the front lip 10 a finger engagement cutout 11.
- a locking extension 12 cut into engagement with a not highlighted recess.
- an automatic closing position holding device H is integrated, e.g. thereby, that the distance b of the inside of the front lip 10 from the edge strip 8 or the tilt hinge is slightly smaller than the distance between the front upper edge of the opening 6 of the lower part U from the edge strip 8. This allows the slip lid with a friction lock in the closed position (indicated by dashed lines) establish.
- the holding device H can also be provided in other ways, e.g. through latches, roughening, structuring or gluing points.
- the base 1 consists of two abutting Tabs 1a and one from a front continuous edge 20 to one rear also continuous edge 21 continuous section 1b formed in two layers.
- the front side wall 2 is single-layer with a section 2a, which connects two continuous edges 18, 19 to one another.
- the two Side walls 3 and 5 are, also for reasons of dimensional stability, three layers, the the two outer layers 3c and 3a in one piece in the region of the opening edge are connected and include an intermediate layer 3b between them.
- the Layer 3a is designed as an inwardly foldable flap with a fold 3a 'so that it can be easily folded up to stand 1.
- the side wall 5 is corresponding formed (layers 5a, 5b, 5c, 5a ').
- the rear side wall 4 is also made of one layer shaped a portion 4a.
- the folding box K in the embodiment shown consists of corrugated cardboard P with two smooth outer layers 15, 16 and a corrugated laminated in between Core layer 17.
- the folding box K could consist of solid box or of multiple corrugated cardboard or one-sided corrugated cardboard (not shown).
