Claims (7)
- Dispositif comprenant un contre-rail (9), une plaque de contre-rail (3) avec un chevalet (5) et un goujon à crochet (10), le contre-rail (9) pouvant être vissé par l'intermédiaire de la plaque de contre-rail (3) sur une traverse de chemin de fer (1), le chevalet (5) présentant une surface de contact avec le contre-rail (17) et étant équipé, en dessous de la surface de contact avec le contre-rail (17), d'une ouverture de passage (18) qui reçoit le goujon à crochet (10) s'engageant sur le contre-rail (9) par une mâchoire de serrage (14),

l'ouverture de passage (18), du moins sur son côté tourné vers la position d'usage d'un rail de circulation (2), est réalisée sous forme de guide rectangulaire à trois côtés (19) destiné à recevoir des surfaces en clé (12, 12b) du goujon à crochet (10) de manière à ce que le goujon à crochet (10) s'appuie dans le guide à trois côtés (19) par une face supérieure (12a) jointive et une surface en clé inférieure (12b) placée devant, le guide rectangulaire à trois côtés (19) comportant en tant que percée deux traverses de paroi (21, 22) disposées sur une plaque de fond (20) placée côté traverse du chevalet (5) à distance du gabarit de clé (13) du goujon à crochet (10) et qui servent en même temps de support pour le contre-rail (9) à insérer et que la percée, outre la zone de section rectangulaire située du côté extérieur de la voie, possède, dans la zone située du côté extérieur de la voie, comporte une autre zone ayant une section transversale ronde (21, 22, 18). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,

caractérisé en ce que
la surface d'engagement (15) de la mâchoire de serrage du goujon à crochet (14) est réalisée avec une crénelure, une denture (16) ou similaire. - Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé par
un élément amortisseur (6) disposé entre le chevalet (5) et le contre-rail (9). - Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément amortisseur (6) est encastré dans le chevalet (5). - Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la surface d'engagement (15) de la mâchoire de serrage du crochet (14) est équipée d'un autre élément amortisseur (26) qui présente la même précontrainte/résilience que l'élément amortisseur (6) qui est encastré sur le côté interne par rapport à la voie du contre-rail (9) dans le chevalet (5).
