Abstract

Es wird eine Kochmulde für Elektroherde beschrieben, die mindestens zwei Kochstellen aufweist. Üblicherweise sind solche Kochstellen mit Heizleitern in Form von Runddrähten, Keramikplatten oder Halogenleuchten ausgerüstet. Bei der mit einer schnell aufglühenden Kochstelle ausgestatteten Kochmulde (2) ist durch eine Puls-Paket-Steuerung mit Einsatz eines Triacs (6) eine wesentliche Reduzierung des Energieverbrauches verbunden.
