Claims (10)
- Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial mit folgenden Merkmalen:eine Gewebeschicht (1), die eine Schichtebene (2) bestimmt und sich überkreuzende Fäden (3, 4) enthält;ein Überzug (5) aus Harz und Schleifkorn, der die Fäden (3, 4) in der Gewebeschicht (1) überzieht, um dieser eine ausreichende Steifigkeit mit genügender Flexibilität zur Anpassung an zu überschleifende Oberflächen zu verleihen;an den Überkreuzungsstellen (6) der Fäden (3, 4) sind Schleifstellen (6) gebildet, die sich rasterartig über die Oberfläche (7) des Schleifmaterials verteilen und zwischen denen Freistellen (8) verbleiben, an denen keine Schleifwirkung entfaltet wird;eine Kletthaftschicht (10) ist an der Gewebeschicht (1) befestigt und zur Verbindung mit einem Kletthafthandpad oder einem Schleifteller geeignet.
- Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifkorn eine Körnung im Bereich P180 bis P1000 aufweist. - Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifkorn eine Körnung im Bereich oberhalb von P1000 aufweist. - Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Aluminiumoxid als Schleifkorn verwendet ist. - Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Siliciumcarbid als Schleifkorn verwendet ist. - Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material scheibenförmig, mit einem Durchmesser im Bereich von 75 bis 203 mm, ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren zur Nachbehandlung von tauchlackierten Oberflächen, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Rauhigkeiten der lackierten Oberfläche, die über ein erwünschtes Maß hervorstehen, werden durch Überschleifen mit Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1 auf ein erwünschtes Maß abgetragen ("geköpft");b) entstehender Staub wird mit einem fusselfreien Staubbindetuch aufgenommen und von der lackierten Oberfläche entfernt;c) die behandelte Oberfläche wird per Auge auf unregelmäßige Bereiche überprüft;d) solche unregelmäßigen Bereiche werden mit dem Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1 per Hand geschliffen;e) die Schritte b) bis d) werden wiederholt, bis die lackierte Oberfläche das erwünschte Maß an Ebenheit und Feinrauhigkeit aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Schritt a) die gesamte lackierte Oberfläche eines Teils gleichmäßig mit dem Gitterleinen-Schleifmaterial überstrichen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der zu schleifenden, lackierten Oberfläche um eine kathodisch tauchlackierte Oberfläche eines Karosserieblechs handelt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der zu schleifenden, lakierten Oberfläche um eine mit Füllerlack versehene Oberfläche handelt.
