Abstract

Ein Scharnier, vorzugsweise Möbelscharnier, besteht aus einem Scharnierarm (1), der auf einer in einem topfförmigen Scharnierteil (4) gehalterten Gelenkachse (3) schwenkbar gelagert und mit einer die Gelenkachse (3) überragenden Zunge oder einem zu der Gelenkachse (3) exzentrischen Nocken oder einer Steuerkante versehen ist. Um auf das topfförmige Scharnierteil (4) mit einfachen Mitteln im Schließbereich ein Schließmoment wirken zu lassen, gleiten der exzentrische Nocken oder die Steuerkante auf einem in dem Scharnierteil schwenkbar gelagerten oder verschieblich geführten, von mindestens einer Feder belasteten und mit einer Gleitfläche versehenen Teil (21) derart, daß dieses dem Scharnierteil im Schließbereich ein Schließmoment erteilt.
