Definitions
- the invention relates to a paving surface of individual assigned to each other Stones, preferably concrete blocks, with the paved surface Means for draining themselves on the surface of the Liquid that collects stones, in particular rainwater and wherein the devices from the surface to the bottom surface the pavement area is filled with a filling element There are free spaces.
- Such a paving surface is known from DE 42 03 340 A1.
- This paving surface consists of concrete blocks that form a bandage be put together.
- the shape of the concrete blocks is chosen so that the assembled concrete blocks regularly arranged Show freedom. Either gravel can be found in these open spaces or filled in sand or hat-like shaped elements be used.
- the hat-shaped elements have a hole pattern through which the rainwater flows can.
- the molded elements are made of sheet metal, stainless steel, Aluminum, ceramic or plastic. Common characteristic of all of these shaped elements is that they are made of a solid material are produced and first of all, for example, by welding or soldering into the hat-shaped form. Then have to make the necessary holes by drilling or punching them into this Form elements are introduced. This manufacturing process is Overall, the form elements must be elaborate in the free spaces between the concrete blocks by appropriate constructive measures are clamped.
- DE 44 13 285 A1 described One more on this very similar construction is in DE 44 13 285 A1 described.
- the invention has for its object a filling element for free spaces to be specified in or on stones, in particular concrete blocks, permeable to water, simple compared to the prior art can be manufactured and installed without special holding devices.
- the filling element is a prefabricated, the space of at least one stone in one piece and completely is filling form element, the form element either itself permeable to liquid or its components interacting is permeable to liquid.
- the task is solved in all points.
- the molded element according to the invention is easy to manufacture and on the other hand, because it fills the respective free space, no special fastening devices required.
- the form element is therefore laid like a normal stone, so that none special requirements are placed on the surface. It is preferred after the insertion or laying like the stones grouted with sand.
- the form elements can also ever the design of the intended space completely and seamlessly to complete.
- the shaped element has a component Chippings that are bonded with synthetic resin.
- the grit will be consequently glued together to form a water-permeable composite.
- the grit size is 1 mm to 3 mm.
- the permeability of water can be increased by the Grit size can be varied because at a given size of the Form element thereby the number of water-draining Channels changed.
- the shaped element has components a cement mortar and grit mixture that is loosely shaken and / or Additives is enforced.
- a cement mortar and grit mixture that is loosely shaken and / or Additives is enforced.
- moistened Cement mortar loosely shaken into the ones explained below Form or formwork given and this for curing put away.
- this is also preferred only slightly moistened cement mortar additives, for example Resin-like additives are added, which gives the mixture a loose Give structure.
- This training also shows high strength has a high water permeability and is easy to manufacture.
- the molded element is a water-permeable rigid foam. This training also has the advantages described above.
- the previously specified shaped elements in fixed scarf forms or alternatively in lost ones Prefabricated formwork.
- the form elements are in solid formwork They are prefabricated after hardening from the formwork removed and individually or in bundles, for example to a Construction site promoted.
- the fixed shawl shapes can be almost any can be used frequently.
- the stones 1, in particular concrete blocks, according to FIG. 1 have a rectangular basic shape, with at least one edge of the stones 1 is bevelled.
- free spaces 2 which are related to the Basic shape of the single stone 1 the shape of right triangles to have.
- these free spaces can be of any configuration have and possibly also several free spaces on or in a stone 1 may be arranged.
- a stone 1 for example, a rectangular free space 2a is present his.
- these stones 1, which may have different spaces 2, 2a have different types of pavement can be realized.
- 2a are preferably during laying the stones 1 directly used the shaped elements 3, 3a according to the invention.
- the shaped elements 3, 3a completely fill the spaces 2, 2a, so that when laying the stones 1 and the shaped elements 3, 3a have no special operations, such as adapting the floor area to different ones Heights of the stones 1 and the shaped elements 3, 3a necessary are. It also results from the fact that the in solid formwork or lost formwork produced form elements 3, 3a as well how the stones 1 are very precise, no problems with regard different dimensional accuracies. In addition, the full Filling the free spaces 2, 2a a firm bond with the neighboring ones Concrete blocks 1 reached, especially if the laying joints be filled with a fine-grained normal grout or in the course of time they clog with sand.
- a single stone 1 is shown, which additionally one has rectangular middle free space 2a.
- a corresponding shaped element 3a is used in this middle free space 2a.
- This same shaped element 3a can - as shown in Fig. 1 - in four coincident Free spaces 2 can be used.
- the pavement surface created according to the invention can, moreover, in Free for the design of squares, parking spaces, paths and Terraces or other areas can be used. In these cases then mainly rainwater through the shaped elements 3, 3a dissipated. The same is the use in rooms or Halls possible, in which case any liquids are removed and possibly below the stones 1 and the shaped elements 3, 3a again to be caught.
