Definitions
- the invention relates to a radiator, in particular a panel radiator for Centralized heating systems, the radiator-side flow connection and one has radiator-side return connection. Furthermore, the radiator is one heating system-side flow connection and a heating system-side return connection assigned.
- radiators are well known in the prior art.
- WO 95/27176 shows a corresponding radiator, but the problem inherent in that occurring in the radiator manufacturing process Manufacturing tolerances lead to problems when installing the radiator on site.
- the object according to the present invention is a radiator and in particular to propose a panel radiator for centralized heating systems, which is easy to connect, whereby tolerances can be compensated.
- radiator or its Connection method solved according to claim 1.
- the radiator flow connection and the heating system flow connection Connection section is provided, at least in some areas as a plastic tube or pipe is formed and or or that between the radiator return connection and the heater return port is provided with a connecting portion is a plastic hose or tube at least in some areas, the Plastic hose or the plastic tube is flexible, and the or the Connecting sections each have a line part that is higher than the radiator supply or return connection.
- connection section consisting of plastic in some areas Tolerance compensation can be achieved by using at least one flexible Area or preferably the two flexible areas can be easily deformed, to adapt to connection sections of a centralized heating system to be able to.
- flexible metal pipes i.e. Corrugated steel pipes, corrugated stainless steel pipes or The like can be used accordingly.
- the connecting sections each have one Have line part that is higher than the radiator supply or return connection, so that if the radiator is removed from the heating system for any reason is, a residual water in the radiator via the higher line part cannot escape. Otherwise, if the radiator for disassembly is left out, a residual water remain in the radiator after disassembly would otherwise leak.
- the line part or the line parts preferably have one or each loop which is at least partially higher or which are at least partially higher than Radiator supply or return connection.
- the provision of such a loop on the one hand causes an improved scope in compensating for tolerances on Radiator and at the connection to the centralized heating system and on the other hand ensures to ensure that residual water in the radiator is better removed due to the suction can and on the other hand still present residual water in the radiator can be.
- connecting section or sections are made entirely of plastic tubing or plastic tubing. Unless only one of the connecting sections partially, but both completely made of plastic tube or hose are made, it is the easier possible to use a radiator to produce inexpensive and tolerant connectivity.
- a heater 10 with features according to the invention the with two heating plates 8 is equipped.
- An upper cover 22 prevents the view of the Radiator.
- Upper connection fittings 16c, 16b are provided, on the one hand Connection of the two heating plates 8 with each other and, if necessary, one Connection about a riser 24 or via a connecting piece 20a, 20b To allow arrangement of a valve.
- connection fittings 16a, 16b provided that are provided with body connections 18a, 18b, for example a covering or its side parts can be determined.
- connection fittings 16a, 16b via which adjacent heating plates 8 are connected to one another can, connect connecting pieces 14a, 14b.
- the riser 24 is attached to the connecting piece 14a.
- the connecting sections 12a, 12b are attached to the connecting pieces 14a, 14b. These are made from a plastic material or, for example, from a corrugated metal tube manufactured and are provided with respective loops 34a, 36a and 34b, 36b. Before the Introduction into the loops 34a, 36a, 34b, 36b are respectively raised extension areas 32a, 32b provided. As can be seen, the connecting pieces 14a, 14b are lower than that respective high areas 36a, 36b of the connecting portions 12a, 12b. On the other hand, the lower portions 34a, 34b of the loops are located lower than that Connection piece 14a, 14b. This training ensures that on the one hand when the Water drawn from the radiator 10 for assembly purposes, the water in the radiator and, on the other hand, that residual water remaining in the radiator is not from the Radiators can flow out to dirty floors, carpets or the like.
- a union nut 30b is provided, which the end of the connecting section 12a to the lead 26 of the centralized Heating system connects. Conversely, the return of the radiator 10 is over the Connection section 12b to the return 28 to the centralized heating system connected, here also a union nut 30a ensures the reversible fixation.
- the radiator 10 has a central connection.
- a connection could of course also be offset to the right or left and the Riser 24 could also be made of plastic, that is, for example, the Connection section 12a could be formed so long that it directly to the Connection fitting 16c could be connected.
- the said loops in the connecting sections 12a, 12b can in principle be shaped arbitrarily, that is, can also be designed differently than they are shown in Fig. 1. It is essential here that through the loops Tolerance compensation is made possible and, for example, in the event that the connections 26, 28 are angled or bent towards the centralized heating system Adapt connecting sections 12a, 12b to these inaccuracies and without them catch more.
- connection areas hidden under the union nuts 30a, 30b become later still discussed with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.
- Fig. 2 shows the radiator according to FIG. 1 in the plane of approximately the loops of Connection sections 12a, 12b in a view from below. It can be seen in particular the laterally evasive guidance of the loops. This creates a variable connection of the radiator in a tolerance-compensating manner to a centralized heating system promoted. Otherwise, the components shown in FIG. 2 correspond to those according to Fig. 1 and therefore should not be discussed again here.
- connection section 12a is shown by way of example in FIG. 3.
- a fixing device 40 provided, via which the connecting section 12a on the radiator, for example on a the connecting piece 14a, 14b can be attached.
- connection portion 12a On the heater side end of the connection portion 12a is one Terminal flange 50 integrally molded into the end of the connecting portion 12a provided, which is provided with a board 51 all around.
- an outer support sleeve 52 provided, which is also formed with a circumferential projection 53. Behind the Projection 53 of the outer support sleeve 52 engages a union nut 30a, which is on the side of the Radiator is provided and via which a respective connecting section 12a, 12b the piping of a centralized heating system can be determined.
- the union nut 30a is given a larger play to when Manufacturing tolerances, that is, when assembly problems occur, the loop 32a, 34a, 36a deforming, to be able to carry out a tolerance compensation.
- the end 42 of the connecting portion 12a can also be widened around this to slide directly onto an inner support sleeve, which is integral to the connection fitting 16a, 16b or the connecting piece 14a, 14b can be provided.
- a press sleeve or Plug-in sleeve 40 can then be pushed on and pressed on to end 42 of the connecting portion 12a.
- Fig. 4 shows in principle the same components as Fig. 3, but from a different one Perspective, so that a repetitive description can be omitted.
- Fig. 5 the end of a connecting section is enlarged again separately shown. This can be both the connecting section 12a and the Act connection section 12b.
- the flange portion 50, 51, the union nut 30a and the outer support sleeve 52, 53 correspond to the description which was made in connection with FIG. 3 has been listed.
- Fig. 5 also shows the connection area 28, the belongs to the centralized heating system.
- the union nut 30a connects the outer Support sleeve 52, 53 engaging behind the connecting section 12a with the lead 26 or the return 28 of the centralized heating system.
- the end face of the flange 50 at the same time forms a sealing surface against the front surface of the flow or Return connection 26, 28.
- the molded flange section can of course also be a separate flange section realized, for example, from measurement, stainless steel or gunmetal or another adequate material is made.
