Abstract

Bei einem Einsatz für Badewannen bestehend aus einer Rückenlehne und einem Sitzteil mit Saugnäpfen wird zur Lösung der Aufgabe den steilen Fußbereich einer Badewanne ebenfalls einer Benutzung zuzuführen, vorgeschlagen, daß zum Sitzen am steilen Wannenende eine eigensteife Rückenlehne 1 mit einer von dieser getrennten flexiblen Gummimatte 2 mit Saugnäpfen als Sitzteil formschlüssig verbunden ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einsatz für Badewannen bestehend aus einer Rückenlehne und einem Sitzteil mit Saugnäpfen.
Derartige Einsätze sind für das schräge Kopfende von Badewannen bekannt geworden und dienen insbesondere zum bequemen Ausruhen während des Aufenthaltes in der Badewanne. So wird in der US-Patentschrift 2 582 439 ein aufblasbarer Einsatz offenbart, der sich am schrägen Kopfende abstützt und der einen Sitzteil besitzt, welche sich mittels Festhaltenoppen am Wannenboden abstützt. Hierdurch soll die Rücken- und und die Kopfpartie des Badenden während des Badens unterstützt werden.
Durch die US-Patentschrift 5 388 286 wird ein zusammenklappbarer Kinderbadesitz mit senkrechten Seitenwänden und einer senkrechten Rückenlehne offenbart, wobei ein dort vorgesehener Sitz durch Scharniere mit der Rückenlehne verbunden ist.
Die britische Patentanmeldung 2 053 673 offenbart eine Badehilfe für kleine Kinder, welche einstückig ausgebildet ist und am Wannenrand einhängbar ist. Die Badehilfe selbst besitzt lediglich ein Liegeteil, welches den Rücken und den Kopf des zu badenden Kleinkinds unterstützt.
Durch die US-Patentschrift 3 583 001 ist eine die Länge der Badewanne verkürzendes Bauteil bekannt geworden, welches einstückig ausgebildet ist und welches sich in seinem oberen Bereich am Rand der Badewanne abstützt.
Durch die US-Patentschrift 3 072 923 ist ein Kinderbadesitz bekannt geworden, welcher sich durch einen Sicherheitsgurt auszeichnet und welcher darüber hinaus dazu dient, den Kopf des Kindes zu unterstützen.
Durch die deutsche Offenlegungsschrift DE 196 27 564 A1 ist eine Rückenlehne zur Verkleinerung einer Badewanne bekannt geworden, die dazu dient, entspannt in der Badewanne sitzen zu können.
Das deutsche Gebrauchsmuster 1 928 155 zeigt einen als Rückenstütze dienenden Einsatz ohne Bodenteil für Badewannen, welcher den Sitzkomfort am Kopfende der Badewanne verbessern soll.
Das deutsche Gebrauchsmuster 69 23 603 offenbart eine Badewanneneinlage mit einem Auflagestreifen. Rücken- und Bodenpolster. wobei im Bereich des Abflusses in der Badewanne ein Ausschnitt im Bodenbereich dieser Einlage vorgesehen ist, um einen Abfluß von Badewasser zu gewährleisten.
Auch die in der US-Patentschrift 5 535 458 offenbarte Einrichtung dient der Komforterhöhung für den Badenden durch eine sesselartige Einrichtung, deren Rückenteil sich am Kopfteil der Badewanne abstützt und dessen Sitzteil über Scharniere sich am Boden der Badewanne abstützt.
Alle diese Einsätze für Badewannen sind nicht geeignet, auch die dem Kopfende der Badewanne gegenüberliegende Seite das steile Fußende. beim Baden zu benutzen. Nicht nur daß im Bereich des steilen Fußendes am Wannenboden ein mit einem Stöpsel verschließbarer Ablauf vorgesehen ist und an der steilen Wand darüber hinaus ein ebenfalls abgedeckter Überlauf vorhanden ist, stören dort auch angeordnete Wasserhähne. Insoweit wird bei der Gestaltung von gewöhnlichen Badewannen normalerweise davon ausgegangen, daß diese lediglich von einer Person zum Baden benutzt wird. Wollen jedoch gleichzeitig mehrere Personen oder Kinder baden oder soll die Liegerichtung geändert werden, wird der Liegekomfort, der an dem steilen Ende sitzenden Person durch die oben bereits genannte Nachteile wie Steilheit der Wand. Sitzen auf einem Ablaufstöpsel und oder Anlehnen an eine Überlaufvorrichtung oder einen Wasserhahn beachtlich herabgesetzt. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde den steilen Fußbereich einer Badewanne einer Benutzung zuzuführen. Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß kennzeichnendem Merkmal des Anspruchs 1 dadurch gelöst, daß zum Sitzen am steilen Wannenende eine eigensteife Rücklehne mit einer von dieser getrennten flexiblen Gummimatte mit Saugnäpfen als Sitzteil formschlüssig verbunden ist. Zufolge der erfindungsgemäßen eigensteifen Rückenlehne wird das bisher praktisch nicht nutzbare Fußteil einer Wanne in überraschend einfacher Weise einer Benutzung zugeführt, wobei die vom Badenden gewünschte Neigung der Rückenlehne durch das Eigengewicht des Badenden zufolge Sitzens auf der mit Saugnäpfen versehenen Gummimatte eindeutig arretiert wird. Hierbei kann die eigensteife stabile Rückenlehne gegen den Innenrand der Wanne den eventuell vorhandenen Wasserhahn oder anderes angelehnt werden. Durch die Erfindung wird darüber hinaus ein möglichst leicht montier- und demontierbarer Einsatz für Badewannen geschaffen.
In Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgegenstands wird gemäß Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 2 unter Schutz gestellt, daß die Gummimatte und die eigensteife Rückenlehne mittels einer Wulst und einer an der eigensteifen Rückenlehne abgeordneten Nut verbunden sind. Durch diese erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung vereinfacht sich der Zusammenbau der Teile bzw. wird eine werkzeuglose Trennung der Teile z. B. zum Reinigen ermöglicht.
In noch weiterer Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird gemäß Anspruch 3 unter Schutz gestellt, daß die Wulst an der Gummimatte fest angeordnet ist. Durch diese Ausgestaltung wird eine sichere Verbindung zwischen Rückenlehne und Gummimatte unterstützt.
In noch weiterer Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird gemäß Anspruch 4 unter Schutz gestellt, daß die Wulst mit der Gummimatte über einen breiten Fuß verbunden ist, daß der Wulstkopf über die gesamte Breite der Gummimatte als kreiszylindrischer Stab ausgebildet ist, und daß die Nut in der eigensteifen Rückenlehne über die Breite der eigensteifen Rückenlehne der Kontur des Wulstkopfs angepaßt ist. Durch den breiten Fuß auf der Gummimatte dem über die gesamte Breite der Gummimatte sich erstreckenden Wulstkopf als zylindrischer Stab und durch Anpassen der Nut an die Kontur des Wulstkopfs wird eine sichere Verbindung geschaffen und die Gefahr einer Zerstörung oder eines Lösens der Verbindung während des Betriebs vermieden.
In noch weiterer Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird gemäß Anspruch 5 unter Schutz gestellt, daß die eigensteife Rückenlehne einen stabilen Rahmen und einen rostförmigen Lehnenbereich besitzt, um den Rücken des oder der Badenden zu unterstützen. Hierdurch wird Sitz- und Badekomfort weiterhin gesteigert.
In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung wird anhand einen schematisch dargestellten Zeichnung die Erfindung näher erläutert.

In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung werden gleiche Bauteile mit derselben Bezugsziffer bezeichnet.
Figur 1 zeigt eine Badewannenkontur 10, welche aus einem Kopfende 11, einem Wannenboden 5 und einem Fußteil 13 besteht. Am oberen Ende des Fußteils 13 ist die eigensteife Rückenlehne 1 angelehnt und stützt sich auf eine Gummimatte 2 ab, welche mit nicht dargestellten Saugnäpfen am Wannenboden 5 festgedrückt ist. Wie aus der Figur 1 ersichtlich, kann die eigensteife Rückenlehne 1 eine beliebige Schräge zum Fußteil 13 einnehmen, so daß sichergestellt ist, daß bei Ziehen des Ablaufstöpsels Badewasser ungestört aus dem Ablauf austreten kann. Anstelle Anlehnens der eigensteifen Rückenlehne an die obere Kante des Fußteils 13 kann diese auch an einen im Fußteilbereich angeordneten Wasserhahn angelehnt werden.
Die Zusammenstellung des Badewanneneinsatzes gemäß Figur 2 geschieht durch eine mit der Gummimatte 2 über einen breiten Fuß 14 verbundene Wulst 3 welche seitlich in eine über die gesamte Breite der eigensteifen Rückenlehne 1 sich erstreckende Nut 4 eingeschoben wird.
Zufolge Ausbilden der Wulst 3 als kreiszylindrischer Stab 15 läßt sich nach dem Zusammenbau von eigensteifer Rückenlehne 1 und Gummimatte 2 jede beliebige Neigung der eigensteifen Rückenlehne 1 zum Fußteil 13 der Badewanne 10 erreichen.
Durch das seitliche Einschieben der Wulst 3 gemäß Explosionszeichnung nach Figur 3 in die an der eigensteifen Rückenlehne angeordneten Nut 4 wird die Gummimatte 2 formschlüssig mit der eigensteifen Rückenlehne 1 verbunden, ohne daß hierzu Werkzeuge erforderlich wären. Auch läßt sich hierdurch ein werkzeugloses Trennen der Teile z. B. zum Reinigen ermöglichen.
Somit wird es durch die Erfindung ermöglicht, bei einer sehr großen Anzahl von bestehenden Badewannen eine bequeme eigensteife Rückenlehne für das steile Badewannenende zur Verfügung zu stellen. Insbesondere durch die Anordnung eines rostförmigen Lehnenbereichs 16, der von einem stabilen Rahmen 17 umgeben wird (vergl. Figur 2 und Figur 3), wird der Sitzkomfort noch wesentlich erhöht. Durch den erfindungsgemäßen Badewanneneinsatz wird also auch der Fußteil 13 der Badewanne komfortabel ausgestaltet, so daß nicht nur eine einzige Person ihre Lage während des Badens verändern kann, sondern es wird erstmals ermöglicht, daß eine Mehrbelegung einer Badewanne stattfinden kann, was insbesondere bei der Badewannenbenutzung durch Kinder bisher nicht möglich war.

Claims (5)

  1. Einsatz für Badewannen bestehend aus einer Rückenlehne und einem Sitzteil mit Saugnäpfen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Sitzen am steilen Wannenende 13 eine eigensteife Rückenlehne 1 mit einer von dieser getrennten flexiblen Gummimatte 2 mit Saugnäpfen als Sitzteil formschlüssig verbunden ist.
  2. Einsatz nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gummimatte 2 und die eigensteife Rückenlehne 1 mittels einer Wulst 3 und einer an der eigensteifen Rückenlehne 1 angeordneten Nut 4 verbunden ist.
  3. Einsatz nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wulst 3 an der Gummimatte 2 fest angeordnet ist.
  4. Einsatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wulst 3 mit der Gummimatte 2 über einen breiten Fuß 14 verbunden ist, daß der Wulstkopf über die gesamte Breite der Gummimatte 2 als kreiszylindrischer Stab 15 ausgebildet ist, und daß die Nut 4 in der eigensteifen Rückenlehne 1 über die Breite der eigensteifen Rückenlehne 1 der Kontur des Wulstkopfes angepaßt ist.
  5. Einsatz nach einem oder mehreren vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eigensteife Rückenlehne 1 einen stabilen Rahmen 17 und einen rostförmigen Lehnenbereich 16 besitzt, um den Rücken des oder der Badenden zu unterstützen.
