Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de cuisson (10) formé d'un récipient (12) avec une paroi verticale définissant un bord supérieur qui constitue une surface support pour un couvercle amovible (14) creusé d'un orifice central. Le couvercle est conçu pour être posé sur le bord supérieur du récipient. Le dispositif comprend également une pluralité d'éléments supports (16) disposés sur ledit couvercle. Chaque élément support peut être fixé de manière permanente sur le couvercle, ou bien être fixé de manière temporaire et enlevé après chaque utilisation. Il est conçu pour maintenir au moins un ustensile ou une fourchette permettant de piquer l'aliment. Il supporte et immobilise l'ustensile ou la fourchette bien en place dans une position verticale stable. Il présente une fente conçue pour recevoir l'ustensile, puis faciliter son positionnement. Il comporte un système de stabilisation conçu pour coopérer avec un élément correspondant de l'ustensile et le maintenir dans une position verticale stable. Ledit ustensile est conçu pour coopérer avec ladite fente réceptrice, de façon à être maintenu plus facilement dans une position verticale stable. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un couvercle adaptable présentant un orifice central est conçu pour être posé sur des récipients ou des caquelons de différentes dimensions; une pluralité d'éléments supports sont disposés sur ledit couvercle adaptable, chaque élément pouvant également être fixé de manière permanente, ou bien être fixé de manière temporaire et enlevé après chaque utilisation.
