Claims (8)
- Procédé de coupe ou de recoupe de tubes caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à réaliser une coupe initiale d'un tube (6) sur une majeure partie de son épaisseur au moyen d'un ou de plusieurs couteaux rotatifs (1) et à réaliser la coupe finale de l'épaisseur subsistante (d) avec blocage en rotation du ou desdits couteaux (1).
- Dispositif de coupe ou de recoupe de tubes pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant la revendication 1, essentiellement constitué par au moins un couteau de coupe (1), monté sur un levier porte-couteau pivotant (2) actionné au moyen d'un vérin (3), l'ensemble étant disposé sur un chariot porte-couteau (4) déplaçable transversalement à un mandrin de coupe (5) portant un tube à couper (6), caractérisé en ce que le ou les couteaux de coupe (1) sont rotatifs et coopèrent avec au moins un moyen (10) de limitation de sa rotation pendant une durée initiale de l'opération de coupe, ledit moyen (10) bloquant le ou lesdits couteaux (1) dans la phase finale de coupe.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (10) de limitation de la rotation du couteau (1) pendant une durée initiale de l'opération de coupe est constitué, pour chaque couteau (1), sous forme d'une mâchoire de frein agissant sur un tambour (11) solidaire en rotation du couteau (1) et actionnée par l'intermédiaire d'un vérin de commande (12) monté sur le levier porte-couteau (2).
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le vérin (3) d'actionnement en pivotement du levier porte-couteau (2) ou le levier porte-couteau (2) est muni, d'une part, d'une butée d'actionnement du vérin (12) de commande du moyen (10) de limitation de la rotation du couteau 1 et, d'autre part, d'une butée de fin de course de rétraction du vérin (3) ou de fin de course de pivotement du levier porte-couteau (2) en position de repos permettant le déclenchement du vérin (12) de commande du moyen (10).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les butées d'actionnement et de fin de course sont des butées réglables pourvues d'un contacteur ou analogue enclenchant ou déclenchant l'actionnement du vérin (12) de commande du moyen (10) après une course du vérin (3) d'actionnement en pivotement du levier porte-couteau (2) ou un pivotement du levier porte-couteau (2) correspondant à la durée initiale de l'opération de coupe avec rotation du couteau (1) ou après le retour en position de repos.
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le ou les couteaux (1) sont montés libres en rotation sur le levier porte-couteau (2).
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le ou les couteaux (1) sont montés chacun sur un arbre entraíné en rotation par un dispositif de motorisation annexe, le moyen (10) de limitation de rotation pendant une durée initiale de l'opération de coupe étant constitué, soit par le moyen d'entraínement lui-même, sous forme d'un moteur pas à pas ou d'une commande de rotation à impulsions, soit par un moyen annexe de freinage ou de mise à l'arrêt, tel qu'un embrayage-frein ou analogue.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin de coupe (5) est constitué par une barre de rappel fixe (13) comportant à son extrémité distale une bague de coupe fixe (14) solidaire de ladite barre de rappel fixe (13), cette bague de coupe (14) étant entourée, d'une part, à l'extrémité libre de la barre de rappel fixe (13) d'un manchon tournant (15) monté sur un roulement à billes (16) ou un palier lisse et, d'autre part, du côté opposé au manchon tournant (15) d'une bague tournante (17) montée sur un roulement à billes (18) ou un palier.
