Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Schneiden oder Trennen von Rohren mit einem oder mehreren rotierenden Messern
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anfangsschnitt über einem größeren Teil der Wandstärke eines Rohres (6) mittels eines oder mehrerer rotierender Messer (1) durchgeführt wird und der endgültige Schnitt der verbleibenden Wandstärke (d) bei Blockierung der Rotation des oder der besagten Messer (1) erfolgt, und zwar mittels des oder der Messer, die den Anfangsschnitt durchgeführt haben. - Vorrichtung zum Schneiden oder Trennen von Rohren zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 im Wesentlichen bestehend aus zumindest einem rotierenden Schneidmesser (1), das an einem schwenkbaren Messerhalter-Hebel (2) montiert ist und mittels eines Stellantriebs (3) betätigt wird, wobei sie gemeinsam auf einem Messerträger-Fahrgestell (4) angeordnet sind, das quer verschiebbar zu einem Schneiddorn (5) ist, der das zu schneidende Rohr (6) trägt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die rotierenden Schneidmesser (1) während einer Anfangsphase des Schneidvorgangs zumindest mit einem Mittel (10) zur Beschränkung der Rotation zusammenwirken und dass das besagte Mittel (10) während der Endphase des Schneidens das oder die besagten Messer (1) blockiert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (10) zur Beschränkung der Rotation des Messers (1) während einer Anfangsphase des Schneidvorgangs für jedes Messer (1) in Form einer auf eine Trommel (11) wirkende Bremsbacke gebildet wird, wobei die Trommel (11) drehfest mit dem Messer (1) verbunden ist und mittels eines Stellglieds (12), der auf dem Messerhalter-Hebel (2) montiert ist, betätigt wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellantrieb (3) die Schwenkbetätigung des Messerhalter-Hebels (2) ausführt oder der Messerhalter-Hebel (2) einerseits einen Anschlag für die Betätigung des Stellglieds (12) des Mittels (10) zur Beschränkung der Rotation des Messers (1) aufweist und andererseits einen Anschlag für das Ende des Rückhubes des Stellantriebes (3) oder für das Ende der Schwenkbewegung des Messerhalter-Hebels (2) in Ruheposition aufweist, wodurch das Auslösen des Stellgliedes (12) des Mittels (10) gestattet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungs- und End-Anschläge verstellbar sind und einen Schalter oder dergleichen aufweisen zum Ein- oder Ausschalten der Betätigung des Stellgliedes (12) des Mittels (10) nach einer Bewegung des Stellantriebes (3), wobei der Messerhalter-Hebel (2) verschwenkt oder ein Schwenken des Messerhalter-Hebels (2) entsprechend der Anfangsphase des Schneidvorgangs bei Rotation der Messer (1) oder nach Rückkehr in die Ruheposition stattfindet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Messer (1) frei verdrehbar auf dem Messerhalter-Hebel (2) gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Messer (1) jeweils auf einer Welle montiert sind, die mittels eines motorisierten Anbaus in Rotation versetzt wird, wobei das Mittel (10) zur Beschränkung der Rotation während einer Anfangsphase des Schneidvorgangs entweder durch den Antrieb selbst, in Form eines Schrittmotors oder einer Impuls-Rotationssteuerung oder eines Bremsmittel-Anbaus oder durch eine Anhaltevorrichtung einer Bremskupplung oder ähnlichem gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneiddorn (5) aus einer festen Rückholstange (13) besteht und an seinem distalen Ende einen festen Schneidring (14) aufweist, der mit der besagten festen Rückholstange (13) verbunden ist, wobei der Schneidring (14) eingefasst ist, zum einen, an dem freien Ende der festen Rückholstange (13), von einer drehbaren Manschette (15), die auf einen Kugellager (16) oder einem Gleitlager gelagert ist und zum anderen, an der zur Manschette entgegengesetzten Seite, von einem drehbaren Ring (17), der auf einem Kugellager (18) oder einem Gleitlager montiert ist.
