Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'entraínement à cordon ou analogue pour volet roulant, comprenant une poulie (3) autour de laquelle vient s'enrouler, au moins partiellement, ledit cordon (2), cette poulie (3) étant montée solidaire en rotation sur un arbre d'entraínement (4) en prise avec l'arbre d'enroulement (5) du tablier du volet roulant, notamment par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme réducteur (6), un mécanisme limiteur de couple (7) étant prévu apte à assurer le débrayage de l'entraínement par la poulie (3) au-delà d'un couple résistant déterminé produit par l'arbre d'enroulement (5), caractérisé par le fait que ledit mécanisme limiteur de couple (7) consiste en un moyeu intermédiaire (8) solidaire en rotation de l'arbre d'entraínement (4), sur ce moyeu (8) étant monté, de manière tournoyante, la poulie (3), laquelle est pourvue de moyens d'entraínement (9) en prise avec des moyens complémentaires (10) associés audit moyeu (8) ces moyens d'entraínement (9) et les moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (10) étant prévus de nature élastique et de manière apte à se plier sous l'effet d'une résistance à l'entraínement déterminé, pour autoriser la libre rotation de la poulie (3) par rapport au moyeu intermédiaire (8).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la poulie (3) est en forme d'une couronne dans l'alésage interne (12) de laquelle vient se loger le moyeu intermédiaire (8), les moyens d'entraínement (9) associés à cette poulie (3) étant définis par au moins une lame élastique (13) s'étendant au travers de cet alésage (12) de manière apte à coopérer avec la denture (14) d'une roue étoilée (15) associée au moyeu intermédiaire (8) et correspondant aux moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (10).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que deux (14A, 14B) des dents de la denture (14) correspondant à la roue étoilée (15) sont définies aptes à prendre appui sur la lame élastique (13) de manière à permettre l'entraínement du moyeu intermédiaire (8) par l'intermédiaire de la poulie (3).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la roue étoilée (15) est définie au centre d'une gorge périphérique (16) du moyeu intermédiaire (8).
- Dispositif d'entraínement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'entraínement (9) se présentent sous forme de deux lames élastiques (13, 13A) disposées symétriquement par rapport à un plan diamétral (17) de la poulie (3), chacune de ces lames élastiques (13, 13A) venant en prise de manière diamétralement opposée avec la denture (14) de la roue étoilée (15).
