Definitions
- the invention relates to a pull-out guide with a cabinet-side guide rail, one Middle rail and a slide-in guide rail that is elongated in the direction of movement and are approximately the same length and have end stops to avoid the Running over one rail over the other, and with a first locking mechanism in the extended state and a second locking mechanism in the retracted state, with each locking mechanism locked one in its Prestressed bolt or lever position and one that interacts with the bolt or lever Has stop and the bolt or lever with an actuator that itself extends over substantially the entire length of a rail, is operable.
- telescopic rails for example three-section rails with three in cross-section essentially C-shaped guide rails with their open ends are facing each other and which are over rolling elements, for example ball extension guides, managed and connected.
- the cabinet-side guide rail is on attached to a body, for example a cupboard, building, vehicle or the like, while the slide-in guide rail is attached to a drawer, for example, which in the example of a cabinet is pulled out of the cabinet and into it to be driven back in.
- a middle rail between these two rails arranged movably.
- Locking mechanisms are already available to improve the comfort of such pull-out guides provided to the thrust or the respective slide-in guide rail to lock in the inserted or, if necessary, also pulled out state.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, an extract guide of the aforementioned Art to create and improve over the prior art so that the Locking mechanism arranged within the outer contour of the guide rail can be.
- the latch of the locking mechanism rotatably articulated within the outer contour of the corresponding rail is, the actuating element in the form of a flat slide in the slide-in guide rail is slidably arranged and the slider obliquely to its direction of movement has employed actuating surfaces for engagement with the bolt.
- the pivotable latch of the locking mechanism is in accordance with the pull-out guide the new invention as well as the slide-shaped actuating element, which preferably has the shape of a flat bar, inside the outer contour of the guide rail arranged, and yet the actuator has all the components and functions to release the lock if desired. So you can do that at one end Move the actuator, thereby moving the bolt and in this way the lock cancel; and all this without additional space requirements outside the outside, for Example of the body-side guide rail.
- the above measure also applies to a multi-section pull-out system with several Locking mechanisms and several bolts. It is particularly preferred that a and the same actuator acts on each of the bolts. It is particularly preferred that one and the same engagement of the actuating element is sufficient to the respective locking mechanism, if applicable, all locking mechanisms, regardless of their Position, i.e. to operate both when the rails of the drawer slide in the extended state, as well as when they are pushed together to the smallest length are.
- the invention thereby creates a locking and integrating fully into a pull-out guide Operating mechanism.
- the slide-in guide rail or slide-in can both in the closed (moved together) and open (pulled apart) Locked state. All components are within the outer, namely the outer contour of the Guide rail, housed.
- raised parts for example, on the slide-in guide rail attached rivets, screws or embossing tabs.
- the “inner surface” of the slide-in guide rail means that Area that faces inside the entire drawer slide.
- rails in cross-section C-shaped are the two inner surfaces facing each other.
- inside also in the sense that it is the push or is the surface facing the movable part, while “outside” is the body or the stationary part facing side.
- the flat, strip-shaped design of the actuating element results in a little Space-consuming slide that extends essentially over the entire length of a rail extends, in the preferred case the length of the slide-in guide rail.
- a preferred embodiment is a ball pull-out guide using ball cages between two rails.
- the slide is biased into its disengaged position is. Unlocking can then namely by one and the same actuation movement respectively.
- the user can Slide either by pushing in one direction backwards or by pulling in opposite direction forward or similar move the slider and thus the in Unlock locking engagement of pre-tensioned bolt.
- Locking of the middle rail with respect to the slide-in guide rail by a flat and pivotable locking levers on the slide-in guide rail enables, which is located about half the length of the slide-in guide rail and engages with a stop on the central rail or when actuated accordingly the slider can be disengaged.
- the slide has in its central area a recess that is longer by its amplitude of movement than the locking lever of the first locking mechanism and wider than the locking lever, the control edge of the recess being engageable with the radius of the locking lever.
- This locking lever of the first locking mechanism is the size of the Recess pivotable in the slide.
- This locking lever creates from the insertion side Guide rail through the slide (namely through its opening) an actuation intervention with the middle rail, on which a stop is attached so that the locking lever at Use this stop to engage the slide-in guide rail with the middle rail locked.
- the middle rail has a tab as a locking stop inwards to the insertion side Guide rail issued and provided with such a height that the tab on the one hand, a secure locking overlap to the recess of the locking lever of the first Locking mechanism realized and on the other hand does not drag on the slide, and that the thickness of the locking lever by the amount of coverage is greater than the thickness of the Slider and play for the slider.
- the one mentioned Tab can be removed from the middle rail by punching, bending or similar processing can be provided very easily and inexpensively; but with the desired amount of Tab.
- a preferred thickness of the slide is, for example, in the range of 1-2 mm, preferably 1.5 mm.
- the locking lever of the first locking mechanism can mentioned preferred embodiment with a slide thickness of 1-2 mm a thickness of 1 - 4 mm, preferably 3 mm. With the thickness of 3 mm of the locking lever to 1.5 mm the slide thus results in that the locking lever is about twice as thick as the slide. It is plausible that in such a configuration the tab with the locking lever 5 in good Locking engagement brings and yet the slide without touching the tab this can be moved away.
- the end bolt of the second locking mechanism the locking lug is pivoted on the inside of the cabinet-side guide rail this end bolt protrudes forward in the pull-out direction that the locking lug can be brought into locking engagement with the recess in the slide-in guide rail is and can be brought into an operating engagement with an operating slope of the slide, wherein the end bar is arranged in height so that the outermost surface facing inwards not over the outermost surface of the inner wall of the insert side Guide rail protrudes.
- the mentioned end bolt of the second locking mechanism is arranged on the body-side guide rail in the rear area. It is preferably pivotally or rotatably hinged on the inside of this guide rail by means of locating bolts. If necessary, a spring ensures its pretension in the locking engagement.
- This end bolt has the locking lug mentioned, which projects forward, that is, in the direction of the pull-out from a fixed body-side guide rail. With the help of this locking lug, it is locked with the slide-in guide rail. For this purpose, there is a recess in the latter, into which the locking lug 24 engages and thus locks the two outermost rails against one another.
- the slide has an actuating slope at its rear end (ie opposite the actuating side).
- This actuation bevel can be brought into engagement for unlocking with the locking lug of the end bolt of the second locking mechanism.
- this end bar is arranged at such a height relative to the inner surface of the body-side guide rail that its outermost surface does not protrude beyond the entire outer contour, that is to say it still lies within the outermost surface of the insert-side guide rail.
- a locking and actuation mechanism for a displaceable insert unit is created with a surprising advantage, which is completely integrated in the pull-out guide and arranged in this so that it does not protrude beyond the outer contour. Nevertheless, the lock works both in the retracted and in the extended state of the pull-out guide.
- the rails lock automatically after reaching the two end positions.
- Another advantage is that the pull-out guide or the rails can also be unlocked from the two locked end positions using only a single actuating element.
- the slide-shaped actuating element for both unlocking operations is only moved in one direction by the measures according to the invention.
- the slide is resiliently biased relative to the slide-in guide rail so that the slide is automatically returned to its zero position after the respective actuation in said one direction.
- This can generally be an elastic energy store, which ensures that the slide is reset relative to the guide rail on the insertion side.
- the bolts 8, 18 and the lever 5 (which belongs to the first locking mechanism) are biased into their locked position. This can be done by gravity, by electrical or magnetic fields or other measures take place, preferably and according to the illustration in the drawings, the preload here is springs, as in the Drawings are indicated and some are also described.
- a stop must cooperate with each bolt in order to really lock two Parts to reach each other, and the following description will focus mainly on the Stops 16, 21 and 26 referenced.
- the stop 26 is one from the middle rail 12 bent tab 26, the stop 21 is in the slide-in guide rail 11 an open from the outside, approximately rectangular in plan view of Figures 6 to 8 Recess 21, 16 is a stop on one of the body-side guide rails 13 bent out, raised part, which on one side of the stop 16 an additional Link guide 37 ( Figure 9), whose function will be described.
- FIG. 6 to 8 is the rear or rear area of the body-side guide rail 13 shown, on which an end bolt 18 is pivotable via a locating bolt arranged and biased by a leg spring 19 in the locking direction.
- the already mentioned damping element is also located in the vicinity of the end bar 18 17th
- FIGS. 4a, 4b, 9, 12 and 13 Swivel bolt 8 arranged in the rear area of the central profile 12 in FIGS. 4a, 4b, 9, 12 and 13 Swivel bolt 8 arranged. He is also resiliently biased by the spring 9. The one in figure 8 designated rivet 10 forms the pivot axis.
- the pivot bolt 8 shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b extends from two sides also from the area of its swivel axis backwards diagonally upwards, like one too with respect to the directions of movement A, B from FIGS. 8, 9, 12 and 13.
- a bevel 30 on the upper edge of the swivel lock which is used for control or Swiveling movement of this swivel bolt 8 is provided.
- FIGS. 2a and 2b the guide rail 11 on the slide-in side is shown pivotally articulated locking lever 5 to the first locking mechanism heard in the extended state and in the above-mentioned embodiment a thickness of preferably 3 mm.
- the front left end of the locking lever 5 has a radius Control curve, which is referred to here as radius 28, so that the locking lever in the course of movement 5 can be operated well by the slide 2 via the control edge 27 of the slide 2.
- the Locking takes place with the aid of the locking lever 5 via the recess 22, which is at the end of the Radius 28 connects to the same lower side of the locking lever 5 and approximately in the mine Length of the locking lever ends. Between this recess 22 of the locking lever 5 and its Axis of rotation is a distance that is approximately equal to 1/3 to 1/2 the length of the locking lever in its Extent from front to back is.
- the actuating element has approximately the length of one of the illustrated embodiment Rails that are all about the same length. It is designed as a slide, which with the Reference numeral 2 denotes and is shown in Figures 1a and 1b.
- On the front, in the An adapter piece 33 is attached to the left end of the slide 2 shown in the figures molded so that there is easy access from the user side.
- About this Adapter piece 33 is by applying a pressure in the direction B to the rear Slide 2 brought into the operating position, from which it by the return spring shown in Figure 14 3 is pulled back to its starting position in direction A to the front.
- the bolt or locking lever 5 or the bolt 8 or 18 of the locking mechanism immersed in the outer contour of the body-side rail 13, but also installed Slider 2.
- the flat strip shape of the slider 2 can be seen from FIGS. 1a and 1b.
- the slide 2 has two operating surfaces 25, preferably at 45 °.
- a recess 36 is arranged in the central region of the slide 2, which is directed towards the front by a likewise inclined control edge 27 limited and to one side, according to Figure 1a towards the bottom, is open.
- the recess 36 is shown in FIG shown on a smaller scale than the locking lever 5 in Figure 2b.
- the expert understands that the recess 36 is wider and longer than the locking lever. So that the locking lever 5 move relative to the slide 2 to a certain extent.
- the locking lever 5 is namely rotatably articulated on the insertion-side guide rail 11, in the direction of movement A, B of the slide 2 whose recess 36 by the movement amplitude of the Slider is longer than the locking lever 5.
- This allows the slide relative to the locking lever (and also via its articulation point relative to the slide-in guide rail 11) in Direction B to the rear or direction A to be moved forward without the end edges of the recess 36 in the slider 2 would hit the locking lever 5 at the front or rear. Only the control edge 27 of the recess 36 touches the radius 38 of the locking lever when the Slide 2 in the representation of Figures 1 and 2 to the right in direction B (backwards) is pushed.
- the locking lever 5 is pivoted about its articulation point Angles of 5 - 20 °, preferably around 15 °. This pivotal movement is sufficient to Recess 22 in the locking lever 5 with the tab 26 (the stop) on the central rail 12 in or disengage.
- the aforementioned recess 21 is arranged in the area and in the central area by means of a rivet 7 (Articulation point) the mentioned locking lever 5 mounted.
- the lever spring 6 provides a resilient Preloading the locking lever 5 in the direction of the locking position, which is shown in FIG is shown.
- the Slider by means of fastening rivets 4, elongated holes 23 and return spring 3 and resilient slidably attached.
- the return spring 3 is in each case on the slide 2 and the insertion side Guide rail 11 connected.
- Figure 6 shows the right rear end of the drawer slide, the closed state is shown, in which the three rails overlap each other to a minimum length, are moved together.
- the pull-out guide is locked because the latch 18 engages with its locking lug 24 in the recess 21 of the insertion side Guide rail 11.
- the body-side guide rail 13 is thus opposite the insertion side Guide rail 11 set in each direction of movement. Because the middle rail 12 is arranged in between, the latter is clamped and also fixed. This is the closed and locked state.
- Figure 7 is a representation similar to Figure 6, but with the unlocking process starts when the drawer slide is still closed (curved arrow on the Locking lug 24).
- Figure 8 is again a view comparable to that of Figures 6 and 7, except that the closed state is partially canceled, because both the slide-in guide rail 11 and also the middle rail 12 can be seen a little to the left or to the front pulled out.
- the bolt 18 is in its starting position and has the insertion side Guide rail 11 completely released through its recess 21.
- the insert side Guide rail 11 is also so far to the left of the rear edge of the center rail 12 has been pulled out that just the swivel bolt 8 can be seen, the over the rivet 10 is pivotally articulated on the central rail 12 and is biased by the spring 9.
- the swivel bolt 8 In the state of FIG. 9, the swivel bolt 8 is supported against the stop 16. You turn the swivel bolt 8 clockwise, for example, when moving in the insert-side Guide rail 11 strokes the slope 30 of the pivot lever 8, then the unlocking is established when the state of FIG. 12 is reached.
- the swivel bar 8 12 moves over the stop 16 in the state of FIG. 12, its lower edge also drives past the backdrop guide 37.
- FIG. 13 The state of FIG. 13 can now be reached. There you can see that apart from the unlocking position of the pivot bolt 8, the rear edge 31 of the insertion side Guide rail 11 just comes into engagement with the locking lug 24 of the end bolt 18 and rotates the latter counterclockwise around the articulation point. If you move the insert-side guide rail 11 to the rear right, the locking lug 24 runs on the lower edge 32 of the rail 11 over until the locking lug 24 into the recess 21st the rail 11 falls and the locking state initially shown in connection with FIG. 6 guaranteed.
- the distance, not shown, between the guide rail 11 on the insertion side Articulated locking lever 5 to the rear end of the rail 11 is approximately equal to the length of the Ball cage, which carries the rolling elements 15 for the slide-in guide rail 11. This is favorable for stability. For this reason, the locking lever 5 "in the middle" of insertion-side guide rail 11 articulated.
- latching is to be understood in the sense of the description here so that it does also form-fitting, but generally non-positively so that a latch can be released or closed without special actuation mechanisms can.
- Locking is usually positive and can only be done by one separate or additional actuation mechanism can be solved, according to the invention namely by the slide 2.
- the slide 2 is moved in the direction B by a brief horizontal application of force moved in the same direction at the rear, so that the rear part of the slide 2 attached slope presses against the locking lug 24 of the end bolt 18.
- the end bar 18 pivots about its fulcrum out of the recess 21 (FIG. 7), see above that the lock is released and the slide-in guide rail 11 or Center rail 12 can be pulled out in the direction A to the front ( Figure 8).
- the rails 11, 12 and 13 are in the fully open state (FIGS. 9 and 10) locked against each other.
- the swivel bolt 8 snaps behind the stop edge of the stop 16, and the tab 26 of the central rail 12 snaps into the recess 22 of the locking lever 5 a.
- the slide-in guide rail 11 can be compared to the Middle rail 12 are inserted.
- the slide 2 is in turn automatically by the Return spring pushed back to the starting position.

Abstract
