Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines farbigen keramischen Dekors mit Reliefstruktur, umfassend Aufbringen eines ein- oder mehrfarbigen Dekorbilds auf einen unglasierten ungebrannten oder bisquit-gebrannten keramischen Artikel durch direktes oder indirektes Bedrucken unter Verwendung einer oder mehrerer thermoplastischer oder UV-härtender keramischer Farbpasten, im Falle UV-härtender Farbpasten Härten derselben unter UV-Bestrahlung, Aufbringen einer wäßrigen Glasur auf den mit dem Dekorbild versehenen Artikel und Brennen bei einer auf den Artikel, die Dekorfarbe(n) und die Glasur abgestimmten Brenntemperatur,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man vor dem Glasieren das ein- oder mehrfarbige Dekorbild teilweise oder vollständig mit einem hydrophoben organischen Material bedruckt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man das Dekorbild im keramischen Mehrfarben-Heißsiebdruckverfahren oder Tamponumdruckverfahren auf den keramischen Artikel aufbringt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man in der letzten Farbstation einer Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine, insbesondere Siebdruckmaschine, ein hydrophobes Material passergenau auf die gewünschten Flächen des ein- oder mehrfarbigen Dekorbilds aufdruckt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man das hydrophobe Material auswählt aus der Reihe der Polyolefinwachse, natürliche Wachse, Silikonöle, Alkydharze, Fette und Öle. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das hydrophobe Material thermoplastisch oder UV-härtend ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man einen keramischen Artikel aus der Reihe Steingut, Steinzeug, Bisquit-Porzellan, Bisquit-Bone China dekoriert. - Farbiges Dekor mit Reliefstruktur aufweisender keramischer Artikel, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
