Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Etikett (1) zur Fleischbeklebung, mit einer Papierschicht (2), deren Vorderseite (3) bedruckbar oder beschreibbar ist. Um ein Etikett (1) zur Verfügung zu stellen, das sowohl auf feuchten als auch auf trockenen Stellen des Fleisches klebt bzw. haftet und in einfacher Weise wieder entfernt werden kann, ist erfindungsgemäß auf der Rückseite (4) der Papierschicht (2) eine Klebschicht (5) vorgesehen, die wenigstens einen Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereich (7) und wenigstens einen klebstofffreien Bereich (8) aufweist.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Etikett zur Fleischbeklebung, mit einem Obermaterial, das saugfähig ist und dessen Vorderseite bedruckbar oder beschreibbar ist.
Rinder und Schweine sowie anderes Schlachtvieh weisen in der Regel eine am Ohr des betreffendes Tieres angebrachte Markierung auf, auf der sich bestimmte Informationen über die Herkunft, das Alter, den Züchter des betreffenden Tieres und ggf. andere Informationen befinden. Nach der Schlachtung der Tiere ist es erforderlich, zu Nachweiszwecken diese Informationen und andere Informationen auch auf die zerlegten Stücke Fleisch aufzubringen. Zu diesem Zweck werden zur Zeit vom Veterinär oder Schlachter die erforderlichen Informationen auf ein lediglich aus Papier bestehendes Etikett oder ein vollflächig mit Haftklebstoff beschichtetes Etikett aufgetragen und anschließend unmittelbar auf eine Stelle des Fleisches aufgedrückt. Dabei geht das unbeschichtete Etikett mit feuchtem Fleisch eine Verbindung ein und haftet. Ein vollflächig mit Haftklebstoff beschichtetes Etikett haftet dagegen auf trockenen Stellen, auf feuchten und fettigen Stellen haftet es jedoch unzureichend und es kann herabfallen.
Problematisch ist bei dem bekannten Verfahren zum Anbringen des Papier-Etiketts, daß das bekannte Etikett nach dem Aufbringen und Antrocknen auf dem Fleisch nur schwierig wieder zu entfernen ist. Verbleibt das bekannte Etikett längere Zeit auf feuchtem Fleisch, so weicht das Papier auf und läßt sich auch schon aus diesem Grunde nur schlecht ablösen. In der Regel bleiben beim Versuch des Abziehens des bekannten Etiketts vom Fleisch Abrißreste am Fleisch, die dann abgeschnitten werden müssen. Dies ist nicht nur arbeits- und zeitaufwendig, sondern bedeutet auch einen Verlust an Fleisch. Ein weiterer Nachteil des bekannten Etiketts aus reinem Papier ist, daß es an trockenen Stellen des Fleisches nicht angeklebt werden kann.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, ein Etikett zur Fleischbeklebung zur Verfügung zu stellen, das für alle Anwendungsfälle geeignet ist und sowohl einfach aufgebracht als auch wieder entfernt werden kann.
Die zuvor hergeleitete Aufgabe ist bei einem Etikett der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß auf der Rückseite des Obermaterials, das vorzugsweise Papier sein kann, eine Klebschicht vorgesehen ist, die wenigstens einen Klebstoff aufweisenden Bereich und wenigstens einen klebstofffreien Bereich aufweist. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung des Etiketts unter Verwendung wenigstens jeweils einer mit Klebstoff beschichteten sowie einer klebstofffreien Zone bietet den Vorteil, daß mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Etikett sowohl feuchte als auch trockene Stellen des Fleisches beklebt werden können, da der klebstofffreie Bereich auf den feuchten Stellen des Fleisches haftet bzw. Webt, während der mit Klebstoff beschichtete Bereich auf trockenen Stellen, wie beispielsweise Muskelfleisch, klebt.
Darüber hinaus weicht das erfindungsgemäße Etikett nicht so schnell auf wie das bekannte Papier-Etikett, wenn dieses auf ein feuchtes Stück Fleisch aufgebracht worden ist. Für die geringere Neigung des Aufweichens des erfindungsgemäßen Etiketts sorgt der Klebstoff, der an den Stellen des Etiketts, an denen er auf die Papierschicht aufgebracht ist, als eine Art Schutzschicht für das Papier der Papierschicht dient. Schließlich ist festgestellt worden, daß sich ein erfindungsgemäßes Etikett leichter von einem Stück Fleisch wieder ablösen bzw. -ziehen läßt. Dieser Vorteil stellt sich letztlich dadurch ein, daß beim erfindungsgemäßen Etikett durch die unterschiedlichen Bereiche unabhängig vom Anwendungsfall nicht die ganze Papierschicht auf dem Fleisch klebt bzw. haftet, sondern nur ein Teilbereich, während der andere Teilbereich nicht haftet und dementsprechend leicht abgezogen werden kann. Es darf an dieser Stelle darauf hingewiesen werden, daß die Begriffe "kleben" und "haften" vorliegend synonym verstanden werden.
Obwohl es grundsätzlich möglich ist, daß die Klebschicht nur einen einzigen Klebstoff aufweisenden Bereich und einen einzigen klebstofffreien Bereich aufweist, hat sich bei Versuchen gezeigt, daß es zur Gewährleistung einer sicheren Haft- bzw. Klebverbindung vorteilhaft ist, daß die Klebschicht eine Mehrzahl von Klebstoff aufweisenden Bereichen und ebenso eine Mehrzahl von klebstofffreien Bereichen aufweist. In diesem Zusammenhang bietet es sich aus herstellungstechnischen Gründen an, wenn die Klebstoff aufweisenden Bereiche und die klebstofffreien Bereiche in einem regelmäßigen Muster auf der Papierschicht vorgesehen sind.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung, die sich im übrigen auch herstellungstechnisch sehr einfach verwirklichen läßt, sind die Klebstoff aufweisenden Bereiche und die klebstofffreien Bereiche streifenförmig und insbesondere als balkenförmige Streifen ausgebildet. Um dabei gute Haft- und Klebeergebnisse zu erzielen, ist weiterhin vorgesehen, daß die Streifen mit Klebstoff aufweisenden Bereichen und mit klebstofffreien Bereichen nebeneinander und alternierend angeordnet sind.
Bei Versuchen, die angestellt worden sind, ist außerdem festgestellt worden, daß es zur Erzielung guter Haft- bzw. Klebeergebnisse bei der Fleischbeklebung sowohl von feuchten und fettigen als auch von trockenen Zonen des Fleisches vorteilhaft ist, die Breite der Streifen der Klebstoff aufweisenden Bereiche und die Breite der klebstofffreien Bereiche etwa gleich groß auszubilden. Dabei hat es sich gezeigt, daß die Breite der Streifen zwischen 1 und 80 mm liegen kann, vorzugsweise aber zwischen 10 und 30 mm liegt.
Aus herstellungstechnischen Gründen bietet es sich an, daß das Papier etwa eine Rechteckform aufweist, wobei die Streifen dann längs oder quer zur Rechteckform verlaufen.
Als Papier der Papierschicht eignet sich besonders ein öl- bzw. fettdichtes Papier, das im auf das Fleisch aufgebrachten Zustand nicht oder nur langsam aufweicht, während als Klebstoff für den besonderen Anwendungsfall der Fleischbeklebung ein lebensmittelverträglicher Dispersionsklebstoff oder ein Lösungsmittelklebstoff verwendet werden sollte.
Schließlich weist das erfindungsgemäße Etikett vorzugsweise eine abziehbare Schutz- und Tragschicht auf, die auf die Klebschicht aufgebracht ist. Die Schutz- und Tragschicht dient nicht nur zum Schutz der Klebschicht, sondern auch als Träger der Papierschicht, um das erfindungsgemäße Etikett in einem Drucker transportieren und bedrucken zu können.
Weitere Merkmale ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen anhand der Zeichnung. Es zeigt

In den Figuren ist ein Etikett 1 dargestellt, das zur direkten Fleischbeklebung, d. h. zur unmittelbaren Aufbringung auf ein Stück Fleisch dient. Das Etikett 1 weist als saugfähiges Obermaterial eine Papierschicht 2 auf, deren Vorderseite 3 bedruckbar oder beschreibbar ist, so daß auf die Vorderseite 3 der Papierschicht 2 Informationen wie über die Herkunft und das Alter des Fleisches per Hand oder über einen Drucker aufgebracht werden können.
Wesentlich ist nun, daß auf der Rückseite 4 der Papierschicht 2 eine Klebschicht 5 vorgesehen ist. Entscheidend an der Klebschicht 5 ist, daß diese wenigstens einen Klebstoff 6 aufweisenden Bereich 7 und wenigstens einen klebstofffreien Bereich 8 aufweist. Der Klebstoff 6 aufweisende Bereich 7 dient zum Aufkleben des Etiketts 1 auf trockene Stellen des Fleisches, wie Muskelfleisch, während dieser Bereich 7 nicht auf feuchten Stellen des Fleisches klebt oder haftet. Demgegenüber Heben bzw. haften die klebstofffreien Bereiche 8 auf feuchten oder fettigen Stellen des Fleisches, wahrend diese Bereiche 8 nicht auf trockenen Stellen des Fleisches haften.
Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist das erfindungsgemäße Etikett 1 fünf Klebstoff 6 aufweisende Bereiche 7 und auch fünf klebstofffreie Bereiche 8 auf, wobei darauf hinzuweisen ist, daß die Anzahl der Klebstoff 6 aufweisenden Bereiche 7 und der klebstofffreien Bereiche 8 nicht identisch sein muß. Die Klebstoff 6 aufweisenden Bereiche 7 und die klebstofffreien Bereiche 8 sind in einem regelmäßigen Muster auf der Papierschicht 2 angeordnet und zwar bevorzugt, wie in der dargestellten Ausführungsform ersichtlich, als balkenförmige Streifen, die nebeneinander und alternierend angeordnet sind. Die einzelnen Streifen der Klebstoff 6 aufweisenden Bereiche 7 sind untereinander gleich groß bzw. haben die gleiche Länge und Breite. Gleiches gilt für die Streifen der klebstofffreien Bereiche 8. Im übrigen entspricht die Breite der Streifen der Klebstoff 6 aufweisenden Bereiche 7 aber auch etwa der Breite der klebstofffreien Bereiche 8.
Die Breite der einzelnen Streifen der Klebstoff 6 aufweisenden Bereiche 7 und der klebstofffreien Bereiche 8 ist unter anderem abhängig von der Größe des Etiketts 1, das in der Regel eine Rechteckform, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, aufweist, wobei die Ecken abgerundet sein können. Die Breite der Streifen liegt bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform bei etwa 12 mm, so daß bei zehn Streifen die Länge des vorliegenden Etiketts etwa 12 cm bei einer Breite von etwa 8,5 cm beträgt. Es versteht sich, daß das Etikett 1 auch größer oder Meiner sein kann. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform verlaufen die Streifen der Bereiche 7, 8 quer zur Langseite der Rechteckform und erstrecken sich über die gesamte Breite des Etiketts 1.
Bei dem Papiermaterial der Papierschicht 2 handelt es sich vorliegend um ein öl- und fettdichtes Papiermaterial, während der Klebstoff 6 ein lebensmittelverträglicher Dispersionsklebstoff ist. Auch die Verwendung anderer lebensmittelverträglicher Klebstoffe, wie z. B. auf Lösungsmittel basierender Klebstoffe, ist möglich.
Auf die Klebschicht 5 ist rückseitig eine abziehbare Schutz- und Tragschicht 9 mit einer Silikonbeschichtung aufgebracht. Die Schutz- und Tragschicht 9 übt für die Klebschicht 5 einerseits eine Schutzfunktion aus. Andererseits dient die Schutz- und Tragschicht 9 auch als Träger der Papierschicht 2, insbesondere damit das Etikett 1 mittels eines Druckers bedruckt werden kann.

Claims (13)

  1. Etikett zur Fleischbeklebung, mit einem Obermaterial, welches saugfähig ist und dessen Vorderseite (3) bedruckbar oder beschreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Rückseite (4) des Obermaterials eine Klebschicht (5) vorgesehen ist, die wenigstens einen Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereich (7) und wenigstens einen klebstofffreien Bereich (8) aufweist.
  2. Etikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das saugfähige Obermaterial eine Papierschicht (2) ist.
  3. Etikett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebschicht (5) eine Mehrzahl von einzelnen Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereichen (7) und klebstofffreien Bereichen (8) aufweist.
  4. Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereiche (7) und die klebstofffreien Bereiche (8) in einem regelmäßigen Muster auf der Papierschicht (2) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereiche (7) und die klebstofffreien Bereiche (8) streifenförmig, insbesondere als balkenförmige Streifen ausgebildet sind.
  6. Etikett nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen der Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereiche (7) und der klebstofffreien Bereiche (8) nebeneinander und alternierend angeordnet sind.
  7. Etikett nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Streifen der Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereiche (7) und der klebstofffreien Bereiche (8) über die gesamte Länge oder die gesamte Breite des Etiketts (1) erstrecken.
  8. Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Streifen der Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereiche (7) jeweils etwa der Breite der Streifen der der klebstofffreien Bereiche (8) entspricht.
  9. Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Streifen der Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereiche (7) und der klebstofffreien Bereiche (8) zwischen 1 und 80 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 30 mm liegt.
  10. Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (1) eine Rechreckform aufweist und daß die Streifen der Klebstoff (6) aufweisenden Bereiche (7) und der klebstofffreien Bereiche (8) längs oder quer zur Rechteckform verlaufen.
  11. Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Papier der Papierschicht (2) ein öl- oder fettdichtes Papier ist.
  12. Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff (6) ein lebensmittelverträglicher Klebstoff, insbesondere ein Dispersionsklebstoff oder ein Lösungsmittelklebstoff ist.
  13. Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Klebschicht (5) eine abziehbare Schutz- und Tragschicht (9) aufgebracht ist.
