Definitions
- the invention relates to a label for meat pasting, with an upper material, the is absorbent and the front is printable or writable.
- Cattle and pigs and other slaughter cattle usually have one on the ear of the animal in question, on which there is certain information about the origin, age, breeder of the animal in question and, if applicable, others Information. After slaughtering the animals it is necessary to For purposes of proof, this information and other information is also disassembled Apply pieces of meat.
- the veterinarian is currently or butcher the required information on a paper only Label or a full-surface coated with pressure sensitive adhesive label applied and then immediately pressed onto a spot on the meat.
- the uncoated label binds with moist meat and adheres.
- a label that is fully coated with pressure sensitive adhesive adheres to dry ones Places, on wet and greasy places, however, it adheres insufficiently and it can fall down.
- the problem with the known method for attaching the paper label is that the known label after applying and drying on the meat only is difficult to remove.
- the well-known label remains for a long time wet meat, the paper softens and can be used for this reason peel off badly.
- try to pull off the known one Labels from the meat Torn off remains on the meat, which are then cut off have to. Not only is this labor and time consuming, it also means one Loss of meat.
- Another disadvantage of the known label made of pure paper is that it cannot be glued to dry areas of the meat.
- the object of the present invention is therefore a label for meat pasting to provide that is suitable for all use cases and both simple applied as well as removed.
- the previously derived task is according to the invention for a label of the type mentioned at the outset solved in that on the back of the upper, which preferably Paper can be an adhesive layer is provided, which has at least one Has adhesive area and at least one adhesive-free area.
- Paper can be an adhesive layer is provided, which has at least one Has adhesive area and at least one adhesive-free area.
- the inventive design of the label using at least one each with an adhesive-coated zone and an adhesive-free zone the advantage that both moist and dry with the label according to the invention Places of the meat can be glued, as the adhesive-free area on the Moist areas of the meat stick or weave, while the one coated with adhesive The area sticks to dry places, such as muscle meat.
- the label according to the invention does not soften as quickly as the known one Paper label if this has been applied to a damp piece of meat is.
- the label according to the invention ensures the adhesive that is in the places of the label where it is on the paper layer is applied as a kind of protective layer for the paper of the paper layer.
- a label according to the invention is easier to remove from a piece of meat. This advantage arises ultimately by the fact that in the label according to the invention by the different Do not cover the entire paper layer regardless of the application the meat sticks or sticks, but only one part, while the other part is not liable and can therefore be easily removed. It is allowed At this point it should be noted that the terms “stick” and "stick” in the present case be understood synonymously.
- the adhesive layer only a single adhesive having area and has a single adhesive-free area experiments have shown that to ensure safe Adhesive connection is advantageous in that the adhesive layer has a plurality of adhesive Areas and also a plurality of adhesive-free areas. In this context, it offers itself for manufacturing reasons when the adhesive-containing areas and the adhesive-free areas in one regular patterns are provided on the paper layer.
- the rest of the manufacturing technology can be realized very easily, the adhesive areas are and the adhesive-free areas in the form of strips and in particular in the form of bars Stripes formed.
- the strips with adhesive areas and with Adhesive-free areas are arranged side by side and alternately.
- the width of the strips of the adhesive areas and the width of the adhesive-free areas Form areas approximately the same size. It has been shown that the The width of the strips can be between 1 and 80 mm, but preferably between 10 and 30 mm.
- An oil or greaseproof paper is particularly suitable as paper of the paper layer when applied to the meat does not, or only slowly, softens while as an adhesive for the special application of meat pasting a food compatible Dispersion adhesive or a solvent adhesive used should be.
- the label according to the invention preferably has a peelable Protective and base layer, which is applied to the adhesive layer.
- the protection and Base layer not only serves to protect the adhesive layer, but also as a carrier of the Paper layer to transport the label according to the invention in a printer and to be able to print.
- a label 1 is shown, which for direct meat pasting, i.e. H. for direct application to a piece of meat.
- the label 1 points as absorbent upper material on a paper layer 2, the front 3 printable or is writable so that information on the front 3 of the paper layer 2 such as the origin and age of the meat by hand or using a printer can be applied.
- an adhesive layer 5 on the rear side 4 of the paper layer 2 is provided. What is decisive about the adhesive layer 5 is that it has at least one Area 7 having adhesive 6 and at least one area 8 free of adhesive having.
- the area 7 comprising the adhesive 6 serves to stick on the label 1 on dry areas of the meat, such as muscle meat, during this area 7 not sticks or sticks to moist areas of the meat.
- the label 1 according to the invention has five Areas 7 having adhesive 6 and also five areas 8 free of adhesive, wherein it should be pointed out that the number of regions 7 having adhesive 6 and the adhesive-free areas 8 need not be identical.
- the adhesive 6 Areas 7 and the adhesive-free areas 8 are in a regular pattern arranged on the paper layer 2 and preferably, as shown in the Embodiment can be seen as a bar-shaped stripes that are side by side and alternating are arranged.
- the individual strips of the areas having adhesive 6 7 are the same size or have the same length and width. The same applies to the strips of the adhesive-free areas 8. Otherwise, the corresponds to Width of the strips of the adhesive areas 6 7 but also about Width of the non-adhesive areas 8.
- the width of the individual strips of areas 7 and 6 of adhesive Adhesive-free areas 8 depend, among other things, on the size of the label 1, which generally has a rectangular shape, as shown in Fig. 1, the corners can be rounded.
- the width of the strips is in the embodiment shown at about 12 mm, so that with ten strips the length of the present Label is about 12 cm with a width of about 8.5 cm. It is understood that that Label 1 can also be larger or mine.
- the strips of the areas 7, 8 run transversely to the long side of the rectangular shape and extend across the entire width of the label 1.
- the paper material of the paper layer 2 is an oil and greaseproof paper material, while the adhesive 6 is a food-compatible dispersion adhesive is.
- the use of other food-compatible adhesives, such as B. solvent-based adhesives is possible.
- the adhesive layer 5 On the back of the adhesive layer 5 there is a removable protective and support layer 9 with a Silicone coating applied.
- the protective and base layer 9 exercises for the Adhesive layer 5 has a protective function.
- the protection and Base layer 9 also as a carrier of paper layer 2, in particular thus label 1 can be printed using a printer.
