Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de tri d'envois à l'aide de caractéristiques se trouvant sur la surface des envois, en utilisant une machine de tri qui effectue le tri d'après ces caractéristiques lues et identifiées,
    caractérisé en ce que les envois entrants sont pré-triés suivant un plan de tri préalable, et des tris finaux, qui peuvent utiliser au plus les séparations non sollicitées par le tri préalable, sont effectués en même temps sur la machine de tri suivant des plans de tri final respectivement activés, les envois pré-triés associés au plan de tri final respectivement activé étant renvoyés à la machine de tri pour le tri final, et les casiers dans lesquels se trouvent les envois définitivement triés étant totalement vidés avant le début de chaque nouveau plan de tri final.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que tous les envois entrants sont pré-triés, et les envois pré-triés sur les plans actifs de tri final sont renvoyés à la machine de tri.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les envois entrants qui doivent être triés suivant des plans de tri final actifs respectifs sont immédiatement définitivement triés, sans tri préalable.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le choix des envois respectivement soumis au tri final, avec les plans activés associés de tri final, s'effectue suivant la quantité d'envois ou suivant des points de vue d'exploitation.
  5. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise des postes séparés d'entrée d'envois pour les envois qui ne sont pas pré-triés et pour ceux qui sont pré-triés et renvoyés à la machine, le poste d'entrée pour les envois qui ne sont pas pré-triés comportant un lecteur d'adresses et une imprimante de codes, et le poste d'entrée pour les envois pré-triés comportant uniquement un lecteur de codes.
  6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les plans de tri final sont modifiés automatiquement pendant l'exploitation à l'aide d'informations statistiques disponibles.
