Definitions
- the present invention relates to a further development of a construction, where the drive shaft of the vibration exciter and that of the vibration head in one Angles run to each other, causing a wobbling movement of the oscillating head when rotation of the drive shaft is caused, as in DE-OS 196 34 650 A1 is described.
- the object on which the invention is based is therefore a more compact one to create a lighter device, the area of use of which is expanded, and moreover enables cheaper production.
- the pathogen trained according to the invention has a collar on the ring surface between the drive shaft and the stump abuts, the former being ball-bearing.
- This bundle of pathogens follows on a pin inclined to the axis of the drive shaft, which in the Swinging head engages. Rotation of the pin causes a wobble of the oscillating head with ball bearings, the center of the The oscillating head remains more or less constant, while the remaining functional area of the head wobbles and performs a three-dimensional movement.
- the exciter is not stored in the housing, but takes over the drive shaft warehousing.
- the formation of the pathogen according to the invention in connection with the bearing of only the drive shaft enables a reduction in dimensioning and thus a reduction in weight, resulting in the desired compactness of the device results.
- the pathogen is also recorded directly on the stump.
- Fig. 1 the housing 1 is shown in section in the area of the drive.
- the drive shaft 2 engages with her stump 3 in the factually obliquely in the in the exciter 5 running hole 4.
- the drive shaft 2 is in the ball bearing 6 or ball bearings stored, which in turn are secured by the cage 7.
- the pathogen itself has no bearing and the motor shaft matured directly into the exciter.
- the exciter 5 - as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7 - consists of a machine part with collar 8 and a pin 9, which is used to receive the oscillating head 10 serves.
- the surface 11 of the collar 8 of the exciter 5 facing away from the pin 9 lies flat on the formed at the transition from the drive shaft 2 to the stump 3 Ring band on.
- the surface 12 of the collar facing the pin 9 runs obliquely and the pin 9 extends perpendicularly, that is to say at a right angle to it Surface 12.
- the pin 9 is at an angle to the axis of the motor shaft 2 inclined, which determines the wobbling movement of the oscillating head.
- the pin 9 has in addition to the bore 4 also a threaded bore 14 (at the free End of the pin 9. In the drawing, hole 14 extends to hole 4, but this is not mandatory.
- This bore 14 corresponds to the screw 16, which engages in the recess 17 of the oscillating head 10.
- the bore 14 serves as a tightening threaded hole to firmly connect exciter 5 and oscillating head 10 and on the other hand, this provides a puller when the device is disassembled.
- the screw 16 passes through a washer 18, which is on the ball bearings 15 supports, which in turn when tightening the screw 16 to the surfaces 12 of the Cast on federal 8.)
- the exciter 5 itself is via a threaded bore running radially in the collar 8 19 engaging screw 20 clamped on the stub shaft 3.
- the Screw 20 acts as a grub screw with a cup point and eats itself into the stub shaft 3, without the possibility of disassembly in the event of malfunctions prevent.
- the diameter of the federal government is large enough to ensure a secure connection to guarantee.
- the further radial bore 21 in the collar 8 is used for locking when installing the device.
- the pin 23 On the inner surface 22 of the oscillating head 10 is the pin 23, which in the with elastic material preferably rubber-lined hole engages in the cage 7, to prevent rotation of the oscillating head, but the wobble movement allow. For this reason, the hole 24 is larger in diameter that of the pin 23 held.
- FIG. 2 shows a possible embodiment of the invention as a hand-held device in the form of a Gun shown.
- This compact handheld device can be due to its small size and the lower weight in addition to the usual forms of treatment the spine can also be used for spot treatments all over the body and is useful for both acupressure and transcutaneous nerve and Muscle stimulation can be used. It is also suitable for treating the meridians, the trigger points and cystic fibrosis diseases. A special area of application results from the small dimensions and the small Weight in cystic fibrosis diseases of infants.
- the invention Device can also be used as a therapy for pain. Is also the Treatment of animals possible with this device.
