Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Spritzbetons oder Spritzmörtels vor Ort, d.h. auf einer Baustelle, bei demein trockenes Vorgemisch (9) aus Bindemittel und Zuschlag mit einer Körngröße im Bereich von 0 mm bis 6 mm angeliefert und ggf. in einem Vorratssilo (2) abgefüllt wird,ein Zuschlag (7) mit einer Korngröße im Bereich von 2 mm bis 8 mm vor Ort zugekauft und bevorratet wird,das Vorgemisch (9) und der Zuschlag (7) im gewünschten Mischungsverhältnis zu einem Bindemittelzuschlaggemisch gemischt werden, unddem Bindemittelzuschlaggemisch die erforderliche Menge an Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Wasser zugegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschlag (7) in feuchtem, insbesondere erdfeuchtem Zustand oder trocken vor Ort bevorratet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorgemisch (9) und/oder der Zuschlag (7) in jeweils einem Drucksilo (4, 3) bevorratet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorgemisch (9) und/oder der Zuschlag (7) mittels Austragsorganen abgezogen und in einem Druckluftstrom miteinander vermischt werden.
- Verfahren nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorgemisch (9) und/oder der Zuschlag (7) und/oder das Bindemittelzuschlaggemisch mittels eines Druckluftstromes zu einer Spritzdüse (24) transportiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels eines Wiegeverfahrens der beiden Silo (3, 4) die Zusammensetzung von Vorgemisch (9) und Zuschlag (7) bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorgemisch (9) und/oder der Zuschlag (7) mittels einer Förderschnecke (11, 5) aus dem bzw. den Vorratssilo(s) (1, 2) gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorgemisch (9) und der Zuschlag (7) einer Förderschnecke (22) zugeführt und in dieser miteinander vermischt werden.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere zum Durchführen eines Verfahrens nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit zwei Vorratsbehältern (1, 2) zur Aufnahme zweier miteinander zu vermischender Stoffe, wobei jeder Vorratsbehälter (1 und 2) ein Austragsorgan aufweist, über welches der Stoff aus dein Vorratsbehälter (1 bzw. 2) ausgetragen wird, und eine Mischvorrichtung (8) vorgesehen ist, in welcher die beiden Stoffe miteinander vermischt werden, und eine Transportleitung (23) vorgesehen ist, über welche das Stoffgemisch z.B. einer Spritzdüse (24) zugeleitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Vorratsbehälter (1, 2) als Drucksilos (3, 4) ausgebildet sind, dass die beiden Stoffe in einem Druckluftstrom gemischt und über diesen Druckluftstrom gefördert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mischvorrichtung eine Schnecke (22) vorgesehen ist, die von Druckluft durchströmt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Wiegevorrichtungen, insbesondere Druckmessdosen (12) vorgesehen sind, auf welchen die Drucksilos (3, 4) aufsitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rechenvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, dass die Rechenvorrichtung mit den Wiegevorrichtungen verknüpft ist und dass über die Rechenvorrichtung das Mischungsverhältnis der beiden Stoffe ermittelbar und mittels der Austragsorgane einstellbar ist.
