Claims (12)
- Procédé de découpe-épaufrage de matériaux minces à partir d'une plaque mère durcie en ciment ou béton renforcé éventuellement de fibres, ladite plaque mère (1) présentant une belle face (7) et une face arrière, procédé selon lequel:i) la plaque mère (1) est déposée à plat sur une série de deux supports (5,5'), la belle face (7) de la plaque mère (1) étant en contact avec les deux supports (5,5'), la belle face de la plaque mère (1) définissant ainsi un premier plan (I-I'),ii) un disque rotatif (6), ayant un axe de rotation, est disposé dans un second plan (II-II') perpendiculaire au premier plan (I-I'), le second plan (II-II') étant situé entre les deux supports (5,5'), le premier plan (I-I') étant situé entre l'axe de rotation et la série de deux supports (5,5'),iii) on provoque un mouvement relatif entre le disque (6) et la plaque mère (1), le mouvement relatif ayant une direction suivant l'intersection entre le premier plan (I-I') et le second plan (II-II'), etiv) durant le mouvement relatif, l'axe de rotation du disque (6) est maintenu à une telle distance du premier plan (I-I') que le disque (6), qui est en rotation libre, pratique une découpe épaufrée dans la plaque mère (1) selon ladite intersection,

- Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, selon lequel

- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que, dans la deuxième étape, on pratique simultanément m>1 découpes épaufrées parallèles dans les éléments au moyen de n séries de deux supports (5,5') et n disques rotatifs (6), un disque (6) étant disposé entre les deux supports (5,5') de chaque série.
- Dispositif de découpe-épaufrage de matériaux minces à partir d'une plaque mère durcie (1) en ciment ou béton renforcé éventuellement de fibres,
dispositif comportant:i) une série de deux supports (5,5') ayant une surface d'appui définissant un premier plan (I-I'),ii) un disque rotatif (6) disposé dans un second plan (II-II') perpendiculaire au premier plan (I-I'), le deuxième plan (II-II') étant situé entre les deux supports (5,5'), le disque (6) ayant un axe de rotation perpendiculaire au second plan (II-II'), le premier plan (I-I') étant situé entre l'axe de rotation et la série de deux supports (5,5'),iii) des moyens pour provoquer un mouvement relatif ente le disque (6) et les deux supports (5,5') dans une direction suivant l'intersection entre le premier plan (I-I') et le second plan (II-II'),iv) un système de réglage maintenant l'axe de rotation du disque (6) à une distance prédéterminée du premier plan (I-I') durant le mouvement relatif, le disque (6) étant en rotation libre autour dudit axe de rotation,

- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte n>1 séries de deux supports (5,5') et n disques rotatifs (6), chaque disque rotatif (6) étant associé à une série de supports (5,5') correspondante.
- Installation de découpe-épaufrage de matériaux minces à partir d'une plaque mère durcie (1) on ciment ou béton renforcé éventuellement de fibres,
installation comportant:i) un premier dispositif de découpe-épaufrage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10,ii) un second dispositif, de découpe-épaufrage suivant l'une des revendications 8 à 10, installation dans lequel le premier dispositif de découpe-épaufrage pratique une première découpe épaufrée ou n>1 découpes épaufrées parallèles, pendant que le second dispositif de découpe-épaufrage pratique une seconde découpe épaufrée ou m>1 découpes épaufrées, la ou les découpes épaufrées pratiquées par le second dispositif n'étant pas parallèles à la ou aux découpes épaufrées pratiquées par le premier dispositif. - Installation suivant la revendication 11, caractérisée on ce que la ou les découpes épaufrées pratiquées par le second dispositif sont perpendiculaires à la ou aux découpes épaufrées pratiquées par le premier dispositif.
