Abstract
Description
Eine besonders bervorzugte Ausbildung des Tauchrohres wird dadurch erreicht, daß das Bodenelement in Richtung seiner Austrittsöffnungen die Raumform einer konkaven, insbesondere eine Polynomfunktion mindestens zweiter Ordnung definierenden Kurve besitzt.
Die weitere zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht ferner vor, daß die Strömungsteiler als Strömungsleitkörper mit rechteckigem oder trapezförmigem Querschnitt ausgebildet sind, deren Breite b und/oder Höhe h über die Länge L des Rohrstücks veränderlich ist, und daß die Strömungsleitkörper die Höhe L1 der Austrittsöffnungen überragen.
Mit Vorteil für einen stetigen Strömungsverlauf sind sowohl am Bodenelement, als auch an den Strömungsleitkörpern alle Kanten und/oder Flächenübergänge mit Verrundungen ausgebildet.
Und schließlich kann bei der Ausbildung des Tauchgießrohres nach der Erfindung von der Maßnahme Gebrauch gemacht sein, daß das Konturelement mit den Strömungsleitkörpern in dessen Matrix eingebettet oder ein austauschbares Einzelelement ist.
Claims (10)
- Tauchgießrohr (1) zum Einleiten von Schmelze, insbesondere Stahlschmelze, aus einem Gieß- oder Zwischenbehälter (3) in eine mit Breitseiten- (14) und Schmalseitenwänden (15) ausgebildete Kokille (5) zum Stranggießen von insbesondere Flachprodukten, wobei das Tauchgießrohr (1) ein als Strömungskanal ausgebildetes Rohrstück (11) aufweist, welches mit einem Konturelement (10), (12) und wenigstens zwei in Richtung der Schmalseitenwände (15) gegenüberliegenden Austrittsöffnungen (8, 8')ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Konturelement (10), (12) mit einer fließend ineinander übergehenden Kombination eines massiven, gegenüberliegende Wandbereiche verbindenden Bodenelements (10) mit der Höhe (H1) und oberhalb desselben angeordneten Strömungsteilern (12) mit in Richtung der X-Achse vorgesehener Höhe (H2) ausgebildet ist, die ausgehend von den Wandbereichen in das Rohrstück (11) des Strömungskanals ohne feste Verbindung mit gegenüberliegenden Wandbereichen hineinragen. - Tauchgießrohr nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Strömungsteiler (12) ohne Ausbildung einer festen Verbindung der gegenüberliegenden Wandbereiche in das Rohrstück (11) des Strömungskanals hineinragen. - Tauchgießrohr nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Strömungsteiler (12) unter Ausbildung einer festen Verbindung gegenüberliegender Wandbereiche in Form einer Trennungswand das Rohrstück (11) in zwei nebeneinanderliegende Kanäle teilen, welchen jeweils eine Austrittsöffnung (8, 8') zugeordnet ist. - Tauchgießrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei dem Bodenelement (10) wenigstens ein sich in das Rohrstück (11) erstreckender Strömungsteiler (12) zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Höhe (H1) des Bodenelement (10) zusammen mit der Höhe (H2) des Strömungsteilers (12) größer ist, als die Höhe (L1) einer Austrittsöffnung (8, 8'). - Tauchgießrohr nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bodenelement (10) in Richtung der Austrittsöffnungen (8, 8') die Raumform eines nach gegenüberliegenden Seiten verjüngten Keiles besitzt. - Tauchgießrohr nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bodenelement (10) in Richtung der Austrittsöffnungen (8, 8') die Raumform einer konkaven, bevorzugt eine Polynomfunktion mindestens zweiter Ordnung definierenden Kurve besitzt. - Tauchgießrohr nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Strömungsteiler (12) als Strömungsletkörper mit rechteckigem oder trapezförmigem Querschnitt ausgebildet sind, deren Breite (b) und/oder Höhe (h) über die Länge (L) des Rohrstücks (11) veränderlich ist. - Tauchgießrohr nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Strömungsleitkörper (12) die Höhe (L1) der Austrittsöffnungen (8, 8') überragen. - Tauchgießrohr nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bodenelement (10) mit den Strömungsleitkörpern (12) an Kanten und/oder Flächenübergängen Verrundungen aufweist. - Tauchgießrohr nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bodenelement (10) mit den Strömungsleitkörpern (12) in dessen Matrix eingebettet oder ein austauschbares Einzelelement ist.
