Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que, dans le mode de fonctionnement duplex dans lequel des feuilles individuelles sont imprimées sur les deux faces, la matière en feuilles est amenée, par la section d'entrée (28) et le premier élément d'aiguillage (W1), au premier élément d'impression (D1) où elle est imprimée au recto,
       en ce que la matière en feuilles est transportée, par le deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2) et le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3), au deuxième élément d'impression (D2) où elle est imprimée au recto,
       en ce que, pour imprimer le verso, la matière en feuilles est transportée vers le quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4), après avoir passé le quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4) la matière en feuilles est transportée dans une section de retournement, le sens de défilement est inversé et modifié en direction du deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2), en ce que la matière en feuilles est amenée par le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3) et le premier élément d'aiguillage (W1) au premier élément d'impression (D1) où elle est imprimée au verso,
       en ce que la matière en feuilles est amenée par le deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2) et le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3) au deuxième élément d'impression (D2) où elle est imprimée au verso,et
       en ce que la matière en feuilles est délivrée en sortie par le quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que, dans le mode de fonctionnement duplex dans lequel les feuilles individuelles sont imprimées sur les deux faces, le recto de la matière en feuilles est amené, par la section d'entrée (28) et le premier élément d'aiguillage (W1), au premier élément d'impression (D1) où il est imprimé,
       en ce que la matière en feuilles est transportée à l'état retourné, par le deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2) et le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3), au deuxième élément d'impression (D2) où elle est imprimée au verso,
       en ce que le verso de la matière en feuilles est amené par le quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4), le deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2), le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3) et le premier élément d'aiguillage (W1), au premier élément d'impression (D1) où il est imprimé,
       en ce que la matière en feuilles est amenée à l'état retourné, par le deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2) et le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3), au deuxième élément d'impression (D2) où elle est imprimée au recto, et
       en ce que la matière en feuille est délivrée en sortie par le quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4).
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le premier élément d'impression (D1) est en dérangement ou bien lorsque le deuxième élément d'impression (D2) est en dérangement, l'élément d'impression (D1, D2) en dérangement est déconnecté, et le mode de fonctionnement duplex est mis en oeuvre exclusivement par l'élément d'impression (D1, D2) qui n'est pas en dérangement.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que, dans le mode de fonctionnement duplex dans lequel le deuxième élément d'impression (D2) est déconnecté, la matière en feuilles est amenée, par la section d'entrée (28) et le premier élément d'aiguillage (W1), au premier élément d'impression (D1) où elle est imprimée au recto,
       en ce que la matière en feuilles est-transportée, par le deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2), en direction du quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4), après avoir passé le deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2) la matière en feuilles est transportée dans une section de retournement (52), le sens de défilement est inversé et modifié en direction du troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3), en ce que la matière en feuilles est de nouveau amenée, par le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3) et le premier élément d'aiguillage (W1), au premier élément d'impression (D1) où elle est imprimé au verso, et
       en ce que la matière en feuilles est délivrée en sortie par le deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2) et le quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4).
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que, dans le mode de fonctionnement duplex dans lequel le premier élément d'impression (D1) est déconnecté, la matière en feuilles est amenée par la section d'entrée (28), le premier élément d'aiguillage (W1) et le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3), au deuxième élément d'impression (D2) où elle est imprimée au recto,
       en ce que, pour imprimer le verso, la matière en feuilles est transportée vers le quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4), après avoir passé le quatrième élément d'aiguille (W4) la matière en feuilles est transportée dans une section de retournement, le sens de défilement est inversé et modifié en direction du deuxième élément d'aiguillage (W2), en ce que la matière en feuilles est amenée par le troisième élément d'aiguillage (W3) au deuxième élément d'impression (D2) où elle est imprimée au verso, et
       en ce que la matière en feuilles est délivrée en sortie par le quatrième élément d'aiguillage (W4).
