Claims (6)

  1. Appareil pour fermer de façon réversible des sacs plastiques, comprenant un élément de serrage (2) fixable sur l'extrémité du sac à ouvrir, l'élément de serrage (2) présentant deux branches (3) essentiellement rectangulaires, repliables l'une contre l'autre, qui sont raccordées entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière, et un élément de fixation étant disposé sur une extrémité des branches (3), caractérisé en ce que, par l'intermédiaire de l'élément de fixation, d'une part, les deux branches (3) peuvent être fixées à l'état repliées l'une contre l'autre et, d'autre part, l'élément de serrage (2) est fixable sur le sac plastique (1) et en ce que l'élément de fixation sert d'axe de rotation pour pivoter l'élément de serrage (2).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation est formé comme un mandrin (5) disposé sur un côté intérieur d'une branche (3) pour percer la feuille du sac plastique (1), ce mandrin étant fixable dans un orifice (9) formé dans l'autre branche (3).
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une tête (10), formant une contre-dépouille et dépassant du corps du mandrin (5), est formée sur l'extrémité libre du mandrin (5).
  4. Appareil selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bords longitudinaux libres (13) des deux branches (3) de l'élément de serrage (2) sont orientées vers l'extérieur en formant un orifice d'insertion.
  5. Appareil selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la charnière, par laquelle les deux branches (3) de l'élément de serrage (2) sont raccordées entre elles, est réalisée comme charnière à film (4).
  6. Appareil selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que des nervures de serrage (12) décalées les unes par rapport aux autres sont formées sur les deux côtés intérieurs des branches (3).
