Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Preis- und/oder Produktinformation.
Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei der Preiskassette um eine elektronische Preiskassette, wie sie beispielsweise in der DE 39 36 669 A1 beschrieben ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist jedoch auch für eine übliche Preiskassette - als Beispiel sei an dieser Stelle die in der EP 0 452 296 A1 vorgeschlagene Kassette erwähnt - verwendbar.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung vorzuschlagen, die eine Preiskassette, insbesondere eine elektronische Preiskassette, vor Verschmutzung, Feuchtigkeit und Beschädigung schützt.
Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Vorrichtung aus einem Köcher und einem Einschubelement besteht, daß das Einschubelement derart ausgestaltet ist, daß es eine Kassette aufnimmt, die Preis- und/oder Produktinformation anzeigt, und daß der Köcher das Einschubelement im Gebrauchszustand vollständig umschließt. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei der Kassette um eine elektronische Kassette.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung eignet sich aufgrund ihrer Eigenschaften besonders gut für eine Verwendung im Bedienthekenbereich. Da der Köcher die zu schützende, relativ empfindliche Kassette und die übrigen Preisund/oder Produktinformationsträger nahezu hermetisch umschließt, können weder Fette und Öle, noch Reinigungsmittel in das Innere des Köchers eindringen und die innenliegenden Teile verschmutzen oder beschädigen.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist die Kassette in das Einschubelement einklipsbar. Hierdurch läßt sich die Kassette auf einfache Weise in dem Einschubelement festmachen.
Neben der Aufnahme der vorzugsweise elektronischen Kassette ist es oftmals erwünscht, weitere Werbe-, Preis- oder Produktinformation auf Preisschildern (z. B. auf Leporellos) darzustellen. Hierzu sind gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung an dem Einschubelement mehrere Stege vorgesehen, die Einschubfächer für Preis- und/oder Produktinformationsträger bilden.
Um die in dem Köcher enthaltene Information nach außen hin gut sichtbar werden zu lassen, ist der Köcher zumindest im Bereich der Anzeigeflächen der elektronischen Kassette und der Preis- und/oder Produktinformationsträger aus einem transparenten Material gefertigt. Vorzugsweise sind der Köcher und das Einschubelement aus kostengünstigen Spritzgußteilen gefertigt.
Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung sieht vor, daß der Köcher an zumindest einem Seitenbereich über eine Verschlußkappe verschließbar ist. Diese Verschlußkappe und der entsprechende Seitenbereich des Köchers sind bevorzugt derart ausgebildet, daß die Außenflächen von Einschubelement und Köcher in einer Ebene zu liegen kommen. Zwecks Befestigung der Verschlußkappe sind an der Innenseite der Verschlußkappe und dem zu verschließenden Seitenbereich des Köchers korrespondierende Zapfen und Ausnehmungen vorgesehen.
Um die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung an z. B. einer Regalkante befestigen zu können, sind gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung an der Rückseite des Köchers Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen. Bei diesen Befestigungsmitteln handelt es sich bevorzugt um zwei parallel angeordnete Stege, die auf eine entsprechende Lasche, die an der Regalkante befestigt ist, aufgesteckt werden.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der nachfolgenden Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

  • Fig. 2c: die in Fig. 2b gezeigte Seitenansicht bei nicht verschlossenem Köcher.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt eine Explosionszeichnung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung, während Fig. 2 die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 im Gebrauchszustand in Draufsicht zeigt. Die Figuren Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b und Fig. 2c zeigen unterschiedliche Ansichten der in Fig. 2 gezeigten erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 1.
    Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 besteht aus einem Einschubelement 3 und einem Köcher 7, der über eine seitliche Verschlußkappe 8 nahezu hermetisch abgeschlossen wird. Die Verschlußkappe 8 besitzt an ihrer Innenseite zwei Zapfen 10, die im Gebrauchszustand in entsprechende Öffnungen 9 an der Seitenfläche des Köchers 7 eingreifen.
    Der Köcher 7 ist vorzugsweise als transparentes Spritzgußteil gefertigt. An der Rückseite des Köchers 7 sind zwei parallele Stege (Befestigungsmittel 13) angeordnet, die der Befestigung des Köchers 7 und damit der Vorrichtung 1 an z. B. einer Regalkante dienen. Hierzu werden die beiden Stege auf eine entsprechend geformte Zunge, die an der Regalkante befestigt ist, aufgesteckt.
    Bei dem Einschubelement 3 handelt es sich bevorzugt gleichfalls um ein Spritzgußteil. An der Vorderseite weist es mehrere Stege 5 auf, die teilweise zur Aufnahme der Kassette 2, teilweise zur Aufnahme sonstiger Preisund/oder Produktinformationsträger 4 dienen. Bei der Kassette 2 handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine elektronische Kassette 2. Bei derartigen Kassetten 2 ist eine Verschmutzung durch Reinigungsflüssigkeiten, Öle und Fette oder anderweitige flüssige Substanzen besonders kritisch. Die Kassette 2 weist im oberen Bereich einen Raststeg 11 auf, der in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 12 des Einschubelements 3 einsetzbar ist. Über diesen Einklipsmechanismus läßt sich die Kassette 2 auf einfache Weise in das Einschubelement 3 einsetzen.
    In die übrigen von den Stegen 5 gebildeten Aufnahmefächer 6 sind Preisund/oder Produktinformationsträger 4 von der Seite her einschiebbar. Bei diesen Preis- und/oder Produktinformationsträgern 4 handelt es sich beispielsweise um Leporellos.
    In Fig. 2 ist eine Draufsicht auf eine Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 1 im Gebrauchszustand gezeigt; Fig. 2a zeigt eine Seitenansicht gemäß der Kennzeichnung IIa-IIa in Fig. 2. Die Figuren Fig. 2b und Fig. 2c zeigen Seitenansichten gemäß der Kennzeichnung IIb-IIb in Fig. 2. Während Fig. 2b die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 mit aufgesteckter Verschlußkappe 8 zeigt, ist in Fig. 2c die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 ohne die Verschlußkappe 8 zu sehen. Anhand der beiden letztgenannten Seitenansichten läßt sich unschwer erkennen, daß die Verschlußkappe 8 derart in die zu verschließende Seitenfläche des Köchers 7 eingreift, daß beide Flächen im Gebrauchszustand in einer Ebene zu liegen kommen. Hierdurch läßt sich effektiv das Eindringen von Schmutz und Flüssigkeit in den Köcher 7 vermeiden.

    Claims (8)

    1. Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Preis- und/oder Produktinformation,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (1) aus einem Köcher (7) und einem Einschubelement (3) besteht,
      daß das Einschubelement (3) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß es eine Kassette (2) aufnimmt, die Preis- und/oder Produktinformation anzeigt und
      daß der Köcher (7) das Einschubelement (3) im Gebrauchszustand vollständig umschließt.
    2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kassette (2) in das Einschubelement (3) einklipsbar ist.
    3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Einschubelement (3) mehrere Stege (5) vorgesehen sind, die Aufnahmefächer (6) für Preis- und/oder Produktinformationsträger (4) bilden.
    4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Köcher (7) zumindest im Bereich der Anzeigeflächen der Kassette (2) und der Preis- und/oder Produktinformationsträger (4) aus einem transparenten Material gefertigt ist.
    5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Köcher (7) an zumindest einem Seitenbereich über eine Verschlußkappe (8) verschließbar ist.
    6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Verschlußkappe (8) Zapfen (10) vorgesehen sind, die im Gebrauchszustand in entsprechend geformte Öffnungen (9) des Köchers (7) eingreifen.
    7. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rückseite des Köchers (7) Befestigungsmittel (13) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Köcher (7) mittels dieser Befestigungsmittel (13) an einer Regalkante befestigbar ist.
    8. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Köcher (7) und das Einschubelement (3) als Spritzgußteile gefertigt sind.
