Abstract
Description
- l'ensemble articulé forme, dans un plan sensiblement parallèle à la direction longitudinale du seuil mobile et à la direction de déplacement de ce seuil mobile, un polygone articulé muni d'au moins deux côtés consécutifs comportant deux sommets non consécutifs articulés sur des supports solidaires de l'embase et du seuil mobile, respectivement, et d'un sommet libre commun déplaçable parallèlement à la direction longitudinale du seuil mobile, relié à une extrémité du vérin ;
- le polygone est un hexagone comportant deux sommets libres définissant une diagonale longitudinale de l'hexagone de longueur variable ;
- les moyens de déplacement du seuil mobile comprennent deux polygones articulés comportant deux sommets libres rapprochés reliés aux deux extrémités du vérin longitudinal ;
- les moyens de déplacement du seuil mobile comprennent une première tringle couplant le sommet libre non relié au vérin d'un premier polygone articulé avec le sommet libre relié à ce vérin du second polygone articulé, le sommet libre relié au vérin du premier polygone articulé étant monté coulissant librement en translation dans une lumière longitudinale de guidage ménagée dans la première tringle, et une seconde tringle couplant le sommet libre non relié au vérin du second polygone articulé avec le sommet libre relié au vérin du premier polygone articulé, le sommet libre relié au vérin du second polygone articulé étant monté coulissant librement en translation dans une lumière longitudinale de guidage ménagée dans la seconde tringle ;
- le seuil mobile comprend des moyens élastiques de rappel en position escamotée comportant au moins un ressort de traction reliant l'embase et ce seuil mobile ;
- les moyens élastiques de rappel comprennent, pour chaque polygone articulé, au moins un ressort de traction, de préférence trois ressorts de traction, s'étendant entre les deux sommets libres de ce polygone articulé ;
- les deux côtés consécutifs portant un sommet libre sont matérialisés par des ferrures formant bielles munies de charnons de réception de broches d'articulation matérialisant les sommets du polygone.
- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'un véhicule ferroviaire dans lequel sont agencés des modules selon l'invention;
- la figure 2 est une vue de détail, en coupe transversale, du seuil d'une porte d'accès au véhicule représenté sur la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une vue de dessus de la figure 2 montrant le seuil mobile en position saillante ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne 4-4 de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 5 est une vue similaire à la figure 3 montrant le seuil mobile en position escamotée.
Claims (10)
- Module de seuil mobile pour véhicule (10), destiné notamment à réduire une lacune entre une porte (14) d'accès à un véhicule ferroviaire (10) et un quai (24), du type comprenant une embase (23), destinée à être fixée sur un plancher (18) du véhicule, portant un seuil mobile longitudinal (22) et des moyens (26) de déplacement de ce seuil mobile (22), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement (26) comportent un vérin (56) de longueur réglable, s'étendant longitudinalement sensiblement parallèlement au seuil mobile (22), relié à l'embase (23) et au seuil mobile (22) par au moins un ensemble articulé (28A, 28B) transformant les variations de longueur du vérin (56) en déplacements en translation du seuil mobile (22).
- Module selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble articulé forme, dans un plan sensiblement parallèle à la direction longitudinale du seuil mobile (22) et à la direction de déplacement de ce seuil mobile (22), un polygone articulé (28A,28B) muni d'au moins deux côtés consécutifs (36A,36B,38A,38B,40A,40B,42A,42B) comportant deux sommets non consécutifs (44A,44B,46A,46B,48A,48B,50A,50B) articulés sur des supports (52A,52B,54A,54B) solidaires de l'embase (23) et du seuil mobile (22), respectivement, et d'un sommet libre (30A,30B,32A,32B) commun déplaçable parallèlement à la direction longitudinale du seuil mobile (22), relié à une extrémité du vérin (56).
- Module selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le polygone (28A,28B) est un hexagone comportant deux sommets libres (30A,30B,32A,32B) définissant une diagonale longitudinale de l'hexagone de longueur variable.
- Module selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (26) de déplacement du seuil mobile (22) comprennent deux polygones articulés (28A,28B) comportant deux sommets libres rapprochés (30A,30B) reliés aux deux extrémités du vérin longitudinal (56).
- Module selon les revendications 3 et 4 prises ensemble, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (26) de déplacement du seuil mobile (22) comprennentune première tringle (58) couplant le sommet libre (32A) non relié au vérin (56) d'un premier polygone articulé (28A) avec le sommet libre (30B) relié à ce vérin (56) du second polygone articulé (28B), le sommet libre (30A) relié au vérin (56) du premier polygone articulé (28A) étant monté coulissant librement en translation dans une lumière longitudinale de guidage (62) ménagée dans la première tringle (58), etune seconde tringle (60) couplant le sommet libre (32B) non relié au vérin (56) du second polygone articulé (28B) avec le sommet libre (30A) relié au vérin (56) du premier polygone articulé (28A), le sommet libre (30B) relié au vérin (56) du second polygone articulé (28B) étant monté coulissant librement en translation dans une lumière longitudinale de guidage (64) ménagée dans la seconde tringle (60).
- Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le seuil mobile (22) comprend des moyens élastiques de rappel en position escamotée comportant au moins un ressort de traction (66) reliant l'embase (23) et ce seuil mobile (22).
- Module selon les revendications 3, 4 et 6 toutes les trois prises ensemble, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques de rappel comprennent, pour chaque polygone articulé (28A,28B), au moins un ressort de traction (66), de préférence trois ressorts de traction, s'étendant entre les deux sommets libres (30A,30B,32A,32B) de ce polygone articulé.
- Module selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux côtés consécutifs (36A,36B,38A,38B,40A,40B,42A,42B) portant un sommet libre (30A,30B,32A,32B) sont matérialisés par des ferrures (R) formant bielles munies de charnons (C) de réception de broches d'articulation (B) matérialisant les sommets du polygone (28A,28B).
- Agencement d'un module selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans un véhicule ferroviaire comprenant un plancher (18) muni d'un partie formant un seuil longitudinal fixe (22) délimitant un bord inférieur longitudinal d'une porte (14) d'accès au véhicule, caractérisé en ce que le seuil mobile (22) est déplaçable en translation sensiblement transversalement à la direction longitudinale des seuils (20, 22), entre une position escamotée sous le seuil fixe (20) et une position saillante prolongeant de seuil fixe (20).
- Agencement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le vérin (56) s'étend sous le seuil fixe (20).
