Definitions
- the invention relates to a shower combination with a Hand shower with longitudinal axis and a shower bracket for the hand shower.
- Such shower combinations are used, for example, in showers built in to allow a showering person the one attached to the front end of a shower hose Hand shower, for the targeted rinsing of individual body parts can be taken in hand and moved relatively freely can record temporarily. It is preferably provided that the hand shower in a certain position and Orientation can be determined so that the water released into is directed towards the body as desired and the showering Person both hands, for example for soaping or Shampoo, has free. For this purpose it is known the hand shower to be placed above the showering person so that the water is essentially vertical or directed diagonally downwards from a wall of the shower hits the user.
- a known shower combination has a shower holder for this in the form of a slidable on a vertical handrail Wall-mounted pusher on which one is at an angle Alignable conical receptacle at the top for inserting a Hand shower is provided. Admission is limited pivotable about an axis of rotation aligned parallel to the wall, so that the angle of attack between the wall and the hand shower's longitudinal axis is adjustable within limits.
- the corresponding Hand shower has a longitudinal axis of the hand shower slightly convex handle that can be inserted into the holder, at the front end there is an angle to the handle shower head is formed, the downward adjustable, round bottom side has jet outlet openings. Depending on the angle of the shot, water is in more or less acute angle to the vertical wall radiated below.
- the invention has for its object a shower combination to further develop such that new, advantageous types of use possible are.
- the invention proposes a shower combination with the features of claim 1.
- the shower holder is trained such that the hand shower with her Longitudinal axis can be aligned essentially horizontally.
- This Possibility of alignment, in particular the hand shower with its longitudinal axis essentially parallel to one if necessary, the wall with the shower bracket can be aligned creates the possibility of the hand shower in the manner of a side shower to use, the direction of radiation in particular can be substantially perpendicular to the wall.
- the radiation of a multitude of individual beams is also Can be used as a splash shower where the water escapes over one or more longitudinal slots in the form of a wide water band.
- a horizontal orientation in connection with the preferably given possibility enables the hand shower, especially with regard to the shower bracket, to twist its longitudinal axis, possibly also one Radiation obliquely or vertically upwards, so that water after an arcuate trajectory gently on the showering Person hits, or the possibility of radiation diagonally or vertically downwards.
- Another beneficial one The degree of freedom of the adjustment results from further training in that the hand shower is essentially one perpendicular to a wall or horizontally adjustable axis of rotation is rotatable, preferably a rotation by at least 180 °, in particular approximately 180 ° and / or a twist symmetrical to the vertical direction is possible. This creates the possibility of a radiation optionally from the left or from the right of the vertical axis so that the Direction of radiation to the spatial predefined at the place of installation Conditions is optimally adaptable.
- the shower bracket is attached as direct to form a wall bracket that can be fastened, it is preferred when moving along a vertical arrangable support rod is formed. This can be from The floor area of a shower should reach above head height. On Wall bar valve of this type preferably allows stepless height adjustment of the attached hand shower and thus in particular a change between use as Overhead shower and use as a side shower. If the shower bracket is designed such that the hand shower with its longitudinal axis essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis the handrail can be aligned, so with vertical handrail the hand shower can be aligned horizontally.
- a particularly good thing about the advantageous adjustment options adapted embodiment of a hand shower is characterized by this from that it is preferably a straight hand shower with a cylindrical handle section and a cylindrical shower head section of the same cross-section, i.e. same Cross-sectional shape and size is formed.
- the cylindrical, i.e. in the longitudinal direction essentially constant Cross-sectional shape creates one in comparison to conventional ones Hand showers have a strong aesthetic accent and make it possible especially with a straight stick hand shower, that their center of mass close to or substantially on the longitudinal axis the hand shower is lying. This will cause gravity Preferred rotary positions of the hand shower with respect to its longitudinal axis avoided.
- polygonal or oval cross-sectional shapes are possible in a preferred embodiment the hand shower has a substantially circular cylindrical shape. This simple form is not only aesthetic, it is from a technical point of view also particularly good at twisting possibilities adjusted about the longitudinal axis because of these rotations the overall shape of the hand shower is essentially unchangeable is.
- the hand shower is preferred for emitting water in the formed substantially radially to their longitudinal axis, wherein if necessary, an axial fanning out at an angle of, for example between 10 ° and 30 ° possible and useful.
- the shower head section can at least around its circumference a preferably rectangular beam exit area have, preferably a variety of essentially aligned radially to the longitudinal direction of the shower head section Has jet outlets.
- the beam exit area can in particular be curved or be uniaxially curved, creating a suitable fanning angle in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis with simple means is achievable.
- the hand shower is preferably detachable with the hand shower connectable shower hose assigned, which is preferably a cylindrical outer contour and / or a substantially smooth Can have outside.
- the can in the shower hose continue the cylindrical shape of the hand shower aesthetically advantageous, the cross-section of the shower hose being smaller than the hand shower can be.
- the shower hose can be in Extension of the longitudinal axis of the hand shower can be connected to it, in particular be screwed to it. Thereby we handle the hand shower through the shower hose hardly affected and the hand shower can as widened head piece of the shower hose.

It is preferred if the shower bracket a fastening device for fastening the shower holder on a wall or on a handrail and one with the Fastening device movable, in particular rotatably coupled Has receiving device for the hand shower.
- a shower holder that is movable in this way can be advantageous to increase the number of adjustment options contribute.
- the fastening device is preferred as Slider device designed that allows the shower bracket to move along a handrail and on various, especially vertical positions, for example clamped down.
- the movable coupling can by at least one between the fastening device and Receiving device provided, preferably self-locking, Rotary bearing can be realized by one perpendicular to the a height adjustment axis or horizontally aligned Axis of rotation is realizable. This can be perpendicular to the shower bracket or wall with the handrail aligned be so that the hand shower is parallel in one plane is rotatable to the wall. A rotatability is preferred allows two different horizontal positions of the hand shower.
- the fastening device, in particular the slide device, and the recording device can essentially the same, in particular essentially circular cylindrical Form and possibly length, preferably the Axis of rotation extending perpendicular to the cylinder axes essentially is centered between the longitudinal ends of the cylinders.
- Fig. 1 is a preferred embodiment of an inventive shower combination shown on a vertical Holding rod 1 with a substantially circular cylindrical Cross section displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the support rod is attached.

- the individual beams corresponding to the cylindrical curvature of the beam exit area fanned out in the circumferential direction to approx. 70 ° are.
- deviation from one exactly perpendicular to the Radiation along the longitudinal axis is also a fanning out by, for example, 10 ° to 20 ° in the axial direction axial widening of the rectangular spray pattern possible (see Fig. 6).
- FIGS. 2 and 3 show that the hand shower or its shower head section with the jet outlet openings Regarding the shower bracket around the longitudinal axis 6 of the hand shower is rotatable.
- the hand shower can e.g. optionally one general direction of radiation obliquely downwards (Fig. 2) or can be set obliquely upwards (Fig. 3), for example a gentle shower of rain with curved arches To generate water jets.
- Fig. 2 the hand shower rotates due to gravity about its longitudinal axis in all positions, in particular those perpendicular to the vertical, reliably avoided.
- Also through the water radiation will not be a rotation around the longitudinal axis effecting torques generated because the on the hand shower retroactive forces no tangential to the longitudinal axis attacking components. An automatic twist the hand shower around its longitudinal axis is therefore reliably excluded.
- a Internal thread provided with an external thread not shown connecting piece cooperates on the handle side Front end of the hand shower is provided.
