Er wird zunächst von oben in die Öffnung des Flansches 4 und damit in den Zylinder 2 eingesteckt. Nach vollständigem Einstecken liegt der Aufnahmekragen 24 des Filtereinsatzes 18 ringförmig auf dem Aufnahmeflansch 17 auf. Anschließend wird der Deckel 3 aufgelegt und mittels der Deckelschrauben 5 mit dem Flansch 4 und damit dem Zylinder 2 verschraubt. Beim Verschrauben wird der Deckel 3 um einen geringen Betrag nach unten bewegt und damit auch der Filtereinsatz 18; der Aufnahmekragen 24 verformt sich elastisch und paßt sich, zumindest teilweise, der stufenartigen Kontur des Aufnahmeflansches 17 an. Die in die ringförmige Nut 15 eingelegte Dichtung im Flansch 4 dichtet diesen Flansch 4 gegenüber dem Deckel 3 ab und damit auch das freie Volumen im Zylinder 2 außerhalb des Filtereinsatzes 18. Die weitere, in die Nut 16 an der Innenseite des Deckels 3 eingelegte Dichtung dichtet den Aufnahmekragen 24 gegen den Deckel 3 ab; dadurch ist der Filtereinsatz 18 hermetisch abgedichtet. Das zu filternde Schaltöl wird durch die nicht dargestellte Pumpe im Druckkessel 1 von außen durch die Mantelfläche des Filtereinsatzes 18 in diesen gedrückt und durchströmt dabei das Filtermaterial 20; das gereinigte Schaltöl wird anschließend durch die Deckelöffnung 10 und den Rohrbogen 6 wieder zurück zum Stufenschalter geführt.

Claims (8)
- Ölfilteranlage zur Reinigung bzw. Reinigung und Trocknung des Schaltöles in einem Stufenschalter mit einem im Kreislauf des Schaltöles vorgesehenen Druckkessel, der einen Filtereinsatz aufnimmt,wobei der Druckkessel aus einem Zylinder mit angeformten Boden sowie einem dichtend montierbaren Deckel bestehtund wobei am oberen Teil des Zylinders ein umlaufender Flansch vorgesehen ist, der mit der radialen Kontur des Deckels korrespondiert und an dem der Deckel befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der umlaufende Flansch (4) in seinem inneren Bereich einen angeformten Aufnahmeflansch (17) aufweist, der sich ringförmig ins Innere des Zylinders (2) erstreckt, derart, daß der Filtereinsatz (18) mit einem umlaufenden korrespondierenden Aufnahmekragen (24) in den Aufnahmeflansch (17) einhängbar ist.
- Ölfilteranlage nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Aufnahmekragen (24) einen zumindest annähernd treppenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist. - Ölfilteranlage nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Aufnahmeflansch (17) stufenförmig ausgebildet ist und mit einer entsprechenden Stufe im Deckel (3) korrespondiert. - Ölfilteranlage nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an sich bekannte Manometer (13), Druckschalter (14) und/oder andere Kontrollelemente direkt am Flansch (4) angeordnet sind unddaß der entsprechende Bereich des auf dem Flansch (4) aufliegenden Deckels (3) derart ausgespart ist, daß der Deckel (3) gelöst, entfernt und wieder montiert werden kann, ohne daß Manometer (13), Druckschalter (14) oder andere Kontrollelemente gelöst werden müssen. - Filtereinsatz für eine Ölfilteranlage zur Reinigung bzw. Reinigung und Trocknung des Schaltöles in einem Stufenschalter mit einem im Kreislauf des Schaltöles vorgesehenen Druckkessel zur Aufnahme des Filtereinsatzes,wobei eine zylindrische, vorzugsweise metallische Wand (19) mit angeformten Boden vorgesehen ist, innerhalb der Filtermaterial (20) angeordnet istund wobei sich die metallische Wand nur in einem bestimmten äußeren Bereich in der oberen Stirnfläche fortsetzt, derart, daß ein innerer Bereich dieser Stirnfläche offen bleibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Filtereinsatz (18) am oberen Bereich der zylindrischen Wand (19) einen nach außen gerichteten, umlaufenden Aufnahmekragen (24) aufweist, der in montiertem Zustand mit einem Aufnahmeflansch (17) eines Druckkessels der Ölfilteranlage korrespondiert, derart, daß der Aufnahmekragen (24) zumindest in weiten Bereichen des Umfanges auf dem Aufnahmeflansch (17) aufliegt.
- Filtereinsatz nach Patentanspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich der Aufnahmekragen (24) im wesentlichen waagerecht nach außen erstreckt. - Filtereinsatz nach Patentanspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Aufnahmekragen (24) aus elastischem Material besteht und derart dimensioniert ist, daß er beim Befestigen des Deckels (3) des Druckkessels (1) gegen den Aufnahmeflansch (17) gedrückt wird und sich durch Anschmiegen an die Kontur des Aufnahmeflansches (17) elastisch verformt. - Filtereinsatz nach einem der Patentansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß im oberen Gehäusebereich (23) des Filtereinsatzes (18) Aushebeklammern (28, 29) oder andere Aushebeelemente vorgesehen sind, die elastisch ausgebildet sind, derart, daß sie im entspannten Zustand nach oben aus dem Filtereinsatz (18) herausragen und im montierten Zustand durch den Deckel (3) in den Bereich des Filtereinsatzes (18) hineingedrückt werden.
