Claims (12)
- Ensemble constitué d'un dispositif d'essorage et d'un balai comportant une tête de balai (B) et un manche (7) le dispositif d'essorage pour tête de balai (B) comprenant une cuve (1) équipée d'un support (2) destiné à recevoir ladite tête de balai, le support étant soumis à un mouvement de rotation apte à assurer l'essorage par centrifugation de la tête de balai, caractérisé en ce que la tête de balai (B) et le manche (7) présentent des organes complémentaires aptes à assurer leur désolidarisation avant l'essorage ou leur solidarisation après l'essorage, lesdits organes étant actionnés par le biais du support (2), le support comportant des moyens de maintien de la tête de balai (B) lors de l'essorage.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits organes du manche (7) se présentent sous la forme d'au moins deux ouvertures diamétralement opposées, situées à l'extrémité inférieure (6) du manche (7), lesdites ouvertures étant destinées à permettre le passage d'au moins deux ergots montés en opposition à chacune des deux extrémités d'une lame élastique (12) formant ressort et tendant à écarter les deux ergots l'un de l'autre.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits organes du manche (7) présentent à l'extrémité inférieure (6) de celui-ci dans un même plan vertical, de bas en haut :deux ouvertures (8, 9) diamétralement opposées destinées à permettre le passage de deux ergots (10, 11) montés en opposition à chacune des deux extrémités d'une lame élastique (12) formant ressort et tendant à écarter les deux ergots l'un de l'autre ;et deux ergots (13, 14) diamétralement opposés montés fixes sur ledit manche (7).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits organes de la tête du balai (B) se présentent sous la forme d'un cardan d'articulation (15) présentant un alésage tubulaire (16) destiné à recevoir le manche (7), dont la partie supérieure (17) présente, ménagées dans son épaisseur (18), deux échancrures (19, 20) diamétralement opposées, inclinées vers l'intérieur, formant gorges de guidage des ergots (10, 11, 13, 14) situés à l'extrémité inférieure (6) du manche de balai (7), la partie médiane (21) dudit cardan présentant deux méplats (22, 23) diamétralement opposés, situés dans le même plan vertical que celui des échancrures (19, 20), et au niveau desquels sont ménagées deux ouvertures (24, 25) positionnées de telle sorte à recevoir les ergots extrémaux (10, 11) du manche (7).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chacun des deux méplats (22, 23) présente de part et d'autre des ouvertures, sur la totalité de leur longueur, un canal semi-cylindrique de diamètre sensiblement égal à celui des ouvertures (24, 25), et situé dans le plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de révolution du cardan d'articulation.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le support (2) est muni d'un organe de solidarisation - désolidarisation (P) monté fixe par rapport audit support, maintenant le cardan d'articulation coaxial avec l'axe de rotation dudit support, ledit organe étant apte à simultanément désolidariser la tête et le manche du balai et à fixer réversiblement la tête du balai sur le support.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe se présente sous la forme d'une pièce unique (26) en forme de U, solidarisée au support (2), et dont les deux branches élastiques (29, 30) adoptent un profil plan, destiné à coopérer avec les méplats (22, 23) ménagés dans la partie médiane du cardan d'articulation et ainsi, permettre la fixation réversible par encliquetage du manche du balai sur la tête du balai.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale (28) de chacune des branches élastiques (29, 30) du U subit un resserrement adoptant un profil plan, destiné à coopérer avec les méplats (22, 23) ménagés dans la partie médiane du cardan d'articulation, tandis que les portions respectivement inférieure (31) et supérieure (32) adoptent une forme arrondie, de telle sorte à fixer réversiblement par encliquetage le cardan de part et d'autre des méplats.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale (28) de chacune des deux branches (29, 30) présente une saillie linéaire (33, 34) positionnée de telle sorte à coopérer avec le canal correspondant, ménagé sur chacun des méplats (22, 23).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen (P) se présente sous forme de deux pièces indépendantes solidarisées au support (2) , une première pièce rigide (35) en U, dont les branches (36, 37) adoptent un profil plan destiné à coopérer avec les méplats (22, 23) ménagés dans la partie médiane (15) du cardan d'articulation, et une seconde pièce souple (40) arrondie de telle sorte à fixer réversiblement par encliquetage la partie inférieure ou supérieure (17) du cardan d'articulation.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que chacune des branches (36, 37) de la première pièce rigide présente une saillie linéaire (38, 39), positionnée de telle sorte à coopérer respectivement avec le canal semi-cylindrique correspondant, ménagé sur chacun des méplats (22, 23).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, pendant l'essorage, la cuve est recouverte par un couvercle, avantageusement transparent (41).
