Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un profilé composite, comprenant :- au moins deux profilés métalliques (2, 3) et deux éléments (4, 5) en plastique les raccordant,- une chambre (12) étant prévue entre les profilés métalliques (2, 3) et les éléments de raccordement (4, 5), et- le composite constitué des profilés métalliques (2, 3) et des éléments de raccordement (4, 5) étant complètement enveloppé par un plastique moussé (8), caractérisé en ce qu'un composite, constitué d'au moins deux profilés métalliques (2, 3) revêtus d'adhésif et de deux éléments (4, 5) en plastique les raccordant, est introduit dans un outil d'extrusion, l'adhésif est chauffé, du plastique (8) est acheminé à l'outil d'extrusion et le plastique est moussé dans l'outil d'extrusion, en enveloppant complètement le composite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plastique (8) pour l'enveloppe est sélectionné parmi le groupe comprenant le PVC, l'ABS, l'ASA, le PMMA et le PP ou plusieurs de ces plastiques.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de raccordement (4, 5) sont en PA.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 , caractérisé en ce que l'on applique autour du plastique moussé (8) une couche (11) de PVC dur dans un procédé de coextrusion.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de raccordement (4, 5) en plastique sont connectés aux profilés métalliques (2, 3) par engagement par coopération de forme.
- Utilisation d'un profilé composite fabriqué selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 en tant que profilé de fenêtre, de porte, de clôture ou de balcon.
