Claims (11)
- Rückhaltevorrichtung für Rohr- und Wärmetauscher-Hochdruckreinigungseinrichtungen, mit einem Rückhalteteil (12), mittels dem eine in das Rohr bzw. den Wärmetauscher eingeführte Düse, Sonde od.dgl. im Rohr bzw. Wärmetauscher rückhaltbar ist, einer Positioniervorrichtung (3, 10), mittels der das Rückhalteteil (12) in beliebigen Positionen am Rohr- bzw. Wärmetauscherspiegel positionierbar ist, und einer Haltevorrichtung (1, 15), mittels der die Rückhaltevorrichtung am Rohr bzw. Wärmetauscher fixierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniervorrichtung einen ersten Teleskoparm (3) und einen zweiten Teleskoparm (10) aufweist, von denen der erste an einem Ende teleskopierbar an der Haltevorrichtung (1, 15) gelagert und fixierbar ist und an seinem anderen Ende verstellbar mit dem einen Ende des zweiten Teleskoparms (10) verbunden ist, der an seinem anderen Ende das Rückhalteteil (12) haltert.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der erste Teleskoparm (3) an seinem anderen Ende ein Drehteil (7) drehbar lagert, an dem der zweite Teleskoparm (10) mit seinem einen Ende teleskopierbar gelagert und fixierbar ist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der erste Teleskoparm (3) an seinem anderen Ende eine Querhülse (20) aufweist, in der das eine Ende des zweiten Teleskoparms (10) verschieblich bzw. teleskopierbar und fixierbar aufgenommen ist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Halteeinrichtung als Flanschanschlußklemme (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Haltevorrichtung als Rohranschlußklemme (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Haltevorrichtung (1, 15) eine Vierkanthülse (2, 16, 17) zur verschieblichen bzw. teleskopierbaren und fixierbaren Aufnahme des einen Endes des ersten vierkantigen Teleskoparms (3) aufweist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 4 bis 6, bei der das andere Ende des ersten Teleskoparms (3) als Drehgelenkzapfen (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der das Drehteil (7) eine Drehgelenkbuchse (6), mit der es drehbar auf dem Drehgelenkzapfen (5) des ersten Teleskoparms (3) sitzt, und eine Vierkanthülse (9) aufweist, in der das eine Ende des vierkantigen zweiten Teleskoparms (10) verschieblich bzw. teleskopierbar und fixierbar aufgenommen ist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Drehgelenkbuchse (6) mittels Bremsschrauben einer Feststelleinrichtung (8) am Drehgelenkzapfen (5) fixierbar ist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der das Rückhalteteil (12) Führungsrollen (13) für eine Hochdruckleitung und einen Rückhaltetrichter für die im Wärmetauscher befindliche, am freien Ende der Hochdruckleitung vorgesehene Düse, Sonde od.dgl. aufweist.
- Rückhaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der das Rückhalteteil (12) Führungsrollen (13) für eine Hochdruckleitung und eine Rückhalteplatte (22) für die im Rohr befindliche am freien Ende der Hochdruckleitung vorgesehene Düse, Sonde od.dgl. aufweist.
