Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de composants à partir de poudres, pouvant être désigné sous l'appellation de compactage par écoulement à chaud. L'invention vise à permettre la production de composants pouvant même être conçus de façon très complexe, par pressage à partir de matériaux de départ pulvérulents, tout en maintenant les coûts de production à un niveau bas, et en évitant les fissures dues à des écoulements transversaux. A cet effet, il est prévu une poudre à laquelle on ajoute un liant thermoplastique ou un mélange de liants dans une proportion telle que la masse intrinsèque d'une ébauche ne dépasse pas sa limite d'écoulement pendant la montée en température lors du frittage. Le mélange pulvérulent est incorporé dans un outil chauffé présentant la forme du composant à produire, et la température est fixée au-dessus de la température de ramollissement du liant. Ensuite, le mélange pulvérulent est pressé, au moins d'un côté au moyen d'un poinçon et il est également incorporé dans des zones transversales à la direction de pressage, par écoulement visqueux. L'ébauche ainsi obtenue est ensuite frittée.
