Abstract

L'invention concerne un chauffe-eau à gaz, notamment un chauffe-eau instantané, comprenant un dispositif d'alimentation en gaz (40, 42, 58, 60), un brûleur (16) et un dispositif d'allumage (48, 62) pour le mélange gaz combustible-air, ainsi qu'un dispositif d'alimentation électrique (26) et des moyens permettant de contrôler la présence d'une flamme. Selon l'invention, le processus de combustion peut être reconnu au moyen d'un indicateur de fonctionnement électrique (20), qui permet ainsi à l'utilisateur de distinguer de façon simple la présence d'une flamme.
