Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abdecken der Installationsteile unterhalb eines Waschbeckens. Ein mittleres aus einem Flachteil gebogenes U-förmiges Teil insbesondere aus Blech, das den Syphon umgibt, ist zur Rückseite offen und bildet einen vorderen Basisbereich, an dem zu beiden Seiten senkrechte Seitenteile anschließen und zwei seitliche insbesondere senkrechte Flügelteile, von denen jeweils eines an der Außenseite jedes Seitenteils insbesondere verstellbar befestigt ist, um die Ventile abzudecken.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abdecken der Installationsteile unterhalb eines Waschbeckens.
Es ist bekannt, Installationsteile unterhalb eines Waschbeckens durch Gitter oder Bleche abzudecken, um den Bereich unterhalb eines Waschbeckens optisch ansprechender zu gestalten. Da Art und Größe der Installationsteile sehr unterschiedlich sind, wurden bisher verhältnismäßig große Abdeckblenden verwendet.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung zum Abdecken von Installationsteilen unterhalb von Waschbecken derart zu verbessern, daß sie unabhängig von Größe und Art der Installationsteile flexibel und universell einsetzbar ist und an Breite und Tiefe der Installationsteile angepaßt werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß
  • ein mittleres aus einem Flachteil gebogenes U-förmiges Teil insbesondere aus Blech, das den Syphon umgibt, zur Rückseite offen ist und einen vorderen Basisbereich bildet, an dem zu beiden Seiten senkrechte Seitenteile anschließen, und
  • zwei seitliche insbesondere senkrechte Flügelteile, von denen jeweils eines an der Außenseite jedes Seitenteils insbesondere verstellbar befestigt ist, um die Ventile abzudecken.
Die hierbei verwendeten Teile können in der Höhe und Tiefe verstellt werden, so daß sie für die unterschiedlichsten Installationsteile verwendbar sind. Auch sind die Flügelteile gegen Teile anderer Größe, Breite und Höhe austauschbar. Hierbei sind die Teile von einfachster Konstruktion und Handhabung und eignen sich für ein Nachrüsten bei Waschtischen.
Ein besonders leichtes Verstellen der Flügelteile wird dann erreicht, wenn die Seitenteile jeweils mindestens einen Langschlitz aufweisen, in denen Befestigungsteile der Flügelteile verschieblich geführt sind. Ein einfaches Anordnen der Befestigungsteile wird erreicht, wenn die Flügelteile in dem dem Seitenteil zugewandten Bereich einen abgekanteten Streifen aufweisen, der Befestigungsteile trägt.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Flügelteile auf der dem U-förmigen Teil abgewandten Seite nach hinten abgebogen sind.
Ein besonders einfaches und sicheres Befestigen des U-förmigen Teiles wird dann erreicht, wenn das U-förmige Teil innen zumindest teilweise von einem Kernteil ausgefüllt ist, dessen Außenfläche zumindest teilweise an der Innenfläche des U-förmigen Teils anliegt und das an einem Installationsteil insbesondere einem senkrechten Rohr befestigbar ist. Hierbei kann das Kernteil zweiteilig sein, wobei die Trennebene beider Teile durch das Installationsteil insbesondere das Rohr verläuft. Auch sollte die Trennebene senkrecht und parallel zu den Seitenteilen verlaufen.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die zwei Teile des Kernteils aneinanderschraubbar sind, um das Installationsteil insbesondere das Rohr zwischen sich einzuklemmen. Auch wird vorteilhafterweise vorgeschlagen, daß das U-förmige Teil an dem Kernteil anschraubbar ist.
Eine weitere Funktion wird geschaffen, wenn an der Abdeckung insbesondere an dessen Unterseite mindestens eine waagerechte Platte als Ablage befestigt ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen

Die Abdeckvorrichtung für Installationsteile unterhalb eines Waschbeckens W weist ein mittig angeordnetes U-förmiges Teil 1 auf, das aus einem senkrecht angeordneten Flachteil insbesondere einem verchromten Blech besteht, mit einem vorderen halbzylindrisch gekrümmten Basisbereich 2, an den sich zwei senkrechte zueinander parallele Seitenteile 3 als Schenkel des U anschließen. In einer nicht dargestellten Ausführungsform kann der Basisbereich auch gerade oder wenig gekrümmt sein, so daß sich die Seitenteile jeweils über eine Abbiegung anschließen.
Um das U-förmige Teil 1 an dem Rohr befestigen zu können, das sich zwischen Syphon und dem Waschbeckenabfluß erstreckt, befindet sich innerhalb des U-förmigen Teils 1 ein Kernteil 4 aus Kunststoff, das aus zwei gleich großen Halbteilen 4a, 4b zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Trennungslinie zwischen den Halbteilen senkrecht und mittig zwischen den Seitenteilen 3 verläuft. Die beiden Halbteile 4a, 4b bilden zusammen eine zylindrische senkrechte Ausnehmung 5 in Größe und Form des Abflußrohres, so daß die zwei Halbteile an das Abflußrohr angeklemmt werden können. Hierbei befinden sich in den Halbteilen 4a, 4b miteinander fluchtende Bohrungen 6, in denen Schrauben 7 mit Muttern 8 einliegen, durch die die Halbteile gegeneinander verspannbar sind. Das U-förmige Teil wird mit seinen Seitenteilen 3 an das Kernteil 4 durch mindestens eine Schraube 9 befestigt, die in einer waagerechten Bohrung 10 des Kernteils 4 einliegt.
In den Seitenteilen 3 des U-förmigen Teils 1 sind waagerechte Langlöcher 11 eingebracht, wobei mindestens zwei Langlöcher pro Seitenteil 3 übereinander eingebracht sind. In diesen Langlöchern 11 liegen Schrauben 12 mit Muttern 13 ein, über die Flügelteile 14 verstellbar an dem U-förmigen Teil befestigbar sind. Die aus Flachmaterial insbesondere aus verchromten Blech bestehenden Flügelteile 14 sind zu beiden Seiten des U-förmigen Teils rechtwinklig zu den Seitenteilen und senkrecht angeordnet, um die Ventile unterhalb des Waschbeckens abzudecken, die in der Wand befestigt sind. Hierbei können die Schrauben 12 entweder in Öffnungen eines abgekanteten Streifens 15 des Flügelteils einliegen oder aber am Flügelteil ist ein L-Profil aus Kunststoff befestigt, dessen einem Schenkel jeweils Bohrungen für die Schrauben 12 angeordnet sind und dessen anderer Schenkel am Flügelteil 14 befestigt ist.
Der vom U-förmigen Teil abgewandte äußere Bereich 16 des Flügelteils 14 ist nach hinten abgebogen, um auch seitlich eine optische Abdeckung der Ventile zu erhalten. Die Teile 1 und 14 bestehen vorzugsweise aus verchromten Blech. Sie können aber auch aus einem Kunststoffflachmaterial hergestellt sein.
An der Unterseite des U-förmigen Teils 1 und der Flügelteile 14 ist eine plattenförmige Ablage 17 befestigt. Ferner oder alternativ kann auch an der Oberseite oder im mittleren Bereich eine Ablage befestigt sein.

Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Abdecken der Installationsteile unterhalb eines Waschbeckens, gekennzeichnet
    durch ein mittleres aus einem Flachteil gebogenes U-förmiges Teil (1) insbesondere aus Blech, das den Syphon umgibt, zur Rückseite offen ist und einen vorderen Basisbereich (2) bildet, an dem zu beiden Seiten senkrechte Seitenteile (3) anschließen, und
    durch zwei seitliche insbesondere senkrechte Flügelteile (14), von denen jeweils eines an der Außenseite jedes Seitenteils (3) insbesondere verstellbar befestigt ist, um die Ventile abzudecken.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (3) jeweils mindestens einen Langschlitz (11) aufweisen, in denen Befestigungsteile (12, 13) der Flügelteile (14) verschieblich geführt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelteile (14) in dem dem Seitenteil (3) zugewandten Bereich einen abgekanteten Streifen (15) aufweisen, der Befestigungsteile (12, 13) trägt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelteile (14) auf der dem U-förmigen Teil (1) abgewandten Seite nach hinten abgebogen sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das U-förmige Teil (1) innen zumindest teilweise von einem Kernteil (4) ausgefüllt ist, dessen Außenfläche zumindest teilweise an der Innenfläche des U-förmigen Teils (1) anliegt und das an einem Installationsteil insbesondere einem senkrechten Rohr befestigbar ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kernteil (4) zweiteilig ist, wobei die Trennebene (T) beider Teile (4a, 4b) durch das Installationsteil insbesondere das Rohr verläuft.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennebene (T) senkrecht und parallel zu den Seitenteilen (3) verläuft.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Teile (4a, 4b) des Kernteils (4) aneinanderschraubbar sind, um das Installationsteil insbesondere das Rohr zwischen sich einzuklemmen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das U-förmige Teil (1) an dem Kernteil (4) anschraubbar ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Abdeckung (1, 14) insbesondere an dessen Unterseite mindestens eine waagerechte Platte (17) als Ablage befestigt ist.
