Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum in der Stellung Halten von mindestens einem Pinsel in runder oder flacher Form an einer vom Typ eisenhaltig metallischen Dose für aufzutragende Produkte, eine Vorrichtung vom Typ eines Auffangbehälters, bestehend aus einem Behälter zur Aufnahme von mindestens einem flachen oder einem runden Pinsel, dessen Tiefe etwa der maximalen Länge der Borsten mitsamt des Bürdelrings entspricht und auf dem Grund eventuell ein Verdünnungsmittel enthalten kann, sowie Mittel zum auf der Dose für aufzutragende Produkte Halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Haltemittel aus einem magnetischen Träger (2) bestehen, die einen mittleren nicht biegsamen Auflagebereich, der magnetisch ist oder nicht magnetisch (2g) ist und jeweils auf beiden Seiten dieses Auflagebereichs seitliche biegsame magnetische Bereiche (2b), der sich der eventuellen Wölbung der Dose des aufzutragenden Produkts anpassen können und die aus einer Vielzahl einzelner magnetischer Teile mit starker Magnetisierung (2f) bestehen, miteinander in Juxtaposition und/oder Übereinanderlagerung durch Verbindungsmittel verbunden, die die entsprechenden Verschiebungsbereiche der einzelnen magnetischen Teile bestimmen.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die einzelnen magnetischen Teile (2f) aus natürlicher oder synthetischer Elastomerfolie bestehen, wie zum Beispiel aus Gummi, Plastik oder magnetischem Silikon.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die einzelnen magnetischen Teile (2f) aus starren Teilen vom Typ Ferrit bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch 1) 2) oder 3), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die einzelnen magnetischen Teile (2f) miteinander durch eine biegsame magnetische oder nicht magnetische Haftung in Juxtaposition zusammengehalten werden, die die Abstandsbereiche (2i) zwischen den einzelnen magnetischen Teilen definieren und die Teile Rand an Rand verbinden.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch 4), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die einzelnen magnetischen Teile (2f) aus länglichen Teilen in Form von Streifen aus natürlichem oder synthetischem Elastomer bestehen, wie zum Beispiel aus Gummi, Plastik oder magnetischem Silikon oder aus Ferritstäben, die senkrecht zum Behälter parallel nebeneinander angeordnet sind, sodass sie parallel zur Achse der gewölbten metallischen Fläche der Dose (3) stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch 4), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die einzelnen magnetischen Teile (2f) aus mehreren natürlichen oder synthetischen Elastomerplättchen, wie zum Beispiel Gummi, Plastik, magnetisches Silikon oder Ferrit (10) bis (12) bestehen, die in Reihen in quadratischen Maschen oder versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die biegsame Verbindungsstruktur (2a) aus einer biegsamen Folie und einer gelochten Struktur (14) besteht, mit der die einzelnen magnetischen Teile (2f) fest verbunden sind, entweder aufgebracht oder durch Einbettung befestigt oder als Monoblock mit der besagten Folie geformt.
- Vorrichtung nach den vorherigen Ansprüchen 1), 2) und 4), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der magnetische Träger aus einer biegsamen Verbindungsstruktur (2a) in Form von Streifen oder Gewebe besteht, auf der eine natürliche oder synthetische Elastomerfolie, wie zum Beispiel Gummi, Plastik, magnetisches Silikon mit starker Magnetisierung (2f) angebracht ist, in die anschließend die Abstandsbereiche (2i) der Tiefe eingearbeitet werden, die der Stärke der Magnetfolie entspricht, sodass die Abstandsbereiche zwischen den Streifen bestimmt werden, aus denen die einzelnen magnetischen Teile bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die einzelnen magnetischen Teile (2f) aus biegsamen Folien aus übereinander geschichteten magnetischen Werkstoffen,
die im mittleren Teil (2g) fest miteinander verbunden sind, in einer fast senkrechten verlaufenden Linie sodass die Folien an den seitlichen Randbereichen (2b) des besagten mittleren Verbindungsbereichs durch magnetische Haftung miteinander befestigt sind und sich trotzdem leicht bewegen können, durch Verschiebung der einzelnen Folien, wenn diese der gewölbten Form der Dose angepasst werden. - Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch 1), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die einzelnen magnetischen Teile (2f) in Juxtaposition oder Übereinaderlagerung verbunden sind und aus magnetisierten Feilspänen (30) in einer dünnen, biegsamen Hülle (31) mit doppelter geschlossener Wandung (32) oder aus mehreren Fächern (34) (35) bestehen, deren Verbindungsbereiche (36) die Abstände bilden, entweder in Form von mindestens einem Fach (33) in dem der Abstand der Feilspänestückchen gehalten wird oder durch biegsame Haltemittel (37), wie Silikon, Fließstoffe oder Wabenstrukturen, die die Abstandsbereiche bestimmen.
- Vorrichtung nach jedem beliebigen der vorherigen Ansprüche mit einem Behälter (1) vom Typ konisch erweitert, der in einem selben Volumen zwei Vertiefungen zusammenfasst, von denen eine für einen Flachpinsel und die andere mittlere für einen runden Pinsel bestimmt ist und einen rückseitigen Rand (1k) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der besagte Rand (1k) zur Innenseite des Behälters hin geneigt ist und dessen obere Kante hinten im Vergleich zur Auflagefläche des unbeweglichen mittleren Teil des magnetischen Trägers (2g) leicht nach hinten versetzt ist, sodass jegliches Lecken des aufzutragenden Produktes zwischen der besagten Auflagefläche und der Außenwand der Dose vermieden wird und der magnetische Träger (2) vor eventuellen korrosiven Produkten geschützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 11), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die gesamte Vorderseite (1a) des Behälters abgerundet ist und in der gesamten Länge mit einem oberen Rand (1i, 1j) versehen ist, die nach innen in den Behälter vorsteht, um eine Abtropfkante zu bilden, und in ihrem mittleren Teil einen konkaven Bereich (1i) aufweist, der zum in der Stellung Halten der Pinselstielansatzes eines runden Pinsels dient.
- Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 12), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Behälter außerdem innen an seiner Vorderseite (1a) und symmetrisch zur Achse der Konkavität des Randes (1i) zwei senkrechte Rippen (1h) aufweist, die sich zum Boden hin einander nähern und die zur Verstärkung des Behälters und zum Abtropfen der Pinsel dienen.
