Claims (18)
- Steckverbinder (10) mit zwei zusammensteckbaren Verbinderteilen (12, 14), von denen eines (12) mit einem federnden Rastarm (16) versehen ist, der sich allgemein in Steckrichtung (S) erstreckt und mit einem am anderen Verbinderteil (14) vorgesehenen Gegenrastmittel (18) zusammenwirkt, und mit einem Schieber (22), der an einem (12) der beiden Verbinderteile (12, 14) allgemein in Steckrichtung (S) verschiebbar geführt und in eine Endstellung bewegbar ist, in der er bei zusammengesteckten Verbinderteilen (12, 14) ein die betreffende Rastverbindung lösendes Auslenken des federnden Rastarmes (22) verhindert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der federnde Rastarm (16) beim Zusammenstecken der beiden Verbinderteile (12, 14) entgegen der Federkraft nach innen ausgelenkt wird und anschließend zur Herstellung der Rastverbindung nach außen zurückschnappt, daß der Schieber (22) zumindest teilweise an dem federnden Rastarm (16) geführt ist und daß der federnde Rastarm (16) bei zusammengesteckten und miteinander verrasteten Verbinderteilen (12, 14) durch den seine Endstellung einnehmenden Schieber (22) daran gehindert ist, nach innen ausgelenkt zu werden. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Endstellung des Schiebers (22) durch Rastmittel (26, 28) definiert ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Mittel (30, 34) für eine unverlierbare Befestigung des Schiebers (22) am betreffenden Verbinderteil (12) vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schieber (22) in eine durch Rastmittel (26, 36) definierte Vormontagestellung bewegbar ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mittel (30, 34) für eine unverlierbare Befestigung des Schiebers (22) beim Aufsetzten des Schiebers (22) auf das betreffende Verbinderteil (12) wirksam werden und spätestens nach Erreichen der Vormontagestellung wirksam sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der vorzeitig seine Endstellung einnehmende Schieber (22) mit dem Zusammenstecken der beiden Verbinderteile (12, 14) in seine Vormontagestellung bewegt wird. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der federnde Rastarm (16) von dem Schieber (22) zumindest teilweise umschlossen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der federnde Rastarm (16) durch einen am betreffenden Verbinderteil (12) vorgesehenen Bügel (40) geschützt ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein Verbinderteil (12) mit einer vorzugsweise angespritzten Kappe (42) versehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kappe (42) aus wenigstens zwei miteinander verrastbaren Kappenteilen (42', 42'') besteht. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kappe (42) einen Kabelbinder (48) umfaßt. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein Verbinderteil (12) mit einer vorzugsweise angespritzten Klappe (52) versehen ist, die eine Zweitverriegelung für in das Verbinderteil (12) einzusetzende Kontakte bildet. - Steckverbinder nach Ansprüche 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zweitverriegelungsklappe (52) mit dem betreffenden Verbinderteil (12) verrastbar ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zweitverriegelungsklappe (52) zusätzlich durch die geschlossene Kappe (42) gesichert ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kappe (42) an dem den federnden Rastarm (16) aufweisenden Verbinderteil (12) vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zweitverriegelungsklappe (52) an dem den federnden Rastarm (16) aufweisenden Verbinderteil (12) vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eines (12) der beiden Verbinderteile (12, 14) ein Flachsteckhülsengehäuse (12') und das andere Verbinderteil (14) ein Aufnahmegehäuse (14') umfaßt. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das ein Flachsteckhülsengehäuse (12') umfassende Verbinderteil (12) mit dem federnden Rastarm (16) versehen ist.
