Claims (11)
- Gehäuse für Armbanduhren, bestehend aus einem das Uhrwerk aufnehmenden Gehäuseteil (1) mit mit einem das Gehäuse an der Oberseite verschließenden Uhrenglas (5) und mit einem das Gehäuse an der Unterseite (6) abschließenden Deckel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest das Gehäuseteil (1) aus einem härtbaren Edelstahl der Gruppe X30 CrMo N15-1 besteht.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der härtbare Stahl folgende Legierungsanteile aufweist:
Kohlenstoff (C): 0,31% Stickstoff (N) 0,40% Silicium (Si): 0,5% Mangan (Mn): 0,53% Phosphor (P): 0,014% Schwefel (S): 0,007% Chrom (Cr): 14,69% Molybdän (Mo): 1,05% Nickel (Ni): 0,19% Aluminium (Al): 0,005% Vanadium (V): 0,05% Titan (Ti): 0,003% Kupfer (Cu): 0,05% - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im äußeren Gehäuseteil (1) ein das Uhrwerk (2) umschließender Zwischenring (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Deckel (6) ebenfalls aus dem härtbaren Edelstahl besteht.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zifferblatt (4) zumindest in einem Teilbereich aus dem diamagnetischen metallischen Werkstoff besteht.
- Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Unterseite des Gehäuses zugewandten Seite des Zwischenringes (8) ein Deckel (9) oder Ring aus dem diamagnetischen metallischen Werkstoff vorgesehen ist.
- Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der diamagnetische metallische Werkstoff eine Kupfer-Legierung, vorzugsweise eine Kupfer-Zinn- oder Kupfer-Zink-Legierung ist.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der diamagnetische Werkstoff CuZn 40 Al2 ist.
- Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseteil und/oder der Deckel (6) zum Härten in einer Schutzgasatmosphäre auf eine Temperatur über 1000° C, vorzugsweise auf eine Temperatur zwischen 1030 und 1060° C erhitzt werden.
- Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseteil (1) und/oder der Deckel (6) nach dem Härten und Entspannen durch Strahlen mittels Glasperlen an ihrer Oberfläche behandelt sind.
- Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseteil (1) und/oder der Deckel (6) nach dem Härten und Entspannen hochglanzpoliert und/oder PVD und/oder CVD-beschichtet sind.
