Claims (7)

  1. Un dispositif pour la décoration de tuiles céramiques, ledit dispositif comprenant moyens de projection pour projecter de l'encre sur chacune des tuiles (2), pour imprimer un motif sur la tuile (2), ladite tuile (2) disposée sur un moyen de transport (1) pour le transport selon une trajectoire et au moins une tête d'impression (3),
       caracterisé en ce que
       la, au moins une, tête d'impression (3) comprend au moins deux modules (5) d'impression, lesquels son connectés à une unité de control (13), chacun des modules d'impression (5) étant disposé pour la projection de l'encre sur la tuile (2) selon une bande d'impression (f) d'un module d'impression (5) correspondante à une portion d'une largeur de tuile;
       opération de chaque module (5) d'impression étant indépendamment controlée par l'unité de control (13),
       chaque module d'impression (5) comprenant un microprocesseur indépendant (10) et une mémoire indépendante (11), et
       chaque module d'impression (5) étant un module remplaçable comprenant des moyens pour la connexion individuelle à la tête d'impression. (3),
       les modules d'impression (5) étant disposés en parallel avec un degré de non-alignement des uns par rapport aux autres et obliquement par rapport à la trajectoire de la tuile (2), de telle façon que bande d'impression (f) de chaque module d'impression (5) s'étand sur la bande d'impression (f) de au moins un module d'impression adjacent (5).
  2. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les bandes d'impression (f) des modules d'impression (5) couvrent au moins la largeur de la tuile.
  3. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le microprocesseur (10) et la mémoire (11) comprises dans chaque module d'impression (5) sont connéctés à l'unité de control (13) à l'aide d'un circuit de control (9) disposé dans le module d'impression (5).
  4. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, comprenant une pluralité de têtes d'impression (3) disposées en série, et dans lequel les modules d'impression (5) de la pluralité des têtes d'impression (3) sont disposés de telle façon que leur bandes d'impression (f) couvrent au moins la largeur complète de la tuile.
  5. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, comprenant au moins autant de têtes d'impression (3) disposées an série comme des couleurs d'impression sont nécessaires pour imprimer le motif.
  6. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'unité de control (13) comprend des moyens de communication (15) pour connecter avec d'autres ordinateurs (17) et pour permettre le control à distance et la vérification du dispositif.
  7. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, tel qu'il a une qualité d'impression supérieure à 200 dpi.
