  • Scraping requires a much higher power requirement to drive the saw blade, which reduces the usability of this known circular saw blade on machine tools with a high drive power or on the cutting of very thin plates. It should also be noted that there are a large number of materials that contain highly abrasive particles. These abrasive particles have a particularly negative effect in the scraping phase with the well-known circular saw blade and round the cutting edges after a very short time, which means that the cutting tool quickly becomes unusable.
