Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Halterung stangenähnlicher Ware auf einer Flachpalette gemäss dem einleitenden Teil des unabhängigen Anspruches, welche Vorrichtung aus der GB 789 566 A bekannt ist. Der Befestigungsteil dieser Vorrichtung besteht aus einer zweifach abgewinkelten, die Halteeinrichtung im mittleren Bereich tragenden Platte, so dass zwei Leisten entstehen, die über ein Verbindungsstück im Abstand voneinander gehalten sind. Der Befestigungsteil wird von innen her auf das äusserste Tragbrett der Palette derart aufgesetzt, dass die untere Leiste dieses äussere Tragbrett unten an der Innenseite umgreift, wobei aber nicht das volle Lademass der Palette ausgenutzt werden kann.
Der Gegenstand dieser Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung, die vorzugsweise auf dem Gebiet der Werkstoffhandhabung, besonders bei der Handhabung von länglich gestalteten Werkstücken, wie Stangenmaterial, Rohren oder sogar (Brenn)holz, aber aussschliesslich im Zusammenwirken mit einer Flachpalette zu verwenden ist.
Paletten, auch Flachpaletten, sind als geeignete Transport- und Handhabungshelfer wohlbekannt und werden derzeit in verschiedenen Ausführungen unter anderem für Spezialprodukte hergestellt. Bis jetzt sind auf sogenannten Europaletten und ähnlichen Flachpaletten nur derartige Produkte transportiert worden, die von der Palette nur schwer herunterfallen konnten. Es handelt sich dabei meistens um plattenförmige und primatische Teile, wie Mauerziegel und Formsteine, Platten verschiedener Art oder Sackgut, wie Zement, Kalk oder verschiedene Lebens- und Futtermittel, zum Beispiel Getreide, Mehl, etc. oder in Schachteln oder Kisten verpackte Produkte. Sicherheitshalber sind auch diese obengenannten Produkte mit den Flachpaletten verbunden oder gebündelt worden. Eine einfache, leicht montier- und demontierbare Vorrichtung, mit deren Hilfe die Flachpaletten für die Handhabung von Stangenmaterial adaptiert werden können, ist auf dem Weltmarkt noch nicht erschienen.
So ist aus der EP 401 506 A2 eine Palette bekanntgeworden, die zur Lagerung von Fahrzeugreifen dient. Mit einem Bodenteil, das aber nicht auf dem Boden aufsteht, sind zwei Seitenteile verbunden, in die Tragelemente für die Reifen eingehängt werden können und die mittels Scharnieren auf das Bodenteil geklappt werden können.
Die CH 636 817 A5 lehrt einen Transportbehälter nach Art einer Palette mit einer darauf aufgesetzten Halterung aus zwei Seitenteilen, die gegenüber der Palette verschoben werden können, so dass der Zwischenraum zwischen den Seitenteilen vergrössert oder verkleinert werden kann. Hierzu sind die Seitenteile mit Schienen versehen, die in Zwischenräumen zwischen Palettenbrettern gleiten.
Aus der DE 4 112 123 A1 geht eine Palette als bekannt hervor, die seitlich zwischen Palettenober- und -unterbrett einschiebbar eine mit einem Körper versehene Stütze aufweist, die aber über das Aussenmass der Palette hinausragt.
Schliesslich zeigt die DE 4 132 057 A1 eine Mehrwegverpackung für Transportgut auf einer Palette, bei der auf der Transportgutoberseite Bretter aufliegen, die mit Ankern mit der Palette verbunden sind.
Somit liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, die es in Verbindung mit einer Palette erlaubt, stangenartiges oder -förmiges Gut sicher zu transportieren und dabei leicht an der Palette montiert und demontiert werden kann.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht bei einer Vorrichtung der eingangs näher bezeichneten Art erfindungsgemäss in den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des unabhängigen Anspruches. Durch die Anwendung der dort geschilderten Massnahmen gelingt neben der Lösung der Aufgabe der Effekt, dass die Vorrichtung es erlaubt, das volle Lademass der Palette auszunutzen, ohne aber über das Aussenmass der Palette herauszuragen. Die Hauptmerkmale der Erfindung beruhen darauf, dass sie aus einem Befestigungsteil, das zur Befestigung der Vorrichtung auf der Palette dient und einer Halteeinrichtung besteht, die zum Halten des Stangenmaterials auf der Palette dient. Das Befestigungsteil besteht seinerseits aus zwei durch ein Verbindungsstück untrennbar und fest verbundenen Leisten, deren Abstand von grosser Bedeutung für die Funktion des Gegenstandes der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, um die Möglichkeit einer raschen und zuverlässigen Befestigung und Beseitigung der Vorrichtung auf bzw. von der Palette zu gewährleisten. Die Achse des Verbindungsstückes unterteilt das Befestigungsteil in das innere und das äussere Spannteil. Genauso ist auch der Abstand der Achse des Verbindungsstückes vom Ende des äusseren Spannteiles wichtig, um die volle Breite der Palette nutzen zu können.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen und besonders vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Merkmalen der abhängigen Ansprüche sowie aus der folgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispieles der Erfindung anhand der Figuren 1 bis 5 der Zeichnung hervor.

In allen fünf Figuren bedeuten gleiche Bezugszeichen jeweils die gleichen Einzelheiten.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung 20 auf dem Gebiet der Handhabung von Stangenmaterial, zum Beispiel von Rohren bis zu einer bestimmten Länge, besteht aus einem Befestigungsteil 21 und einer Halteeinrichtung 22, die zum Halten von Stangengut 23 auf einer Flachpalette 12 dient. Das Befestigungsteil 21 bildet eine untere Leiste 3 und eine obere Leiste 4, mit einem Verbindungsstück 5 solchermassen parallel und fest im Abstand verbunden, dass ein Spalt 6 zwischen den beiden Leisten wenigstens gleich und höchstens um 5 % grösser als die Dicke des ersten äusseren und die des zweiten, inneren Tragbrettes 9 und 10 der Palette 12 ist. Eine Mittelachse 14 des Verbindungsstückes 5 befindet sich vom äusseren Ende 30 eines äusseren Spannteiles 2 in einem Abstand 31, der gleich der Breite des ersten Tragbrettes 9, vergrössert um die Hälfte des Betrages der Lücke 11 zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Tragbrett 9 und 10 ist.
Die Halteeinrichtung 22 der Vorrichtung 20 besteht aus einer Säule 7, die mit der oberen Leiste 4 untrennbar so verbunden ist, dass deren äusserer Umriss vom Ende der oberen Leiste 4 nicht mehr als 5 mm und nicht weniger als 3 mm entfernt ist, wobei die Säule 7 zur Oberfläche der oberen Leiste 4 rechtwinklig steht. Die Festigkeit der Verbindung der Säule 7 mit der oberen Leiste 4 wird durch eine Eckversteifung 8 erhöht. Beide Enden der als Rohr ausgeführten Eckversteifung 8 sind abgeschrägt und mit Schweissnähten 24 an beiden Enden an den Säulen 7 und den oberen Leisten 4 befestigt. Somit entsteht durch die Eckversteifung 8, die obere Leiste 4 und die Säule 7 ein Raum 15, in den ein Inkreis von mindestens dem 1,5-fachen des Durchmessers der Säule 7 passt. Das freie Ende 25 der Säule 7 ist mit einem exzentrisch angebrachten Ring 16 versehen, der zum Beispiel durch eine Bohrung am oberen Ende 7 der Säule durchgesteckt oder an die äussere Oberflächenlinie der Säule 7 bei 26 angeschweisst ist. Der Ring 16 dient zum Einhängen eines Hakens 17 eines Seiles 18, mit dem zwei gegenüberstehende Säulen 7 zweier Vorrichtungen 20 miteinander verbunden sind.
Die Vorrichtungen 20 nach der Erfindung werden auf der Palette 12 derart befestigt, dass das Befestigungsteil 21 mit seinen beiden Leisten 3 und 4 in die Lücke 11 zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Tragbrett 9 und 10 gesteckt werden und zwar soweit, dass die obere Leiste 3 oberhalb der Palettenbretter 9 und 10, die untere jedoch unterhalb dieser verbleibt. Anschliessend wird die Vorrichtung 20 um 90° in Richtung der Pfeile 29 verschwenkt, wobei die obere Leiste 3 oberhalb und die untere Leiste 4 unterhalb der Palettenbretter 9 und 10 verbleibt und der äussere Spannteil 2 in Richtung zum äusseren Tragbrett 9 gedreht wird. Danach kann die Vorrichtung 20 als Ganzes in Richtung gegen die kürzeren Enden 27 der Palette 12 bis zum Anschlag der unteren Leiste 3 gegen ein Querbrett 13, unterhalb dessen sich Ständer 28 befinden, verschoben werden. Bevorzugt ist jede Palette 12 mit vier Vorrichtungen 20 versehen, wobei jeweils zwei innere Spannteile 1 zweier Vorrichtungen 20 fluchtend zueinander weisen. Zum Erleichtern des Verschwenkens der Vorrichtungen 20 ist es zweckmässig, die Leisten 3 und 4 etwas ballig im Querschnitt zu gestalten oder wenigstens auf den einander zugewandten Seiten anzuschrägen.

Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung ( 20 ) zur Halterung von stangenähnlicher Ware ( 23 ) auf einer Tragbretter ( 9, 10 ) aufweisenden Flachpalette ( 12 ), bestehend aus einer Halteeinrichtung ( 22 ) und einem Befestigungsteil ( 21 ), das eine untere Leiste ( 3 ) und eine obere Leiste ( 4 ) aufweist, die mit einem Verbindungsstück ( 5 ) solchermassen fest und im Abstand verbunden sind, dass sich ein Spalt ( 6 ) zwischen den beiden Leisten ( 3 und 4 ) bildet, der wenigstens gleich und höchstens 5% grösser als die Dicke der Tragbretter ( 9, 10 ) der Palette ( 12 ) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Achse ( 14 ) des Verbindungsstückes ( 5 ) sich vom äusseren Ende ( 30 ) eines äusseren Spannteiles ( 2 ) des Befestigungsteiles ( 21 ) in einem Abstand ( 31 ) befindet, der gleich der Breite des äusseren Tragbrettes ( 9 ) zuzüglich der Hälfte des Betrages der Lücke ( 11 ) zwischen dem äusseren und dem inneren Tragbrett ( 9 und 10 ) bemessen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung ( 22 ) aus einer Säule ( 7 ) besteht, die senkrecht auf der oberen Leiste ( 4 ) an derem Ende ( 30 ) angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säule ( 7 ) mittels einer Eckversteifung ( 8 ) gegenüber der oberen Leiste ( 4 ) abgestützt ist, sodass sich hierzwischen ein Raum ( 15 ) ergibt, der mindestens 1,5-fach grösser als der Querschnitt der Säule ( 7 ) gehalten ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am oberen Ende ( 25 ) der Säule ( 7 ) ein Ring ( 16 ) derart befestigt ist, dass die Ebene der Werkstoffachse des Ringes ( 16 ) senkrecht zur Achse der Säule ( 7 ) ausgerichtet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ( 20 ) so in eine Lücke ( 11 ) zwischen dem ersten und einem zweiten Tragbrett ( 9 und 10 ) der Palette ( 12 ) gesteckt ist, dass sie insgesamt um 90° in Richtung eines Pfeiles ( 29 ) verschwenkbar ist, bis die obere Leiste ( 4 ) sich oberhalb der Tragbretter ( 9 und 10 ) und die untere Leiste ( 3 ) unterhalb derselben befinden.
