Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de bifurcation tubulaire pour pompes à liquides épais à deux cylindres. Ce système de bifurcation présente un tube articulé (36) pivotant, devant une plaque d'usure (34) sous forme de lunette, située côté cylindre, ainsi qu'une bague d'usure (38) déplaçable de manière limitée dans le sens axial au niveau de l'extrémité du tube articulé (36), côté cylindre, ladite bague pouvant être comprimée contre la plaque d'usure (34), sous l'effet de la pression hydrostatique régnant à l'intérieur du tube articulé. La bague d'usure (38) présente quant à elle une partie de centrage (46) guidée sur une surface de centrage (42) du tube articulé (36), qui est parallèle à l'axe, ainsi qu'une partie d'étanchéité (54) reposant contre la plaque d'usure (34), par une face d'about (52) côté cylindre. Le tube articulé (36) et la partie d'étanchéité (54) de la bague d'étanchéité (38) comportent des surfaces annulaires (56, 58) qui se font face et sont séparées dans le sens axial les unes de autres par un espace annulaire (59) ouvert en direction de l'intérieur du tuyau. En outre, il est prévu un système annulaire (60) à élasticité au moins en partie caoutchoutique, qui enjambe l'espace annulaire (59) dans le sens axial et repose par ses faces d'about (62, 64) contre chacune des surfaces annulaires (56, 58), par précontrainte. Afin de permettre un rajustage automatique à effet anti-usure de la bague d'usure, le système annulaire (60) présente sur sa face d'about (62) qui fait face à la partie de centrage (46) de la bague d'usure (38), un appui annulaire (80) axial consistant en un matériau anti-usure, plus rigide que le matériau à élasticité caoutchoutique.
