Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung mit zumindest einem Düsenbalken zur Erzeugung von Flüssigkeitsstrahlen zur Strahlbeaufschlagung der Fasern einer quer zum Düsenbalken mittels einer flüssigkeitsdurchlässigen Unterlage wie Siebwalze in eine Richtung transportierten textilen Bahn, wie Tissue-, Faser-, Gewebe- oder Gewirkebahn, wobeia) vorzugsweise der Düsenbalken aus einem sich über die Arbeitsbreite der Bahn erstreckenden Ober- und einem Unterteil besteht, längs des Oberteils über seine Länge eine Druckkammer angeordnet ist, der die unter Druck stehende Flüssigkeit z. B. stirnseitig zugeführt ist, und längs des Unterteils ein Düsenblech mit den Düsenbohrungen flüssigkeitsdicht gelagert ist,
und wobeib) zumindest auf der einen Längsseite des Düsenbalkens, parallel zu dessen Erstreckung und in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Außenkante des Unterteils eine Flüssigkeitsauffangeinrichtung für von der Unterseite des Düsenbalkens ablaufende Flüssigkeit vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßc) die Flüssigkeitsauffangeinrichtung als Saugrohr (4 ― 6) mit einem längs der Unterkante (14) des Düsenbalkens (2, 3) angeordneten Saugschlitz (12) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsauffangeinrichtung (4 ― 6) mit Ausnahme des Saugschlitzes (12) rundum und an den Stirnseiten luftdicht verschlossen und der Hohlraum der Einrichtung an eine Saugpumpe (8) od. dgl. angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugschlitz (12) eine Höhe von 1 ― 10, vorzugsweise 2 mm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 ― 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den Saugschlitz (12) eine der Unterseite des Düsenbalkens (2, 3) zugeordnete trichterförmige Auffangrinne (11) anschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der trichterförmige Auffanglängsschlitz (11) aus einer sich längs erstreckenden unteren End- (9) und einer oberen Endfläche (10) des die Flüssigkeitsauffangeinrichtung (4) bildenden Bleches (7) besteht, an deren Engstelle der Saugschlitz (12) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Endfläche (9) in unmittelbaren Nähe der Unterlage (1) gehalten und sich zumindest bis an die Außenkante (14) der Unterseite des Düsenbalkens (2, 3) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 ― 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsauffangeinrichtung (4 ― 6) aus einem längs des Düsenbalkens (2, 3) sich erstreckenden Blech (7) gebogen ist, dessen Endflächen (9, 10) zur Bildung des trichterförmigen Auffanglängsschlitzes (11) sich teilweise überdecken und zum Saugschlitz (12) konisch aufeinander zulaufen und dessen obere innere Endkante (13) zusammen mit der Endfläche (9) des Unterbleches den Saugschlitz (12) bilden.
- Vorrichtung mit einer Unterlage, die in Höhe des Düsenbalkens auf der Unterseite einen Saugschlitz aufweist, der an eine Saugpumpe angeschlossen ist, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum der Flüssigkeitsauffangeinrichtung (4- 6) an die Saugpumpe (8) der Unterlage (1) angeschlossen ist.
