Abstract
Description
Die Gitter aus Rundeisen sind schwer, weil sie bei vorgegebener statischer Anforderung durch die Füllgüter ein enges Gitterraster erfordern. Gitter aus rohrförmigen Stäben sind leichter. Ihre Herstellung aus den rohrförmigen Stäben ist jedoch umständlich insofern, als die Eindellungen in einem gesonderten Arbeitsgang an vorgegebenen Stellen erzeugt werden müssen und die Gitterstäbe dann nur in der dadurch festgelegten Weise verwendet werden können.
Im Vergleich mit den Gittern aus Rundeisen ergibt sich über die Gewichtsersparnis hinaus der Vorteil einer wesentlich geringeren Zahl von Kreuzungen, die geschweißt werden müssen.
Statt durch Schweißen oder zusätzlich ist an den abgekanteten Rändern grundsätzlich auch eine Verbindung durch Fügeprägen und/oder Fügestanzen möglich.
Für die Anwendung in einem Palettenbehälter könnte man jedoch die Ausbildung bevorzugen, daß das offene Profil die abgekanteten Ränder an einem Profilabschnitt aufweist, der im Anschluß an die abgekanteten Ränder einen rechteckigen Querschnittsteil und im Anschluß an diesen einen trapezförmigen Querschnittsteil aufweist.
An dem trapezförmigen Querschnitt können die Palettenbehälter auseinanderrutschen, wenn bei unvorsichtigem Aneinandersetzen ihre Gittermäntel ineinanderkommen.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung ist das Gitter an seinen Rändern mit einem Einfassungs-Profil versehen.

Fig. 6 zeigt die Abwandlung, daß der Profilabschnitt 5 ersetzt ist durch einen aus einem rechteckigen Querschnittsteil 7 und einem trapezförmigen Querschnittsteil 8 zusammengesetzten Abschnitt.
Der andere Profilschenkel ist nach außen gekröpft, wobei eine waagerechte Auflagefläche 11 und ein senkrechter Bördelrand 12 geschaffen sind. Der innere Profilschenkel ist in der Höhe der Kröpfung umgeschlagen und bildet damit eine versteifte Auflage 13. Auf diese Funktionen wird noch eingegangen.
Bei 22 weist der Kunststoffbehälter 6 einen nicht gezeichneten Auslauf auf.
Claims (10)
- Gitter aus sich kreuzenden Gitterstäben (1;2), insbesondere als Wandung (21) eines Korbes (16) zur Aufnahme eines Kunststoffbehälters (20) in der Gesamtanordnung eines Palettenbehälters (15) zur Lagerung und/oder zum Transport von Füllgütern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die in der einen Richtung verlaufenden Gitterstäbe (2) aus einem offenen Profil bestehen, das zwei in gleicher Ebene liegende, nach außen abgekantete Ränder (6) aufweist, und die in der anderen Richtung verlaufenden Gitterstäbe (1) gleichfalls aus solchem Profil bestehen oder aus einem geschlossenen Profil, das mindestens eine ebene Profilwand aufweist, und die einen Gitterstäbe (2) mit den anderen (1) unter Anlage der abgekanteten Ränder (6) aneinander bzw. unter Anlage der abgekanteten Ränder der einen Gitterstäbe an der genannten ebenen Profilwand der anderen Gitterstäbe zusammengesetzt sind und an den Anlageflächen (6) verbunden sind. - Gitter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gitterstäbe (1;2) durch Schweißen, vorzugsweise Punktschweißen oder Buckelschweißen, miteinander verbunden sind. - Gitter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gitterstäbe, die beide abgekantete Ränder aufweisen, durch Fügeprägen und/oder Fügestanzen miteinander verbunden sind. - Gitter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das offene Profil die abgekanteten Ränder (6) an einem Profilabschnitt (5) von etwa quadratischem Querschnitt aufweist. - Gitter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das offene Profil die abgekanteten Ränder (6) an einem Profilabschnitt aufweist, der im Anschluß an die abgekanteten Ränder (6) einen rechteckigen Querschnittsteil (8) und im Anschluß an diesen einen trapezförmigen Querschnittsteil (9) aufweist. - Gitter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die abgekanteten Ränder an den Randkanten umgeschlagen sind. - Gitter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es an seinen Rändern mit einem Einfassungs-Profil (3;4) versehen ist. - Gitter nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Einfassungs-Profil ein im wesentlichen U-förmiges, vorzugsweise länglichrechteckiges, Profil (4) ist und die eingefaßten Gitterstabenden mindestens an ihren abgekanteten Rändern (6) mit dem einen Schenkel des U-förmigen Profils (3), vorzugsweise auch an der gegenüberliegenden Seite mit dem anderen Schenkel, verschweißt und/oder durch Fügeprägen und/oder Fügestanzen verbunden sind. - Gitter nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gitterstabenden flachgedrückt (14) sind und das Einfassungs-Profil mit zwei parallelen Rändern an den Gitterstabenden anliegt und vorzugsweise an beiden Seiten mit ihnen verschweißt und/oder durch Fügeprägen und/oder Fügestanzen verbunden ist. - Gitter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Profile der Gitterstäbe (1;2) aus gekantetem, vorzugsweise verzinktem, Stahlblech bestehen.
