Description
Claims (10)
- Einrichtung zum Erleichtern der Umstellbewegung und zum elastischen Verriegeln von beweglichen Schienen oder Schienenteilen, insbesondere von Zungenschienen (2), bei welchen die Schienen (2) während des Umstellvorganges über federnd gegen die Unterseite des Schienenfußes gedrückte Rollen (18,19) abgestützt sind und in wenigstens einer Endlage der Umstellbewegung federnd mit einer an der unteren Seitenkante oder der Seitenkante angreifenden Rolle (18,18') zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollen (18,19) an einem Schwenkhebel (17) gelagert sind, dessen Schwenkachse (16) der jeweiligen Endlage der Umstellbewegung benachbart ist, daß der Schwenkhebel (17) über wenigstens eine Feder (21) in Richtung der Unterseite des Schienenfußes schwenkbar abgestützt ist und daß die Schwenkachse (16) des Hebels (17) an einem Support (8) in Richtung (15) der Umstellbewegung des beweglichen Schienenteiles (2) verlagerbar und festlegbar angelenkt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (17) als Winkelhebel ausgebildet ist und zwei Rollen (18,19) trägt und daß die Feder (21) zwischen den beiden Rollen (18,19) am Winkelhebel (17) angreift.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelhebel (17) und die Feder (21) an einem Schlitten (10) angelenkt bzw. abgestützt ist, und daß der Schlitten (10) an einem den Schienenfuß (4) eines unbeweglichen Schienenteiles (1) umgreifenden Support (8) quer zur Längsachse des unbeweglichen Schienenteiles (1) in Richtung (15) der Umstellbewegung verschiebbar und festlegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (10) in jeweils einer von zwei um 180° verschwenkten Lagen mit dem Support (8) justierbar verbindbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkraft der Feder (21) einstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Support (8) Langlöcher (13,14) für die Aufnahme eines Verriegelungsbolzens (11,12) für den Schlitten aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelhebel (17) als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgebildet ist und an der den Rollen (18,19) bezüglich der Schwenkachse (16) gegenüberliegenden Seite unter Überwindung der Kraft der Feder (21) durch eine lösbare Verriegelungsplatte oder Verriegelungsleiste in einer vorgespannten Schwenklage am Schlitten abstützbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelhebel (17) von zwei Laschen gebildet ist, zwischen welchen die Rollen (18,19) angeordnet sind, daß die Laschen über eine zwischen den Rollen (18,19) liegende Querplatte (20) miteinander verbunden sind und daß die Feder (21) an der Querplatte (20) angreift.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (21) als Schraubendruckfeder ausgebildet und koaxial zu einem die Querplatte (20) durchsetzenden, schwenkbar am Schlitten angelenkten Schraubenbolzen (23) angeordnet ist und daß die maximal nach auswärts zulässige Schwenklage des Winkelhebels (17) durch eine auf das die Querplatte (20) durchsetzende Ende des Schraubenbolzens (23) aufgeschraubte Mutter begrenzt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (10) und/oder der Support (8) mit Führungsleisten und/oder Führungsflächen für die Verschiebung des Schlittens (10) am Support (8) ausgestattet ist.
